Megan fit me for suit jacket, slacks and shirt, taking measurements and ensuring the suit was flattering to my body type. I came to this Men's Wearhouse to get a shirt for an important work function. After purchasing the shirt and putting it on, I realized that the seams were all frayed and incorrectly sewn. Unfortunately, the work event was the next day so I had to wear the shirt and I just didn't take my jacket off the whole event. When I went to return the shirt, I was informed that they don't do returns for shirts that have been worn. Fair enough. So I asked for a store credit to get a different brand shirt because this one was clearly low quality. They said they don't do that either. Reluctantly, I agreed to get a replacement shirt of the same brand. When he brought it out, I asked if I could see it to see if it had the same problem and it did! All the seams were fraying and and there were strings hanging off of it from the seams all over the shirt. The third attempt was a bit better only fraying in certain parts that I can probably make work. But a super cheaply made shirt for a still expensive price. I would highly recommend going anywhere else. Very poor quality work here and unfortunately not what it used to be. read more

We bought a suit 2 weeks before Prom for our son. The vest had to be ordered because they didn't have his size. Suit is ready 2 days early and vest is in. Go to pick up everything and the WRONG COLOR OF VEST IS ORDERED! Prom is 3 days away. Associate Megan helped locate one and had it overnighted. Come day of prom. My Men's Warehouse experience went well. I purchased a new suit, two shirts, and two ties. The saleswoman, Winter, was excellent. She helped me pick out the right colors. She made sure my clothes fit comfortably. She suggested they be tailored. She special ordered the pants and shirts. The deliveries were prompt. My notifications were on point. Winter took care of me each time I arrived. She was professional, courteous, very knowledgeable. I would recommend her services to every patron. First I will say, I got fitted here for a suit some years ago and that experience was pleasant. Some of the staff here aren't too bad. But I had an experience I did not care for at all here recently, so if it weren't for the fact that my friend used this place for his registry, I would've went somewhere else...and I'm still considering it. To condense this story, I was rudely asked why I couldn't come in to get fitted before the deadline for the wedding registry. I answered "Well I've been out of state and the person I'm taking care of was just diagnosed with cancer!" To which she answered with no empathy "yeah..get in here when you can!" The whole tone of the person I had spoken with was very rude, so I addressed it with a shift manager, who agreed that person has an attitude problem.He may have said that to pacify me, or it could very well be the truth he is aware of her attitude, by my question is what have you guys done to correct her behavior and how many other times in the past was she rude to customers. Even the staff here, some of them were just not as friendly, not making eye contact, smirking...I should've taken note when I was the only customer here. The dad and the brother were looking for suits to buy. There was a good deal going on, but they couldn't get the okay to purchase until they showed it to me and my mom. Austin, the wardrobe consultant, recognized that my dad and brother were back to seek out approval and laid out all the options for the perfect suit. My dad was looking for another suit to add to his collection while my brother was looking for his first suit to own. Austin did a great job to explain the details between suit options that both were able to narrow it down to one for each guy. Onwards to trying on the suit, Austin helped the guys pair it with the perfect set of shoes. He went to explain what colors went with the navy blue suit each chose and what type of style is appropriate for each type of occasion. With the shoes set, we moved on to dress shirts and ties. Austin had his colleagues pick out five classic paired looks for each occasion: interview, second interview, collegiate, etc. There was a great deal of buy 3 for one so it was quite a steal. I really enjoyed the presentation of options and learned a lot about appropriate pattern mixing. There's definitely an art in the way a guy dresses up. Finally, Austin introduced everyone to the tailor who would make the suits be a one of a kind fit. My son was buying his first suit for a very important interview. When we walked in the door we were greeted by some very happy salespeople. Eric and Emily took my son under their wing and went above and beyond and helped him find the perfect suit. We were under a time crunch, of course, and were shocked and relieved that not only did they help him find the perfect suit, but they were able to tailor the pants within minutes. No wait, no fuss. Wow. No customer service at all. First, I went in and saw two workers (maybe the boss and employee) chatting. None of them said anything even after making eye contact with them. I stood at the rental for 7min before getting helped by one of the same unconcerned worker (maybe the boss). Measurements were done and fitted correctly however nothing fitted on me right on the pick up date. I had to compromise to wearing a tight pant and a vest. Although I was mad I applaud the guy who helped me with the fitting and replacement of cloths. So far he was the only one doing his job right. Drop day was another hustle since I was charged late fee for dropping two days late. A day being a Sunday and the next Monday ( a national holiday). Mind you I was never told about this hidden scam for late fee until I took them back. Refused to let us try it on in store so when my husband finally tried it on at home is when we realized it's too big. We came here to pick out a tuxedo for rental and get my fiancé measured for our wedding. We were greeted immediately when we came in, then we went straight to the back area for tuxedo rentals. There were two women sitting in there, and were helped by them immediately. Both of them were mostly polite, although one seemed a lot more approachable than the other. They weren't really super friendly and didn't seem too enthusiastic about helping us either, but were at least cordial to us. I already knew which tuxedo I wanted, so that part was easy. I told her the colors I wanted for the wedding party, so she showed us a few swatches so I could choose the exact shades I wanted for each color and what patterns I wanted as well. She showed us how the vests, ties, and pocket squares looked with the tuxedo of our choice. The fitting went pretty quickly. She measured my fiancé, pulled out a sample tuxedo for him, and we got to see how the size looked on him. We made our reservation and made the deposit once we were done. I did get a little annoyed at this point when my fiancé was asking questions to clarify some things about the bridal party and the process of them getting fitted because she looked a little annoyed having to answer his questions. I may have been expecting a little too much from this experience, but I was expecting a little more enthusiasm from the people helping us. This is one of the few things in planning a wedding that's focused completely on the groom, and I realize it wasn't going to be quite as exciting as finding a wedding dress, but I had expected a little more than the emotionless attitude we experience in getting this done. But all in all, I'm satisfied. We found our tuxedos and they look exactly how I pictured it in my head. I probably would have had a better experience if this wasn't for such a special occasion and I wasn't looking so forward to it. read more

