Teresa was AMAZING!! I would give her 10 stars if possible. Our bridal party lives all across the country and she went above and beyond to ensure all of us got exactly what we needed. I was a groomsmen on the brides side and she helped us specialize my tie and outfit to match the bridesmaids. She took special care to talk through every step with the groom, check in on us along the way, and make picking up our suits a special experience! She had every part of the tux ready to go, and day of pickup made sure it all fit perfectly!! (Even though we'd gotten fitted at different locations) She even folded the pocket squares extra special and made sure we all knew what we were doing with our ties and buttons. We went to the Irving/Las Colinas location in search of wedding attire for my daughter's wedding. Teresa was our stylist and was amazing. Her knowledge of the wedding industry attire was tremendously helpful to both parties involved in the wedding. She knows her stuff. This woman has been in the business on both sides and has incredible expertise and direction to share. Was Men's Wearhouse exceptional? Not really, but Teresa made this place be the go to spot because of her experience. Honestly, this is the best place to begin your search for men's wedding attire. I have done business for years with Men's Wearhouse, and so when I walked in recently for a suit to get married in, my expectations were much higher than what I found. While the sales staff were great, and they worked hard to earn my business, at the end of the day I had to make a decision to go elsewhere. I found shirts cost 30% of what they used to here. Other items likewise prices had dropped. This tipped me off that perhaps the quality had also changed. After doing some digging this hunch was verified. I noticed the suits mainly are made not in the USA but offshore. The fit and look of the material and cut of the suits looked sloppy. I couldn't find a single suit that fit or looked good. When I went to another store to find a suit, I was able to get a really nice one that looks great. Sadly I won't be shopping at Men's Wearhouse anymore or at least until their business model changes to something where I feel good about what I'm wearing. read more

Young man helped us today and the service was not at all what we expected. This was the first "fitting" and "suit experience" for my fiancé and we came in with high expectations, excited for him to get started with his wedding suit process and were quickly disappointed . Prior to our appointment my fiancé received a phone call with a knowledgeable employee preparing him for the appointment and giving tips on what information to provide the day of his appointment, this gave us high hopes. As soon as we arrived we let the young man know we had an appointment, he asked for the occasion, excitedly we told him our wedding and he stared at us with a blank look on his face, then proceeded with "ok so what can i help you with" (he clearly did not get any of the information provided over the phone and/or on the website). We were obviously there to find a suit. I as the fiancée had to prompt him several times to get anything out of him such as "can u show us colors?" "can he try it on" "can you measure him". When I wasn't speaking, the three of us were awkwardly silently staring at each-other. He had no suggestions, no initiative, was very reserved and not at all attentive to the occasion. Our appointment lasted a total of 5 minutes due to his lack of enthusiasm, communication, and knowledge. He literally showed us 2 options, stayed quiet, measured him (only at my request) and then we left because he completely failed his salesman assignment. We left the store really dissatisfied and disappointed with the service. We were excited to check one thing off our wedding to do-list and unfortunately Men's Wearhouse did not meet our very simple standards. I would not recommend this to any excited couple getting ready for a wedding, they'll just ruin your mood. read more

Bobby previously did a pretty good job with me. But this time, he was entirely passive, rather inattentive, and was literally ready to let me walk out of the store with a suit that didn't look good and didn't fit. I felt as though he was ambivalent about me as a customer. The thing is, between the two of us who were there today, Bobby could have sold us four suits, and retained us as long-term customers. But, as I told him on my way out (with no purchase), he just didn't seem to care, and only (halfheartedly) wanted to sell me any old thing and then get me the fuck out of the store. This was offensive, and just bad business. I wouldn't go back to see Bobby, and I won't go back to Men's Wearhouse. read more

It's really nice about this place is that as soon as you enter you have someone really trying to help you and make sure you find the right fit of soup. What's not nice about this place is how expensive the suits are. Even with the buy one get one free special you are paying so much money for two suits. I bought a suit about a month ago and after trying it on a few times, I wasn't happy with the fit. The salesman Dan was great and helpful and it was really on me that it didn't fit the way I needed it to. So I finally took it back today (thanks to their generous 90 day return/exchange policy) and had the pleasure of dealing with Mo. He never questioned it, just helped me find a better fit. This location is terrible - mainly due to the shady manager. I bought a suit there and after a few weeks, decided I didn't "love the way I looked" in it. So, I returned it - or I tried to. When I brought it back in, James, the manager, said he couldn't return it before even looking at it - only exchange it. Then after quoting the return policy to him, he said he couldn't return it because it had been worn. After I pointed out how little sense that made, he said "well... I can't return it because... it's been altered." Which, makes no sense either. He finally said he was not returning it based solely on manager discretion, and now he'd decided he wouldn't even exchange it. He also insinuated that I was using them for a "free suit rental." It was a rude thing to say, but actually makes me laugh considering he's a dead ringer for the Comic Book Guy from The Simpsons. At this point, I asked him to escalate the issue and he said he would "text his regional manager to call me" I ended up getting a hold of the RM myself who directed me to Frisco where the staff is great. read more

This man was a great pleasure to work with in regards to getting the correct colors, and styles that would fit me. He helped me with getting the correct matches for my sports coat, shirts, shoes, and ties....it was an awesome learning experience. I came to this store with my father and my fiancé on two separate occasions and received great service each time. Both my father and fiancé were looking to buy a suit for my upcoming wedding, and the salesmen who assisted us were able to find the perfect suits within the budgets we had stated. With my father, who lives in San Antonio but was in town for the weekend, his salesman Dan P. told us that the suit we selected could be shipped to and tailored at the store closest to my parents house, which we did. And my father was able to get his finished suit within a pretty decent turnaround. With my fiancé, his salesman Bobby S. was able to provide a discount by suggesting that we donate one of my fiancé's old suit jackets to the suit drive that was currently going on, which we did as well. And my fiancé was able to get his finished suit within a week after purchasing it. So long story short, great suits and great service! read more
