I had a great experience shopping with my son for a suit. It was very busy but customer service was great. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and asked what we needed help with. I asked if they could take my son's measurements for a suit. She told me absolutely and to give her a few minutes to close out a customer she was helping and to walk around to see if we could find anything we may like. It didn't take long and she got my son's measurements and told us about a special they were promoting. You buy the suit and the tie and shirt is included for $300 welp let's do it! Unimpressed with this location. The female employee was on a phone call with someone who was screaming and cursing. This employee was also listening to some loud music while trying to service my boyfriend with his tuxedo. What ever happened to professionalism with these businesses?? I'm more and more disgusted by the lack of accountability from these businesses. read more

Made the mistake of using them for our wedding. My husband went to pick up his suit two days before the wedding when they told him to. When he got there, they told him it wasn't ready yet and should be there within the next several hours. Then, the next day, one of his groomsmen goes to pick up his suit and they never sent it out which they realized the day before the wedding so he had to go get it just a few hours before the ceremony started. read more

This review relates only to the tuxedo rental portion of this business. It was good, but very slow. Definitely make sure you try your rental on before leaving the store in case you need a quick alteration, even though the line to pick up and try on my be long and slow. I'm not sure why they don't open up more dressing rooms for people to try on tuxes in, especially when the store isn't otherwise busy. The tuxes we rented for a wedding were nice enough though and the staff resolved everyone's "fit" issues very well. read more

This place is a total disgrace. I had to go up here four times for a tuxedo. my son had to be fitted twice. As of today the day of prom I had to go back up there to get it after it was not finished as of Friday and it still was not done when I sent someone up there on Saturday at 1 o'clock to get it for me if you want your stuff done in a timely fashion without aggravation I suggest that you do not go here. The people work here are incompetent clearly illiterate and just downright rude and disrespectful the managers name is Phil and he is completely clueless, rude and disrespectful... if it was left up to me I was started Crusade against going to places like this with no customer service or no customer care... I'm beyond aggravated with the situation at hand because this was done three weeks in advance they sent me an email telling me everything was done and it was ready so when I get up there for the second time and it's not done and the third time and is not done the 4th time I'm pretty damn pissed... read more

I have done business with this store in the past and never had any issues before. I bought two pairs of shoes on 3/ 2 leaving the store with one pair and the understanding that the second pair would be shipped to my home because it was out of stock. My receipt had an estimated delivery date of 3/15. I decided to call the store on 3/21 since I hadn't heard anything and still hadn't gotten the shoes. I was told by the manager that his records showed that the shoes were delivered. He gave me a UPS tracking number and I went online to see for myself. UPS had not yet received the shoes and this was confirmed by their rep during an online chat. Called back to the store and was told that after conferring with the Mgr. of another store which actually shipped the shoes that said shoes were now in UPS possession. I advised the manager that the shoes in question (black) were for a special event that would be taking place in two days and that I would like to get my money back because I now needed to go out and purchase a pair of Black shoes. I was told that once the shoes arrived I could bring them in and at that time receive a refund. I think the order should be cancelled and my money refunded. And no there wasn't any offer of a substitute pair of black shoes. Warning, If their merchandise is not in stock don't buy because they have shown that they will say whatever needs to be said to keep the order and or money. read more
