I want to send a "thank you" to both Danna and Carys. We had an emergency with my pants for my suit and Danna made sure that they were replaced and properly sized prior to my event. I believe she might've even stayed late so someone was around to receive the new pants in the store, and even made an adjustment to the jacket to make sure it fit better. And Carys was great when we went in to pick up everything. I was incredibly nervous and she helped make sure I had all the things before leaving and that it all fit correctly. I do want to call out that this is not the case for all the Friar Tux in the San Diego or Los Angeles area. The emergency was caused by a location in LA and the Friar Tux that received my suit in SD wasn't helpful in the least when we realized the suit had problems. Thank goodness they sent us to the Telegraph location or else I don't think I would've had a properly fitted suit for my event. If there is any upper management paying attention, the Telegraph location is a platinum standard of service and knowledge in tailoring. I'd focus on how to get other locations to operate with the same kindness and professionalism as we experienced at Telegraph. Thanks again, Danna/Carys! read more

I loved working with FT. Danna got my group of 20 all set up back in September of 2025. We had some very specific requirements and she was so patient and personable. She answered every single email, took every call and did so promptly. And each time I visited the store it was the same level of service from the other in store associates. Well it's finally time for our event April 2026 and I went to the store tonight at 730 to pick up our tuxedos and Isael, Helena, Tristan and Priscilla all worked together to help me with my large order. Priscilla was busy straightening the entire store since I was their last customer. She was taking a lint brunch to each mannequin and made sure the store was ready for re-opening. While she was doing that Helena was getting support from Priscilla and Isari since she was a little new. They were all so patient with her. We ran into what we thought was an issue. Tristan and the others jumped into action to help what we later learned was a false alarm. And when I went out to get my car I came back and Tristan, Helena, and Priscilla were all outside waiting to help me get the tuxedos into my car. Thanks guys!!!
