THE WORST STORE. Do not order from this store. I never got my solution resolved, never got my dress, never got the whereabouts where my dress is really located, and the Windsor store in Troy, MI does not care nor answer their emails/phone calls. At Bridal Expos and online, you usually get bombarded with the chain Menswear places to do your business with for your wedding day (like I did). The styles at these places were bland and I wanted something different. I stumbled upon Sam Michael's and from my first visit (of probably 5 or 6 in total), I was hooked! Walking in here for the first time, I didn't know what to expected. I explained that I was getting married, and 8 groomsmen and 2 parents that needed suits. I was sat down and shown all of my different rental options, which included suits, tuxes, pants, ties, shoes and other accessories. So many decisions, but I was granted the ability to stay there and think carefully, but also explained to that I can change it as many times as I want up to a month or so before the wedding date. Attached are some pictures of the suit I picked for myself and my groomsmen. It was a brand new suit in their inventory that they personally owned, as well as the color choice for my accents (pocket square and tie). Michael and team were very professional through the entire process. We had multiple texts and phone calls back and forth during my moving of our wedding date as well as when my accent color was discontinued. After the wedding was all said and done, I was granted a $500 shopping spree on a suit set of my choice. That was really exciting and I got a nice blue, checkered patterned suit. Initially the suit was advertised to me as "slightly more expensive" but better quality and service than competitors. After we allocated our wedding finances after we got married, at Sam Michael's, I actually spent LESS than what I budgeted and LESS than a competitor I was initially going to go with. Totally worth it here! Thank you Mike and team for everything! I felt like family every time I walked in. No errors or resizing for any of us during our pick ups.

On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Laz from The Suit Shop to assist us with a suit for my elderly father-in-law. Laz was professional, courteous and accommodating, going well above "doing his job". In addition to tailoring the suit to my father-in-law's preferences, he included several personal touches which were thoughtful and very appreciated. The suit is of excellent quality and customer service at The Suit Shop was beyond excellent. The pricing was reasonable. I highly recommend this place, we could not have been happier with the whole experience!

Every dress my sister tried on, they put on a veil and stretched it out so that she could see how it looked. My sister saw a dress on the side and asked to see it. Aziza said "This is the one I tokd you but you didnt like it." So Aziza grabbed it and showed her and she said let me just try it to see please. She tried it on and fell in love. We told her to try on the first dress again to be sure. They were so patient with us. She retried the first one but she said she didn't love it like the last. They reput on the dress and my sister said yes to the dress. She was so happy. She started crying and they gave everyone tissues. Aziza wasn't too pushy. She told my sister to choose a dress she felt happy with and wanted, and to not worry about everyone elses opinion. The dress was actually a really good price. She also picked out a vail for about $450 and crown $240. We went to quite a few bridal shops and the crowns were more expensive at other shops. Overall, we had a great experience. My sister will be back in for alterations for the dress. They went over all of the prices with my sister up front. They also offered coupons for mother of the bride, mother in law, and the bridesmaid dresses as well. My sister said she will come back in to have a bridesmaid try on dresses.
