I used them for my destination wedding. I don't know if it was the location, but they made a lot of mistakes. We had to go there like 4 tines even up to right before we left to get things right. It was nerve racking. In the end it turned out ok. One male manager at the store we used seemed knowledgeable. My suggestion if you use them deal with only one person because your stuff will get screwed up. read more

If i could give this less a star I would and I HATE to be that person honestly. No one here has made a difference in my fiancé's experience here except for Justin, he was great. In the very beginning it was a mess. Phil helped us and then he quit and made a mess of everything. The color of the vest, the measurements, NEVER PROPERLY PUT DOWN GROOMSMAN OUTFITS. Crazy but, Susan was genuine in what I thought but paid 0 attention to anything we were asking for (and vaped the entire meeting) she measured my fiancé's suit wrong multiple times, forgot our wedding date when she asked after ATLEAST 7x AND forgot to change our wedding date stitching on the inside of the suit so now as the fitting is perfect they tell us " we will fix the date after"... like after the wedding... when it WONT MATTER ANYMOREEE. I'll start off with planning a wedding just before and during a pandemic is not easy. We had a destination wedding planned so we needed our clothes for an extended period of time. Their allotment of time for the suit was only a 3 or 4 days. They were planning on doing us a favor by doing somethings on the backend to create a large window so we didn't have to pay extra for late return. We ultimately had to cancel the wedding and they gave us all of our money back. Quality is their rentals were okay, not a very large selection unless you are buying. We ended up doing a mail order suit company for when the wedding was rescheduled and had a very good experience so we most likely will not be back. read more

Picked up my tux today. Shirt sleeves were very baggy. I told the guy and he said "the shirt has to fit 1000 other guys with your neck size so theres nothing i can do. If you were buying it i'd saying it looks like crap but your only renting it". I guess if your renting from them your allowed to have a half ass fitted tux. If you actually want your suit / tux to be fitted, go somewhere that will care. read more

While I own several suits, I needed one for my girlfriends funeral. I didn't know what to get. A gentleman found the perfect suit for me. A couple girls working there helped me measure it. They were kind enough to tailor the legs for me by the next afternoon (I went in right before closing). It was obviously a difficult time and the staff was very understanding and helped me look my best. One of the girls gave me her ring, and told me it's supposed to heal and that i could use it more than she can. The suit was very nice, but if anything, I will be going back based on how well the staff treated me during this difficult time. read more

If you want to experience terrible service stop by here and you'll get exactly that. From the moment I walked in I wasn't even greeted or acknowledged. Beside that I wasn't offered any help, I had to break my own neck for assistance which I find truly ridiculous. The worker working was moving at the speed of his own drum and wasn't even dressed up to par I'm sure with Men's Warehouse policy. I've been patiently waiting for more than 45 mins and find this utterly disrespectful. Don't bother going to this place for tux rentals especially if you are the groom. Getting married in two days and the pants, jacket, and shirt all don't fit. I won't have a new jacket until two hours before I'm supposed to get married assuming they get it on time. Don't waste your money with this garbage business. Edit: they guaranteed a replacement jacket by 11 pm on Friday. Got a call at 2:30, one hour into my party that it had arrived. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

If i could give this location zero stars i would. To our disappointment- we booked this location for my sisters wedding. My husband went in for measurements, and when his suit arrived not only was it the wrong suit, it was literally 3 sizes too small. When he was being measured the person measuring him didn't even write it down. He told us he " had it in his head" and i knew we were going to have a problem. The individual that took his sizes told my husband that he "must've gained weight". The funny part about this is that my husband actually lost weight. I'm not sure how a suit is 3 sizes too small. Besides this, as mentioned, the suit wasn't even the right suit we ordered. The manager was kind in trying to assist us with ordering the right suit in a flash but unfortunately since the wedding was only two days away at that point my husband couldn't get what he wanted. He picked an alternate suit and when it arrived, the MORNING of the wedding it was the wrong suit AGAIN. Horrible experience. Nearly $300 dollars later and My husbands entire day was ruined and he hated the way he felt and looked. To top it off when we returned the suit- i voiced to the individual that originally took our order that we were very disappointed... he told me to " check out karako's next time if we were unhappy, they sell suits also". We worked with Suzanne and Kim at this location. We moved our Wedding 3 times due to COVID and had some issues with suit availability that we had chosen for our original 2020 Wedding which was stressful. Kim and Suzanne were helpful in resolving this for us, helping get everything organized and set and helping us choose alternative options our Wedding day! Kim even honored the original spending credit amount that we used to buy really great Men's clothes for our rehearsal dinner and our honeymoon! Had a rather awkward experience here. I went in with my fiancé prepared to set up tuxedo rentals for him and his four groomsmen. The person helping us was sweet, but inexperienced I guess. He didn't know what to show us, didn't give my fiancé anything to try on, didn't know what the groom was supposed to wear.. and after I had to take charge a little and check things out myself, he didn't attempt to set us up with the rental, which is why we came in the store. I wasn't planning on having to make a second trip. We're going to try a different location, hopefully have better luck. The place was beautiful though, really nice and clean. And the guy was nice like I said, but we didn't feel comfortable at all. It was like he didn't know what to do. read more

The worst retail experience I've ever had. I made an appointment online to look at tuxedos for my upcoming wedding (a business of almost 15 men mind you!). When I walked in clearly no one had any idea i made an appointment, and were extremely annoyed to help. This first man who helped us was so condescending, and told us we couldn't try anything on. I've never heard of spending thousands of dollars on tuxedos to not even be able to try them on and make sure they look ok. The second women that "helped" us was even worse. She was rude, and couldn't wait to be done with us. She left us for about 20 minutes to make a phone call and never returned. We literally walked out. Who owns this place ? Clearly the reviews for this place is horrific, and you need to replace your staff ASAP. I will never recommend anyone here. read more

Unfortunately, men's warehouse corporation screwed up our order and sent us mismatched items. Just left this place after trying on my rental, the girl that helped me out was super nice and helpful. Her customer service was amazing. In another note the other guy named Brian or Ryan whatever it was, was super rude to my friend that was interested in a rental. He had him try something on and my friend didn't feel comfortable with how it looked and he respond with a "then idk what you're talking about" first of all, CALM DOWN! There is no need for the attitude. The same thing goes for the older lady in the front, she was super rude and not even welcoming and she's at the entrance of the store with a bitter face. My son's bridal party recently rented tuxedos from Men's Warehouse. I was dissatisfied with their service. We had several issues the vest for the groom's father was improperly sized. Now while this was discovered at the initial attempt to pick the tux up and the correct size was available a few days before the wedding, more care shoul be taken in sizing the tuxedos. My original reaction was mistakes happen but the day of the wedding a the shirt sleeves of a groomsmen were too short and another was given pants several inches too short. In addition the buttons on one of the vests was a different color; not a color that would easily blend in. When we brought this to the attention of the salesperson upon returning the tuxes he basically had the attitude of well these things happen. Not once was an apology offered nor any concern. My other boys will absolutely not be using Men's Warehouse when it is their turn to rent tuxes. read more

This mens warehouse was horrible! Very small store. Walked in and there were eight other people standing in the front of store. Two people working in the back of store and neither came out to say anything to all the people that were waiting. When we finally got help, the girl who helped us looked like she was a kid. She couldn't give us any suggestions on tuxedos for a prom. She had no samples to show us and the jacket she gave my son to try on had all the buttons missing. She took horrible measurements. It was a nightmare! Half the people there were waiting for the two employees to find missing items that they had ordered. Don't waste your time going to this dump! We walked out! read more
