This is one of my favorite reviews that I've written in a long time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]In my experience customer service of this degree is hard to find.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I came to the store to buy a suit for a wedding that I am officiating, keep in mind. I came only two days before the wedding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was immediately greeted by Nick when I walked in and wasted no time finding out how he could help me, what I needed, and when I needed it by.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After I told him that I was buying a suit for a wedding in two days, he let me know right away that potentially may not be possible, due to My sizing needs and the timeframe I needed the suit in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite my bad attitude in my initial response, Nick immediately got to work, measuring me and looking for anything in the store in my size.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] More customers started entering the store and that's when Chance came to help me while Nick assisted the other customers. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite there being a high volume of people in the store, neither of them missed a beat with helping each person and still not leaving me hanging.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They did not make me feel like a burden and constantly said stuff like, " People like you are the reason we're here." And, " We're happy to help you in anyway we can."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]My favorite part about the communication from the staff was that they never made empty promises, nor did they complain or give negative responses.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They were determined and immediately took action to help me find everything that I needed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] It was about 3 o'clock in the afternoon when I arrived. They took down my phone number and said they would call when my suit is ready. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The next morning at 11 AM only one hour after the store is open they called me to let me know my suit is ready.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived, I was immediately greeted by Avery, who apologized and let me know that their system was down.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I informed her I was just there to pick up a suit that I already paid for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She immediately went to grab my suit and helped me to try it on before leaving the store to make sure it was done right.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] After trying on the suit, [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nick and Avery both asked me if it needed any more alterations or if it fit well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Again, I felt extremely well taken care of and a warm atmosphere at this location. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Despite all of the problems that we're going on outside of their control, they kept a great attitude and continued to communicate well with other customers coming in letting them know the system was down and the way around it was they could pay cash until the system was back up.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Overall, I am super excited to give a five star review to them and highly recommend anybody looking to buy a suit to stop by this location. My favorite thing about Men's Wearhouse is the fact that they can alter a suit and custom tailor it to how you want it to fit and they did that for me in a very short amount of time and I am grateful. So thank you, Nick, Avery, and Chance for helping save the day and getting me what I needed. read more

My fiancé went in to buy a tux for our wedding. He went in there prepared to spend a pretty penny for our special day. The woman was so rude and seemed extremely annoyed by his presence. My fiancé asked to get measured and he was immediately cut off and told that he "would not be able use the measurements anywhere else". Okay... well...he went in there wanting to buy a tux FROM THERE and let her know that he was planning to buy it FROM THEM (and not somewhere else) but the woman immediately assumed that he wasn't going to buy anything, basically pushed him out the door, and honestly was just plain mean. You would think someone would be excited when someone says they're getting married and need a tux! Well the woman was right. He did end up not buying anything from there because the customer service was 0/10. Horrendous. Picture caption: Not sure if she was listening but he didn't want a rental he wanted to buy a tux and he stated that to her, but she clearly just wasn't taking him seriously because she put his measurements on a rental paper. It's also convenient that she didn't put her name or anything on this paper. I wouldn't want my name associated with the customer service my fiancé received either. read more

I purchased a new suit a few months ago. After a few weeks, when I needed it for a cruise, we noticed that the sleeve lengths were noticeably different. I was in St. George Utah visiting family I took my nephew to get fitted for A tux for prom. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He did not end up being able to go. called them they were very nice about refunding my money.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 8 days went by still no refund I called Emily said she processed it but then she looked into it again then told me I had to go to one of there stores and insert my debt card so I could get a refund. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This adsoulutly unexceptable they have my debt card on file now they want me to take time find a store to go and give them my card so they can refund my money, the thing that makes me mad is that if I had not called they would have never let me know.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] read more

I understand things are not very good for businesses during Covid but my fiancé and I waited 35 minutes inside the store waiting to talk to the "wedding planner" employee to help us. The male employee said he is on the retail side? So they don't cross train employees?? The female planner started helping a couple that just walked in a few minutes before. The male employee should have told her that we had bees waiting a longtime!! Terrible customer service and lack of communication. We left the store and will never be back. Had the privilege of having the store manager, Emily and her attentive staff help my husband and I. We've had continued issues with another store and she seemed to rectify it with a wave of her wand. Truly, saved the day! I will go out of my way to only work with Emily when it comes to my future events. read more

The employees were SO RUDE!! Do not buy from this store they have the worst customer service. I bought my husband a white long sleeve shirt that ended up being way too long and they refused to return an unworn shirt with all the tags attached and the receipt in hand. read more

My son has been out on a mission for 6 months and he tells me all his slacks we purchased at Men's Wearhouse are falling apart. Mind you we spent over $1,000. I called the store and spoke to the store Manager (Wesley). He asked me what can I do for you and at the end of the conversation he tells me theirs nothing he can do. He informed me I could repurchase the slacks at the same price. Ummmmm no thank you, I can go somewhere else and buy quality for the same price. Wesley was unapologetic and I felt like I was interrupting his day. I will not be shopping here ever again, their way overpriced and the quality of their merchandise is not worth the money. I will find somewhere else to spend my money on men's shoes and clothing. I purchased a couple pairs of dress shoes. One of the shoes has an obvious problem where the finish is peeling off. The store employees and manager all agree that there is a problem, but they refuse to replace that pair of shoes. They have given me the run around treatment - leave the shoes here for a couple of days, a manager will get back to you, we'll email headquarters and get back to you. I simply have not heard from them now for a couple weeks. I've made three separate trips there to resolve this. My next trip will be to a different men's store for suits and shoes. read more

Terrible experience. My boyfriend came in to get two suits and a few shirts. He had to get his suit altered and Michael was the one who helped us. He had to order two pants and get them altered but he only put in alterations for one pair and not the other. We came in the pick up the altered suit and he said he didn't put the alterations on the other pair of pants so we have to wait ANOTHER MONTH. We also told him we had shirts that were shipped there a week ago and he said he didn't want to look for it because the pile of clothes were too big. We called a few days later and apparently he didn't even order the shirts in... this man is seriously the worst to work with. He does not pay attention to detail and seems to be in his own world when talking to him. He was not sorry at all for the mistakes he made and just made it our problem instead of his. If you go here avoid Michael from helping you. He really needs to be fired. I'm not sure why they even hired him... read more

Horrible experience with this location! We have shopped at many others and had no problem but this one is horrible. The salesmen are so rude. I took my son to get pants and the guy was a jerk and also told my son he needs to stop working out because his butt and thighs are too big. He's 13 and plays football, that's why I went in to get them made for his body, but I just dismissed it. While I was waiting the couple weeks to get his pants in my husband took one of our employees in for a new suit and tried a different salesman. This guy kept teasing our employee about how short he was, he's 5'9. I know that's not tall but it's nothing for a 50 year old mad to ridicule him about. Then he found out his age and that he is the tallest in his family and told him he was screwed. Real professional. The last experience made me the most mad, went to pick up my son's pants and be done with this location. I went in and waited for 20 minutes while they were looking for his pants, the same salesman I had came back out to tell me they accidentally shipped them to another store but didn't because my husband walked in. The salesman turns to me and says "oh, your husbands here, I'll just tell him". Are you kidding me? I've been the one in there, I was the one waiting forever and again you dismiss me because I am a woman and I don't know about suits. He's a pinhead and I suggest no one shop at this location. read more
