This additional part and the cost to install it were never discussed with me before they made the decision to proceed. Thankfully, they did not charge me more money for the part that they chose. I should have taken advice to take my car first to an auto parts stores like AutoZone, Advance Auto Parts, who will scan your "Check Engine" light for free and print out the diagnostic fault code (e.g., P0300). Bring that code to the dealership so you aren't paying $200 just for them to plug in an OBD-II scanner. For this reason, I will not bring my car back to the shop again.

Let me start by saying that I don't take my car just anywhere. I moved from NY to DE and I did a…read morelot of research on local shops. Luckily for me, I found this one. The mechanics are honest and offer FAIR pricing. My car had an issue with shocks (I held off for a while and honestly forgot) and I took it here after I kept swerving while running over potholes. I took it here and the first thing the mechanic said was it's your shocks. From here I knew they were trust worthy and I had my car serviced the same day. Then, of course on my last day in DE, I get a flat tire. I brought it here and they fixed it immediately and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I go home and as i'm about to leave I hear my car making a weird noise from the front drivers side. Long story short it was my break pads (unrelated to back flat tire). Once again, I go back and was treated with nothing but respect and was on my way to NY in less than a hour. Conclusion: The mechanics here are trustworthy and price fairly. EACH time I went, my car was serviced same day (obviously may not happen every time depending on issue).
