Took about 45 minutes just to get measured because he had no idea how to do any of the measurements correctly. Make sure you try on everything when they give it to you. My pants had a loose inseam so you could see my inner thigh on both sides. thankfully I tried them on and caught the mistake, but I then had to come back the next day to get new pants as they didn't have any readily available. A big inconvenience when i dont live in the area The new pants they gave to me were not slim fit like the original and they were way too short for me. My bow tie clasp snapped as soon as I put it on wedding day. I was advised by Chris that I didn't have to try everything on so I assumed they double checked things like that. So I had to rig together my bow tie the morning of the wedding which was not fun. Overall a 0 star experience. Save your money and go to Pernos or anywhere else in Athens, or use Suit Shop. I will not be back and will strongly advise against them if ever brought up for future events.

I noticed other customers kept cutting in front of my friend while he was trying to look in the mirror after changing, and that was very annoying because there really should be more mirrors around. At one point, I believe it was a manager that walked by, and asked one of the staff to make sure our group had someone helping us, and she assured him that we were being helped. We waited patiently. The gentleman was working by himself, and we understand quality customer service takes time, especially in a specialty store like this. When we were served, my husband and son both tried on various pieces, and we figured out what was still needed. The bulk of the most difficult and important pieces were acquired. The only thing I didn't really care for was that the gentleman helping us tried making conversation about how the younger generation didn't care and called out whenever, which left him by himself. I already know the problems with capitalism, and it has nothing to do with the younger generation. We also showed no irritation and so we didn't need excuses for retail shop drama and negativity.

He brought out the tape measure to double check my nephew's size and tried on a bunch of stuff. Super helpful, good advice. We ended up getting a sport coat and a couple shirts so he will be set up for when the time comes. I sat down and waited for 40 minutes before the guy came back out and began serving a customer that had come in after me. He then came over and said "have you been helped yet?" I told him again no and he said "don't worry we will be with you soon." I continued to wait another 30 minutes before I finally got up and walked out without being helped. I am very dissatisfied with the service and ignorance at this location. I would recommend to anyone to use Men's Warehouse, Brooks Brothers, or another company that values their customers time over Jos. A. Bank.