However, while I was in the store I did see some reasons to come back as the selection of clothes was Huge and the staff was more than helpful and professional. "The Good" - I was fitted on a Tuesday and the tux arrived on Thursday... not a bad turn around. ** Note there was an additional charge for a "rush" but still that is some good timing. - The fitting took under fifteen minutes. - They have a large selection of tuxedo dress shoes, including the famous Chucks in vinyl. - You can return your rental to ANY, yes even the one in MD where the party was, Men's Wearhouse. - The staff made prompt phone calls to let me know when the tux was in the building so it made the last minute weekend plans easier knowing this important item was taken off the list. Took my son in for a tux fitting for his senior prom. After last year's disaster with a different store, I didn't know what to expect. We were greeted in a friendly manner and shown to the tuxedo area. Our sales associate, Justin, greeted us again and went to work. He measured, remeasured and had my son try on several coats and in the end, came up with what appeared to be a good fit. When we came back to pick the tux up, Justin was there again. When my son tried his tux on, it fit like a glove, like it had it had been tailored, he looked fantastic! If you need a tux or dress clothes, I recommend you try this Men's Wearhouse. read more

The staff is rude and they messed up my husbands measurement for our wedding. He only rented a shirt from them and they messed it up, it was way too small and when he asked if he should try it on there, they informed him it was just a shirt and it was not necessary to try on! On pick up and drop off staff was snobbish and we received a tone of annoyance with our presence. I don't normally bash companies like this but this was highly frustrating. I've never left a review before, but I thought this was worth sharing. I live on the Outer Banks in Kill Devil Hills and recently got married on October 13th. The Greenbriar Mens Wearhouse was the closest place to rent a tux that offered shops in other states allowing for my groomsmen to get fitted. To make a long story short. The day we went to pickup the Tuxes, there was a tear in my Fathers vest. Being a couple days away from the wedding we were not sweating it. Connor from Men's Wearhouse assured us everything would be fine. Connor stayed in contact with updates and even drove the 1.5 hours from Chesapeake to my Father house in Nags Head to hand deliver the vest the night before my wedding. This was exemplary customer Service and I thank you. Stuff happens when shipping, but Connor and his crew made it happen. Great stuff and Thank You. read more

We received poor customer service from sales clerk and manager. After renting tuxedos for a wedding party, our bride decided on no jackets. As we'd already paid for the entire rental, we needed a refund on the jacket portion. The clerk couldn't refund the money to our account, as my husband was picking up the tux and I had the credit card it was charged on. I tried giving the number to her over the phone, but she didn't know how to process the refund. The manager said we'd have to come to the store to pick up the "cash", that he couldn't MAIL cash, nor allow us to pick up the refund at another store. He offered us a gift card - AS IF!! We'll take our formal wear business elsewhere, as our business wasn't appreciated here! read more
