i was employed to this disgraceful for literally 3 days. The manager is a tiny man with a big attitude that yells for no reason. He speaks to his staff with little to no respect and expects their loyalty instead. My first day i was told everyone only started nearly 2 months ago. How is that possible for an established warehouse?Also the supervisor does not stick up for her workers. she's like a gazelle in headlights. she'll listen to him yell and walk away. this whole store is a piece of work and i still have not been paid for my time. I stood around for over 30 minutes, I finally get some help to start figuring out my size for a dress shirt, that's all I was in there to buy. After they took my measurements I go to try on a shirt and by the time I come out the person that was helping me was with another customer. Standing around for another 15 minutes to try and find someone I finally had someone else help me to find a different size, I go to try on a different size and the same thing happens, the person helping disappears just like the first, I stand around waiting for someone to help and after waiting for what felt like another 20-30 minutes I left. Maybe it's because I'm young and don't look like I have money but I felt like an afterthought like I was just some kid and wasn't some middle aged businessman looking for a 3 piece suit. Walked in on a Sunday to help a friend get a suit for his wedding. We had 1-2 attendants assist us with the process of picking out a few tuxedos and a suit. The associate helping us was really patient and took care of picking things out that she thought we might like. I'd go back to get her assistance again. The fitting rooms were a bit messy for a place that charges this price range for suits, and it could be organized a little more effectively, but it didn't get too much in the way of our shopping. I noticed other customers kept cutting in front of my friend while he was trying to look in the mirror after changing, and that was very annoying because there really should be more mirrors around. At one point, I believe it was a manager that walked by, and asked one of the staff to make sure our group had someone helping us, and she assured him that we were being helped. The manager is on point, making sure everyone in his store is being attended to. Kudos! Overall a great experience with the store, and would recommend to others. read more

Our family came in today to buy a suit for our son who is graduating college. We walked through the whole store looking for what we wanted. Not a single employee spoke to us. There were several employees who were not engaged with other customers and had the opportunity to speak to us. We left without spending our money here. read more

Intimidating atmosphere with a group of employees that fail to create a comfortable shopping experience. First off the inside of this place is very nice. You can tell by the interior design corporate wanted shoppers to leave thinking shopping here is an experience. While it was an experience it was not one that was very pleasant for me. I walked in with the goal of buying a suit. I had one employee who helped me through the process and was nice overall I will not fault him for what could be his normal demeanor. But I couldn't help but notice everyone else working with other customers were just not nice whenever I would come across them in the store. Whether it was to grab a item where I was blocking or not really answering my questions when the employee that was helping me wasn't around. It just wasn't pleasant. All employees dress well but carry an attitude that makes it feel unwelcoming or a "I'm better than you" attitude. Huge compliments for the tailor who measured me. The staff here is super laid back and won't push you to buy stuff you don't need or want. They're super flexible with time if you have a wedding upcoming or anything like that, and they will practically pick your outfits for you if you want them to. read more

Prior to the world going insane, I loved this place. The last few times I have been in there not so much. My family purchased me some pants o line, I had the receipt, I returned them to exchange and had to PAU more because they were no longer on sale. Most place I know just so an even exchange. I'm assuming these goofs are hard up for cash, and prefer to make it difficult for people to return stuff by punishing the gift recipient. Worse place ever. Everything went well when my guys & I went to get our measurements. They told us they would email us to come back to try our suits, we went they told us it was still being shipped, all they did was measure us again to make it we didn't lose or gain weight. When we got our suits a day before the wedding. I got a friend to get all the suits for us the day of my wedding we took out our suits my pants were in my friends bag but he didn't get his pants all the suits were all wrong measurements. We had to switch many clothes. My friend had to go to a different store to get a pair of pants, all this was the day of my wedding. Don't recommend anyone coming here. read more

Was beat by my girls to get designer jeans and went and got 2 pair- $110 each but on a BOGO! They fit 2" smaller than my Levi's and girls are happy. Literally had a pretty woman experience in the store, can't even believe I'm writing this in 2022. Went in after work in casual attire, nothing bad I wear it at my office, and was looked up and down in a not very nice way by several employees. Was there with my fiancée to get some suits for a big work trip he has coming up. I fell behind him as I saw some nice shirts and socks I wanted to look at and was thinking of getting for him. Tried to ignore the looks even though I knew what they were, they were judging me by looks and watching me for stealing. So I purposely didn't touch anything and was admiring their stuff pretty respectively. Had a guy who watched me the moment come in rush over to me the moment he finished checking someone out to ask if there was something he could help me with? I said no waiting for my fiancé. The entire store was very judging and uncomfortable. You really shouldn't look people up and down so much or assume they're going to steal just because they don't come in with a ball gown on. We went down the road to a Jos A Bank (a nicer more expensive store btw) and found some really nice suits for my fiancé. Seriously the worst I've ever been treated in a store, I felt so incredibly uncomfortable. With so many options to buy a suit in this area I would highly suggest going elsewhere. read more

