And they do not care what you are looking for, only what THEY think will look good on your body. Long story: We booked an appointment at Susan Deborah to look for a wedding dress. We entered the store and were met with the older woman (presumably the owner) and did not even get a 'hello'. No small talk, no 'how are you', not even the question of what type of dress are you looking for or talks of budget. Off to a great start. She immediately brings the bride over to some dresses and starts looking at them. The woman starts pulling dresses, still not really saying much or asking the bride her preferences. The bride starts talking about the style of dresses she likes. The woman responds saying how she will pick dresses that she thinks will look good on her. Ok, judgy. Next, the bride mentions her budget. The woman turns and says "All our dresses are made in the US and are high quality. For your budget you can get a dress from China". She turns and continues to pick out dresses for the bride without considering her thoughts or opinions. So, after learning her dresses are all $3,000 + we (bridesmaids and family) start pulling dresses ourselves. This is one of the brides' first appointments, so we are still trying to figure out what fit and style she likes. We explained this to the woman. The bride asks if we can just leisurely look around and pick some dresses. She snapped back and said "NO do not touch the dresses. I am trying to find something you can afford." Looking back, I'm not sure how we didn't walk out right there and there. Onto the dress fitting, where the bride tries on a couple of dresses that do not even fit over her head. She is very average sized, maybe a size 6, but I think all the dresses in the shop were a size 0 or 2. At one point I go to grab a dress that looks like something the bride would like. The woman comes over and says "No, she can only try on 5 dresses". She did not tell the bride this. And what shop has a 5-dress rule? So, what next, if we didn't find The One, we're SOL? It was obvious she just wanted us to leave. I have never heard of booking an appointment for a time frame yet only being allowed to try on a certain number of dresses. We were out of there within 15 minutes. We all left angry and frustrated. What a waste of time. To the shop owner: Do not treat your clients like they are lesser than you. If you were welcoming and listened to the bride's preferences, you never know, you could have sold the bride on a dress over her budget. I do not know how this woman keeps business. Please save yourself the stress and DO NOT GO HERE. You will not be treated with respect.

He has probably purchased upwards of 5 suits from this business. When some family friends recommended this place in 2021, we came and had a great experience. However, on our last two trips back (2024,2025), there has been a notable difference in the way we were treated as customers. Not only did they not do pre alterations due to a "miscommunication"by an inadequate staff member but staff was beyond short on the floor and we did not get the one on one experience. Additionally, because we live 2 1/2 hours away and don't need extensive alterations we often have the items shipped (free of charge) because we live so far and are returning customers, or sometimes they will throw in an item such as a tie because of this. On this last trip back, they couldn't even ship our suit free of charge for us. So, Incognito, Where is the customer loyalty? I am sad to say I won't be returning and will find a place more local to us as a result of this. Disappointed at our (lack of) experience and what this place has become in terms of customer support and also professionalism.

Everything was provided (had my own shoes)and looked and fit good. Talked to some people at the wedding and found out that they paid as much as $100 more for the same thing. The service was great, no rush to return the next day. If I ever need a suit when I go up there, I'd go to Marty's.

Frankly, it was probably not even the right suit for him. Because of circumstances for us, we didn't get a chance to have me see the suit until two months before the event. At that point, we took the suit back to Men's Wearhouse and said this clearly doesn't fit the way it's supposed to. The manager, Nate, was phenomenal. He took us through all the options and ultimately was able to get this suit tailored to fit my partner correctly. The new management and staffing gave me significantly more confidence than the staff from the spring. I recommend going to this location and asking for Nate. Also, if you happen to be particularly tall, the custom suits have options that are in the same price point as the off the rack suits, and they're probably going to fit better. We learned that the hard way, but fortunately we were able to make the suit that we bought work. I was very appreciative of the current staff helping us make sure everything was right and I definitely recommend working with them.

It was thrown into a machine with regular clothes and treated no differently than a regular cotton tee. Very distressing. I can't be certain that they caused it but they didn't fill me with confidence when I spoke to them about it. They actually showed no concern at all for how the item was handled. I don't even know if they know what gray and cashmere is. The blossom Road location told me I might have better luck at their location when the owner is around. I like to think that maybe I caused the tear myself by accident by not being careful. I'm going to go to Eagles in Penfield just to be safe because this whole situation was really upsetting for me. The shirt costs too much for the business to replace. I should have documented the condition of the shirt before sending it in. I'm going to have my special clothing cleaned elsewhere to be safe. I have had no issues with letting them handle my Italian wool suits.

ZERO STARS. My experience with the Men's Warehouse was the single worst retail experience that I have ever had. I have worked in retail for 15 years and if my company ran their business the way that Kimberly Clark Reynolds (manager) runs her store, we would be out of business. Went in April 2012, salesman puts my brother and I in suits for my wedding even though we both tell him that they are too big. The tailor makes his marks and they go to tailoring. I pay off everything including the tailoring. I come back in july (tailoring should have been done in may) and they have not been altered, because the salesman did not put them in the "Tailoring area" in the back. The new salesman (old one was fired!) tells us that they are too big and he will "rush order" the correct sizes. I go back at the end of July and my suit has not been ordered, my brother's has but has a burn on the arm!! Then, Kimberly Reynolds jumps in because of the mess. She tells me that I never paid for the alterations and there is no record of my suit being re-ordered!! After digging through her computer, she says "oh it looks like you paid for everything already" even though I have the receipts to prove it... she also says, "honey these are old suits, we cant get any more of these..." That's when I demanded my money back. She informed me that they could not put the money back on my visa because it had been 90 days since the purchase!!! 90 days of the Men's Warehouse not being able to get their act together!! SOOO I have to wait 7-10 business days to get a check back that will take days to clear my bank... I could not believe that this was happening. This leaves me with a month to find a suit for my brother and myself and have them altered , before the wedding while hoping the check comes so I can afford new suits. I cant tell you have angry, and disappointed this made me, and my fiance!! I will never go back and I will make it my life's work to make sure people do not go there. Men's Warehouse needs to fire Kimberly Clark and find a manager that can handle managing a store!!! read more

The tailor clearly knew what he was doing and was able to suggest solutions to help fix all of the issues I was worried about. I was very impressed by how quickly and expertly he made the necessary pins, marks, and suggestions. When I picked up the dress they had me try it to see whether more modifications were needed. I have used them multiple times for alterations and each one has come out well. I recommend asking for TJ if he is available. He typically does the alterations and he is a genius with the needle. His mom is the one that runs the shop and she is very friendly as well. I would say they are a bit less expensive than taking your clothes to Canandiagua for cleaning. What does it really matter if they are getting cleaned at the same place in Rochester anyways. If you get a chance when you are in there chatting with TJs mom she may offer you some desert or cookies. They are the best. I highly recommend them.
