Located in the Mountain Grove plaza. Plenty of parking if it's not on the weekend. You may bar to park a bit far from the store on a busy weekend. My teens wanted to shop here because of the sales. The sales ranged from 40% to 70% off. I forgot to take pictures inside. Bought a pair of pants originally $50 marked down, then another $70 off, ended up paying $15. There's different clothing left at each Tilly's so you may need to look at other stores to see what's available. Employee here was very nice and friendly. read more

The workers here are awful and have terrible attitudes. The plaza itself is very nice and fun to walk around, but one day I came last minute to buy my husband a shirt he had wanted so long. The "alt" girl with bangs told me they were about to close and I told her I knew exactly what I wanted to buy so she allowed me a few minutes. She just started following me around with an awful look on her face. I was already having an awful weekend and I was really looking forward buying my husband this shirt but her energy made me feel way too uncomfortable to continue shopping there. Almost all the workers didn't offer me any help to find the RSQ shirt I wanted so I left empty handed. I ended up going to the Tilly's in Moreno Valley mall and bought the shirt. The workers were helpful as well. There was a gentleman with long wavy hair that has a security shirt that apologized for the inconvenience and it helped me feel better. I was sad and disappointed to see all of the negative reviews and that there was only a 2.1 rating on this Tilly's because every single time I come here there I receive excellent service. The workers always welcome me in, ask if I need help, and help me find things that I want to buy. The clothes are on the pricier side, however I feel like it is good quality clothing (if you get the right brands). Yesterday I jumped onto Yelp to find out when the store opened. I just happened to read the reviews and I was shocked because I have never had a bad experience in the Redlands Tilly's ever and yesterday was no exception. While shopping, I was asked by several friendly store workers if I needed and help. When I finally did need something, I approached a young man, whose name I later learned was Ethan, and he dropped everything to help me find a new brand of shorts for my son, since the ones that he likes are no longer being made by Vans. After looking through the selection together we went to the counter to search online for a pair that we had found but were the wrong size. He helped me find exactly what I needed and said when I finished shopping they could check other stores or order them online for me. If I chose the later, they would ship to my house for free. After my girls and I were done shopping, Donovan helped me at the counter, he was extremely nice and worked quickly. He called the Inland Center store to stock check my shorts and when they didn't have them, he placed the order online for me. I felt bad for having him do this all for me because my time at the counter was taking awhile and a line was starting to develop. He assured me several times that it was absolutely okay and he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. He was never scoffed or seemed put off that I was so needy! Ethan did come up to help Donovan and another gal check so the line was taken care of quickly. Donovan got my three pairs of shorts ordered and helped me with the rest of my purchases. So maybe in the past there have been some rude or unhelpful workers there, but yesterday I didn't run into anyone that was anything like those I have read about in other reviews. Reading the reviews makes me sad, especially because most of them are about things that the employees don't have any control over. This location is awesome, all the employees have always been so kind and helpful to me. Yes the line does take long, but places are very understaffed nowadays, so when you leave a negative review about the line you're actually just discouraging the people who showed up to try and serve you despite not receiving much help. All the employees here are rude as fuck. They ignored us as we walked in. Then each employee gave was a dirty look as we looked through the clothes. My sister and I went to try clothes on and three employees just looked at us while we were waiting for someone to open the fitting rooms, COMPLETELY IGNORING US. Then when an employee finally decided to help us and another gentleman, she greeted the gentleman with a smile and told him to let her know if he needed any help. When it was my turn, she looked at me, unlocked the door, asked how many items I had, took the item and slammed the door behind me without saying another word. Beyond rude employees! Tillys does not care about their customers at check out. I have been here about seven times since they opened and always spend about $200. Every time there is a line and only one or two cashiers on even though they have four registers. Tonight I went in and waited in line for 20 min because the one cashier had a return to figure out. There were three people on the floor, she said they all know how to ring up customers but corporate only wants one register open. Everyone in line was frustrated and there were no smiles. Tillys doesn't seem to care. Their Tyler mall location has the same issues. I own a chain of small boutiques and we actually use Tillys as an example of how we will never treat our customers. read more

I recently tried on clothes here, Iva always had a good experience until yesterday afternoon. I tried on some shirts, after leaving the store I was getting itchy all over my chest and body, I thought nothing of it as it lasted until last night, only to find out I had humongous hives all over the areas that were itchy after wearing the shirt. I had to take Benadryl and this morning woke up to more hives and itching on my legs. read more