I feel guilty for making my purchase here. The experience was painful--excruciating even. We were passed down from a helpful, friendly salesman to another man who really should have lost the sale and only out of my irrational patience saved it. I feel guilty because I left the nearby Jos. A Banks of very friendly young man and homely old woman who genuinely cared and wanted to help--but I was looking for a specific kind of jacket and that is why I went to Men's warehouse. They didn't have it either but I settled there--and I shouldn't have. An upcoming long-term business trip across the pond to the UK prompted the need for my husband to shop for a couple of new suits and some shirts. His major concern about the trip was that "they STILL wear suits over there every day" and in his less-dressed-up workday here, he hasn't worn a suit in years. Bring on Men's Wearhouse and their "buy one, get one free" Labor Day sale. Oh, how timely! Many, many years ago we shopped for him at a Men's Wearhouse near our home in Calif. and liked the personal service and the knowledgable tailoring so we were hopeful this experience would not disappoint. It did not. I would agree with David O. that their sales tactics are fairly assertive, but we thoroughly enjoyed the low key attention of our sales associate, Daniel, and in the end (because of the BOGO and Daniel's expertise in putting together a couple of great mix and match looks) walked out happy with two suits, 4 dress shirts, 4 ties, and 2 belts for my husband. The suits (perfect fit jackets and pants taken in and hemmed) will be ready to pick up in 10 days...just in time for their trip abroad. Not sure how often we would have the need to purchase men's dress clothes in the future, but if that need arises we will certainly be back. I would recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone looking for a good buy on a nice suit. AND...if your suit ever needs a tailoring adjustment on any of the lines they did the first time, it is free for life. AND...between visits to the dry cleaners, they will press your suit for free at any Men's Wearhouse. Hmmm. Wonder if they have Men's Wearhouse in the UK? read more

I hate this place. The suit my fiancé bought was 179 plus tax which was almost $200, they measured him (arms, waist, etc) the guy made him get 5 sizes bigger than what he really is because his chest is big. We made sure before we payed for it that the pants were going to be his exact size as my fiancé and the guy said yes. When the suit came in my fiancé & I went to Men's W.H to try it on and lord the pants were so BIG he couldn't even walk in them. I was so mad!!! Plus they made us pay $100 more to alter it. $300 something dollars for stupid ugly suit that was going to be worn once. Never am I going back there. read more

I do not even think this location deserves 1 Star. My brother and nephew (8 years old) visited this location on Wednesday night 9/12. My niece is getting married in New York (his daughter), and he wanted to match the tuxedoes the wedding party had chosen. ABSOLUTELY NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED THEM for at least 15 minutes. He finally walked to the register to show the associate a picture of what he needed for him and his son , and he was told to wait, still no acknowledgement or help. He and his son began looking at shirts and vests, and my nephew , who is AMAZINGLY well behaved, was told "not to touch". With this final rude act by an employee, they left the store.......NEVER VISIT THIS STORE!!!!! There are plenty of other stores to get tuxedoes......THESE EMPLOYEES WHO WERE "GETTING PAID" last night, SHOULD ALL BE FIRED!!!!! I called this store earlier in the day to ask about a coat for my son. After being told the coat I wanted was in stock and told the retail price, I made plans to go with my son after work. I checked the coats on the rack and none of them were the right size and the price was almost $100.00 over what I'd been told. I wanted to ask a salesman if they could check in the back but after being ignored for a few minutes we left. Needless to say I'll never attempt to shop there again. read more

Outstanding customer service from Troy. I had an important interview in which to dress and little experience in formal attire. My wife and I gave a few other clothing stores a try, but had absolutely no luck finding shirts that fit me appropriately. Troy greeted us and treated us like royalty. I informed him I wanted to look my best and he immediately set about putting together a reasonably priced suit, dress shirts, ties, belt, socks, and shoes. Troy obviously knows both his products and his fits. The full ensemble he coordinated made my wife's jaw drop. My suit was tailored and ready to go just in time for my interview. I then asked for another associate to take care of my measurement needs when she proceeds to tell me that I will not yell at her and causing a scene throughout the store needless to say was this more than embarrassing and the fact that she was not even talked to by management shows me all I need to know about this business and will NEVER return for any future attire needs. read more

My future husband just went in for his fitting with his two groomsmen at the Buford, GA store this past Saturday. The guys have been through this many, many times and couldn't stop talking about how bad their service was...phrases like, "they looked like they hated their jobs", "giving an attitude when asked for assistance", "ignored by sales associates". My FH chose Men's Wearhouse because of the deal we got from David's Bridal. All the Groomsmen agreed that Savoy is a better experience. Chose this place to rent my son's prom tuxedo. The rental experience was great with our representative, Bryce. He set us up on a referral program where we get points for referring people & my son got his tux for free vs. $210. The pick up & fitting crew however are rude. You can tell they are trying to be professional, but you can be polite when attempting to do so, especially when people are spending one to three hundred dollars in this place. When they called my son's name I went to the fitting room with him & Lisa rudely told me I couldn't enter & could have a seat or wait on the side wall, but not the door way so I went to stand. Another lady started helping him with the fitting. My son came out & they were fitting him with his vest which we were keeping out of the ensemble since his date changed dresses. I walked in to the sacred fitting room area told the lady that I wanted him fitted without the best so I could see how it's going to look without it since he's going to be going without it. She was rude & wasn't even looking at me when I was talking to her. She then impolitely told me to get out of the door way. I clearly understand they are trying to keep their door way clear, but they could be a lot more polite when requesting people to step back or wait in the waiting area (people standing in an open space).
