We came in as a group for a groom and 4 groomsmen yesterday and although it was busy the man helping us was rushing us and extremely rude. He kept making rude comments such as, don't run out with the clothing as if we couldn't afford what we were going to buy. When I asked for a different fit of pants he responded with, " does he want to be able to walk", which are such unnecessary things to say when I just wanted help. I wanted this experience to be good for my husband especially since you only get married once an it was pretty terrible especially for the money we gave this place. I would not want to come back here or recommend this place for anyone. read more

I'll start by saying that I've had some not so good experiences other MW locations and I wasn't feeling confident walking into the location off I-20 in Arlington. However my experience at this particular location has restored my confidence in Men's Wearhouse. Upon entering I was greeted right away. A gentleman by the name of Cedric was very polite and helpful. He offered me measurements and found a product that fit me perfectly. On another occasion during the same week I made it a point to drive to this location, and avoid the location near where I live in Fort Worth - I needed to make some returns and get a couple jackets tailored and they had me sorted out in under a half an hour! The service at this location is exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone who may doubt Men's Wearhouse. read more

We had first gone to the Cedar Hill store to find my fiancé's tux (it was the closer location to us), but there were no suit consultants that day and the only person there couldn't really help us... at. all. Then we came here and oh my goodness, BRAD! Brad Brad Brad. He knew exactly what he was doing. My fiancé had an idea of what he wanted and Brad really made it come to life but WAY BETTER because we sure knew nothing about men's suits. He was honest about what looks best for our wedding as far as combining colors, patterns, and all the different pieces, in a way that was comforting and still true to what we wanted. We really learned a lot from him and he was fun to talk to too. In the end we were able to take everything home that same day since the only thing that needed alterations was the pant hem. And they got that done in like 5 minutes. I'm very thankful we came here and got Brad's help after leaving from Cedar Hill really helpless and desperate. read more

I went in on a Sunday afternoon to pay off two tux rentals. When I walked in no one acknowledge me and I found it hard to pick out who actually worked there. I finally flagged someone down who tried to help me. He was able to take care of one rental and for some reason he was unavailable to to take pull up the other even through it was the same wedding party. He asked me to give him a moment to ring up another customer, which I was ok with. The problem with all that was he never came back to assist me with the last payment. He literally walked past me and asked another customer if he could help them. Soooooo freakin rude. I ended up having to get my paperwork he left on the counter from another salesman (who also didn't acknowledge me standing there) and go wait in the back for another salesperson to take my payment. Had a different location sell me a jacket that didn't fit and it has been quite a while. They figured out the problem and got me put into a better fit. It did cost me a little more but that's because I went with a custom jacket and he did offer an even swap with whatever he had in stock. Seriously great customer service and I really appreciate the manager taking the time to work with me. So I've been here twice and both times got amazing service and left satisfied. Not only did they mess up all the groomsman's but they were suppose to give refunds to everyone but the stupid manager during that shift wouldn't do anything and wouldn't even look up the case number for it and made the bride and groom actually call each individual store to give the groomsman and the groom a refund. I rented an expensive tux for wedding, as a groomsman. I was never notified when the tux was ready to pick up. Had a good experience getting it fitted, and picking up the tux at least. Tried to return the tux in today, the associate I dealt with was very rude. Spent the whole day traveling yesterday, with the wedding being on Saturday, I was unable to return the tux the next day due to traveling. I tried explaining this to the Associate, and was treated with disrespect and charged a $20 late fee. Men's Wearhouse lost any of my future business, and I am interested in filing a complaint with their customer service. read more

I was traveling out of town and my significant other forgot his sports coat in California, where we're from. In attempt to find him a replacement on short notice we went to Men's Warehouse. We were helped by Sal and he provided the best customer service we could've asked for. Once my significant other told him what he was interested in, Sal provided him with several options and we ended up buying a sports coats. A friend needed a suit for court and Men's Wearhouse was having a sale, so we checked there, first. Perfect conservative suit, two shirts, two ties, shoes, socks, belt and the pants hemmed for length in about 40 minutes. In and out. We got better service than I've ever seen in a men's clothing store around here. The salesman was terrific, even though we were budget shoppers. I came to pick up a Tux I rented and not one person even acknowledged I walked in. I stood in the back area for awhile assuming everyone was busy then a lady in Jean and a tuxedo tee shirt started playing with her phone I had to interrupt her to ask if she could please help me. Everyone in the store is dressed wonderfully and she is wearing ripped jeans Sandles and a tee shirt. It was very off putting. I saw other women in there dressed very nice. read more