I never give a store a bad review unless I really feel the need for change. I ran a business for years and I can understand a few mishaps now and then. However, no matter the good aspects of how the store is run, this mishap I will share is completely avoidable and I am positive caused many more people than I, upset. My husband and I were shopping rather late for a 4th of July party. It was 5 min to closing and I finally found something nice after shopping a few hours at other stores, and wanted to try on quick realizing it was close to closing. All the dressing rooms were full. I stood behind another tired shopper and waited a bit until we heard an associate tell us that registers were closed and we could not buy anything. With all dressing rooms full and I waiting, I was shocked to hear this. What? ummmm..... I get that it was closing time but to allow us all to try on clothes knowing we could not purchase them was not cool. The guy in front of me and I both dropped what we had and headed out to find that the door was blocked and the front door associate clueless that there were people still trying on clothes. I could tell that only the guy and I that had been waiting, were notified that registers were closed. Not the people still trying on clothes. My husband was completely bewildered as to why I was leaving so soon after finding something finally. We live in Yucaipa and not easy to just come back the next day and purchase. If I lived a block away I would be very upset anyway! NOT good! Please do something about this Tillys. I will never go into your store in Citrus Plaza again. And to share also, I am concerned about Citrus Plaza altogether. I am going to stick to Cabazon from now on. That was the last straw for me. DONT BUY SHOES HERE WITHOUT CHECKING IN THE BOX!!! So I went here (Redlands tillys) and tried a shoe on that was my size on the display. A guy worker asks me do I need help and I said yeah I'd like these shoes in the size I tried on. So then he went and got them in the back and then told me he'll place them upfront. Well when I was done shopping I walked out of the store with my little child who was throwing a tantrum and let my husband pay. The cashier nor my husband checked inside the shoe box (my husband said so). I get home and open up the box and was so upset and could not believe what I was looking at. USED MARKED UP SHOES!! How did these shoes even get returned or exchanged being used? How did the dude that grabbed the shoes for me not see this? I mean I'm sure he checked in the box to make sure they were the right shoes. If I'm paying $70 for shoes, I want them NEW! Is that too much to ask for?! I think an employee used them and put them back. So then I called them to let them be aware of the problem and that I'd be in there to exchange them out. I live 15 minutes away from tillys so it was a hassle to have to go back over there because this store is selling used shoes. Luckily they did the exchange with no problem. I have visited this location on multiple occasions and the employees look miserable. I also had a horrible experience with Serena (the store manager), and witnessed her snapping at her employees and being rude to customers. If I worked there, I'd be miserable too. Every time I have gone here the staff is beyond rude. Nobody in the store has any manners if you talk to anyone that works there they just use slang. I'm a 38 year old women I don't need to be hearing "dude" "yo" "hold up" seriously learn how to talk. Even the management is like this. As we all know, Tilly's is beyond overpriced but we all fall into the trap when we want nice, name brand clothing. I had recently purchased a pair of swim trunks and went back in to return them in the same week. All three tags were still intact and I had the receipt (per their return policy). The worker stated, "would you like store credit or would you like the amount charged back on the card?" I replied: "I do NOT want store credit, may I get my money back in cash instead of it being charged back on my card?" She replied "I can only charge it back on the card." She continued to argue with me but never gave me a REAL reason as to why she couldn't give me cash. While she refused to help resolve the problem, she was continuously mumbling into her headset to someone who was somewhere in the store and didn't bother to ask for the manager to come and help with the situation. The staff here is beyond rude, ditsy, and seem like they are just there to brag they work at Tilly's. I petition for the staff to wear name tags for this reason. Last night my brother and I walked in and right of the back I knew we were going to get shitty costumer service. The way they looked at us from head to toe. We were by the hat area and one of the guys yelled at us from across the room asking if we needed any help & I replied saying, "no thank you." I then hear him saying, "I guess I'm talking to myself!" And asked once again & I repeated myself as comply as possible, "no thanks." We wanted to see some bracelets that were by the cashier register and they were just staring at us we asked for assistance and seemed like WE WERE TALKING TO OURSELVES cause no one assisted us after waiting for someone for about 15 min. We were literally the only two customers in the store at the time and there were about 5 workers and the security at the door. They have really bad costumer service with shitty attitude. First of all you don't yell at a costumer across the room you approach them nicely. Second of all you don't say shit like "I guess I'm talking to myself!"
