Only made snarky remarks saying "oh your wedding is in April, why are you here? It doesn't make sense" well, we want to know how we get my groomsmen setup with suits, my fiancé wants to see color schemes so she can coordinate with her bridesmaids? Absolutely floored that this is the service we have received here. I'm hoping there's another Franchise somewhere because I don't think I can go back here. It's already stressful enough getting stuff ready for our big day we don't need no hangry old man speaking to us like we are a second class citizens

We were all very busy, wanted all different styles, and all wanted to match our dates. I feel SO lucky we found this place and Bob. Bob sized us up in minutes. He looked at the color of the dresses and made recommendations. He had us try on some jackets. And that was it! One week later we picked up 3 PERFECTLY fitting, very nice tuxedos (by the way, significantly less expensive than Men's Wearhouse). Bob nailed it and I'll never go anywhere else for my tuxedo needs as long as he's doing what he does! Not to mention, he's a great guy with some great stories. Pics as proof. Had an absolutely horrible experience since July till today , went in too get fitted with my…read moregroomsman's and my father the first week of July for our tux's for my wedding yesterday (09/26/25) , everything was fine with getting fitted till about a week ago when I called and asked Sal when our tux's were going to be ready , I was trying too stay ahead , and got told that they weren't going to be ready till POSSIBLY Wednesday or Thursday , my wedding was yesterday on Friday , finally got a call that my suits were ready on Wednesday at 430pm , as soon as some of us tried them on the hems were breaking , and some adjustments needed to be done , no big deal .. picked everything up on Thursday and non of our suits were ironed , they had WHITE DOG HAIR on all of them , they had white stains left and right , me and 3 of my groomsman's buttons on our jackets ripped off a hour into wearing them , my fathers button on his vest broke , I got handed a pair of shoes that were STAINED with glitter and 6 month old dust , nothing but attitudes from Sal , I received a phone call yesterday morning getting SCREAMED at by him because my sister in law never got her son's suit from him demanding me on my wedding day to pay him the remaining $170 , avoid this place like the plague unless you want his white mastiffs hair all over your suits and if you want too be treated like a piece of garbage

We walked in seeing a mirror of names who made appointments and my stomach dropped. I walked in asking "do I need an appointment" and the woman said yes, however we can still help you. We browsed and I tried on dresses that I envisioned myself in, mermaid dress with lots of sparkles !! The owner Carrie came in and suggested I tried on a dress .... On the hanger I knew it wasn't my type. I tried on the dress and started crying. I found it. It still had the sparkles I wanted but plain on the bottom. I SAID YES TO MY DRESS !!!
