We were all very busy, wanted all different styles, and all wanted to match our dates. I feel SO lucky we found this place and Bob. Bob sized us up in minutes. He looked at the color of the dresses and made recommendations. He had us try on some jackets. And that was it! One week later we picked up 3 PERFECTLY fitting, very nice tuxedos (by the way, significantly less expensive than Men's Wearhouse). Bob nailed it and I'll never go anywhere else for my tuxedo needs as long as he's doing what he does! Not to mention, he's a great guy with some great stories. Pics as proof. I was told that the denim/suede bag should be sent out to someone they work with who cleans leather and would take some extra time. Fav bag, so that's fine. The other one wasn't sent out. It was a LV, denim and very yellowed. I can not believe how beautiful it came out! I wish I had taken a picture before it went in. I am so happy about this bag that I will bring all my bags there for now on! Amazing transformation! The other bag, a YSL is still out because they took the time to ask me to sign a consent, just in case something goes wrong. I am just so pleased about how caring and exceptional they are compared tot the cleaners that have popped up lately. They have been around a long time and now I can see why. We spoke twice about the bag that had to be sent out & I truly am confident that it will also come back looking great! These bags cost so much &I'm so happy I brought them in to ask about cleaning. We have been to Estelles, Davids bridal and even the dress section for juniors at Macy's and Bloomingdales. Sizing was difficult if your dress size is bigger than a size 8, colors are limited as most places will only have few color choices and fabrics. So my daughter would end up trying the dress she that was most close to her ideal dress. Pricing was another issue, by far Estelles was the most expensive to find a custom fitted dress. With all of that we were lucky to find this dress shop that has dresses, tuxedos and limousine rentals. We could have have saved a few more dollars if we had ordered directly from the dress makers but to avoid headaches we had my daughter measured with a dress that was form fitting to what she was looking for. We saw color samples of the different choice materials and of course she wanted lots of bling for the occasion. The dress was ordered in Late July and we just received the call a week ago that it finally has arrived. Today we went for a fitting and to make sure that the fabric and bling are exactly what we had envision. I am happy to report that we are all very happy so far with what we have experienced. Be aware if you decided to pay cash, you can save on the tax. The price of the dress does not include the pressing or the petty coat ring skirt. We are actually 2 weeks away from the final delivery date as there are some alterations that the dress requires. Stay tuned for the reveal... I was looking for a custom made tuxedo as well for my self. However, they only rent tuxedos; so i will stick to buying one at century 21.