Sal is a lifesaver! I went in looking for something to wear on a date tomorrow night. Sal knew my sizes without even measuring me, and he was spot on. Super friendly, and where I lack in style, he excelled. There wasn't a pushy sales ambience, everything was quick and painless. I don't ever leave reviews.. this should be an indicator of how bad this experience was. My daughter was getting married and only the groom, grooms father, and myself (Father of the Bride) were wearing jackets rented from menswear house. Because all we did was rent a jacket... they charged $213 to RENT a jacket! Mind you can rent an entire 9 piece tux from them for $230. I said how much to buy it... I'd rather spend a few extra bucks and own it... they said oh we don't sell these.. it is our rental line. The EXACT same jacket other than being a different color (same brand and style) they were selling for $199. This is racket with the worst price gouging I've ever seen. So when it came time to pick up the jackets... NOTHING FIT 2 days before the wedding! The arms were too short, the chest was too tight.. and their response was "Thats the way it's supposed to be.. if you wanted custom tailoring you should have bought one instead! Unbelievable... will NEVER use them again and will advise EVERYONE to find someother place that is fair priced and actually cares about their customers. Unbelievable! read more

We were immediately greeted by Marilyn, with a sweet smile. She promptly took his measurement, and found suit options based on our needs. We also met with a tailor who was able to get the suit and pants tailored in time for the party. Marilyn even handpicked options for the shirt, tie and pocket square. It was the perfect combination! We were in town from California for my nieces wedding, and of course we waited last minute to shop for the perfect wedding attire. We started our shopping at JC Penney's and ran into a man that worked for a "Men's Warehouse", I believe his name was Mike. He measured my son right on the spot (as he had him measuring tape around his neck). He recommended we try "Men's Warehouse" and gave us the closest location in Arlington. We were welcomed by Teresa as soon as we walked through the door, she was so welcoming and ready to help. She went above and beyond to ensure my boys (ages 25 & 18) felt like a million bucks! Teresa is the kind of women any retail establishment would be lucky to have as a representative of their company, she is welcoming, full of energy and truly focuses on the customer. I've been a long time customer of the company. And the last several years their customer service has followed everyone else in decline. I have a difficult time finding things that fit 17 1/2 38/39 sleeve, when they closed the big and tall store down the street I hoped some of that sizing would be moved to this store, it wasn't. Friday the store was busy, the sales person was exceptional, it was refreshing, there was only one shirt in the store in my size, she got on-line and found me two others and even a couple of sweaters. When I got home I found that I already had the exact same shirt. So back to the store and the real surprise, Carl Wicks (assistance manager) was awesome, he worked through my return and found me a replacement on line searching other stores to get one delivered. Mr. Wicks was extremely helpful and gave me a few recommendations for getting even better fit in the future. Revised: My main frustration with our experience was my inability to get another suit for my husband and being asked to explain what I did not like about it. Not being able to articulate why I did not like the fit of the suit and not being able to see another good option was frustrating. I had the opposite experience as the other poster. I went in totally spontaneously to get a new suit and some new dress shirts. This was a saturday evening. I was greeted warmly by an assistant manager named Jonathan D. I explained what I needed and he took care of me without being pushy or rushing me. There were several people in the store that evening, and although the actual manager seemed overly occupied by things in the back of the store...Jonathan and the other 2 employees working there were really working hard, multitasking to make sure that everyone got attention, without feeling like things were rushed. He was well dressed, and helped suggest things when I asked. Nothing was forced on me, nor was I told "what i should wear". I was also surprised that the store has upscale casual clothes as well, so i may be returning for that too. Granted i wasn't settling up tux rentals for my 'Jamaican vacation... But for someone who just wanted a nice tailored suit and some dress wear for a VERY food price, I was impressed by this store, and the people I dealt with. I will definitely return. read more

Amazing customer service at this Arlington TX. location. I came in on a Saturday in need of exchanging a vest purchased for a wedding that I was officiating on the following Thursday. The size needed was not in stock, however the sales staff located one just outside of the DFW area and had it shipped on Monday morning. The vest arrived on Tuesday afternoon and a crisis was averted. I can't say enough how appreciative I am and you have gained a customer for life. Well done to the entire team. read more

The worst service. Don't care about customer satisfaction. And soo rude. Store manager Jonathan is an ass hole. After I bought two suits which they think they needed to adjust the seats a little bit but didn't seem to need one. I thought I should believe their professional opinion, I took it home and wear one of them, immediately the pants tear open. It looks like they do a shitty job when they adjust and at the same time the suit had a lot of defects and holes everywhere that I didn't see when I bought it in their glamorous lighted store. Went back to return both and they even insulted me saying I am returning after I wear and they showed me a foot note on their return policy its upto the store managers discression. This are so stupid people. I will never buy from that store ever and I will tell everybody I know how bad they are. Do not buy anything from this store. I would buy from Macy's. You will find more quality suits for cheap price. And customer service is awesome. read more
