Also, the fact that they encourage you to leave your items inside or on the curb and then bring your car into the fire lane is even worse. Imagine blocking the fire truck from tending to an emergency while you are loading your items!! I believe wholeheartedly that this is something that needs to change. It's like saying to your customers, "we got you while you're inside spending your money with us but as soon as you have made your purchases, you're on your own!" They have no one helping you put things in the car, they don't care if it's raining, if your items get stolen, if you have a full cart...that's not their business. And that to me is insane! Burlington you really need to care more for your customers. Watching your elderly customers trying to lug huge bags to their cars is not a good look for you as a corporation. Hire a cart person!! Collect your carts! It's that's simple. I also had an experience with a so called manager. There was an item that was a little damaged. It still worked though. I had been looking for one for a long time and so I decided to get it and have my hubby fix it. It was full priced though and it was the last one. I know that in this situation the store will give a small discount so I asked the cashier. She called the manager. He arrived, she told him the issue. He said NOTHING just angrily punched in the 10% discount as if it was being taken from his personal pocket right then and there. I thanked him and he huffed away without uttering one word. Zero customer care at all!!! It's not like I was being rude or mean...I just knew that we'd have to make a repair to the item so cut the customer some slack! There should have already been a clearance sticker on the item to begin with.

Bank to order the groomsmen' suits. The suits are pricy BUT we get to keep the suit, which is awesome. The suits are very well made. So as he's getting measured for the suit that the groom and bride picked out we go to order it and they were all sold out of that color and that type. Well we started to freak, thinking how he's not going to match anyone and he's going to be different and the bride is going to be so upset. I thought we were going to mess the whole wedding up...thank god for Jessica. She had so much confidence in her face as she started pulling out a bunch of different options and color matching and she even took us outside to show us the colors in the daylight! So now I'm thinking, "wow she's good" So I start sending pictures to the bride and we finally come to a decision. The color is so close you can't even see the difference unless they are right on top of each other. Turns out this new suit is better material!! Now the fun starts. Since the bride and groom have picked out the suits for the groomsmen they come how they come. Well, since he's getting a different suit (that looks exactly the same) he gets to pick out his own fabric, inside color, and pattern. He really likes paisleys but he also really liked the different fabric they had. I guess that's important for the sleeve part to be comfortable in the suit. So Jessica turns around and suggested that he did the paisleys on the inside torso part and the really nice fabric on the sleeve part. Perfect! He got what he wanted. So now we're almost done and she calls him over and tells him he can stitch up to 16 characters inside the suit. With spaces included his name is exactly 16 characters long, almost like it was meant to be. Turns out the suit is a little more expensive than the original one but Jessica did us a huge favor and price matched the original suit. She really made our experience one of a kind and we can't wait to go back and try on the different shoes and ties with his brand new custom made tailored suit that he gets to KEEP for a great price. I definitely recommend Jos. A . Bank in vero for all your suit and wedding needs. They made us feel so rich, and the suits come in very fast!
