I went in today to get fitted for a rental and place my order. I was helped by Spencer, who was phenomenal by the way. He greeted me the moment I walked in and was there every step. I was anxious and unsure and he helped me to not only find the perfect outfit for my sister's wedding (that's in two weeks) also has it coming in early so I can make sure everything fits and looks right and if not, ensured it could be altered in time. He gave great suggestions from a great selection for a great price, and all in all, just went above and beyond what I expected. Whatever he's making, it should be more. Extremely negative experience. Walked in here with my fiance wanting to try on wedding suits for him. We told them right away what we were there for. All he did was try on one jacket and asked to try on the belt, pants, and white shirt to see how it would look all together. The sales guy "Brady" aka some 15 year old brat was extremely rude the whole time anytime we asked for something to try on gave attitude as if we shouldn't be trying things on? That's the point of going in? He even went so far as to make a sarcastic comment saying "oh, you just want to try on everything don't you......" when all we asked for was a belt. We told the manager Lorraine who was also extremely unhelpful and didn't correct the situation at all and just made excuses for him. Another employee even witnessed it and told us/the manager how wrong the sales guy was.... Get a new job buddy your job is to help out the customer!!!! The issue isn't with any of the employees at this location cause overall they're just doing theirs jobs and they do fine job and were efficient. The issue I had along with most of the guys in our wedding party is the price. The cost of everything is horrendous here.. If you decide to rent a suit/tuxedo and let's say you're going on a destination wedding out of the county... DO NOT GO HERE... standard rental was $240 for 6 days but if you're expecting to have it longer than 6 days expect to pay $400+ along with any potential late fees after for each day you have it... Overall paid approximately $425+ when all was said and done to wear a suit one night for 6 hours. NOT WORTH IT! Either just buy your suit from somewhere else but renting it from here was not it. read more

PSA FOR ANYONE WITH AN IMPORTANT DATE COMING UP... DO NOT RELY ON THIS LOCATION!!! I was the best man in my brothers wedding, and purchased a suit from this location... it was already a hassle purchasing the suit because it was the wrong price and was already more expensive than anticipated... the manager at this location did help me out with this circumstance, and manually discounted the amount that was told to me by the groom. That's not the point of this review... what is, is that somehow even though it's a corporate system that transfers data from location to location...the man fitting me for my suit put me in the wrong shirt, leaving me scrambling less than an hour before my brothers big moment. And then when i come back to the store after purchasing this $300 suit, to try and receive some sort of compensation for the mistake they created... Personally i don't like to create mountains out of mole hills, but messing up on a best man's suit for someone's wedding seems like something they should have taken some responsibility for. Through all of this I was connected with the manager Loraine. Loraine, i find it very unfortunate your unwillingness to work with one of your paying customers. Your inability to work outside the box to appease what keeps your doors open is absolutely appalling. I hope in the future when you have a request from a customer, to try your best to work with. Like Demitri, Devin, and Damian did at the other location... I understand if what i wanted seemed a little off of the books, but all i wanted was someone to work with me a little bit for this whole mess up so i could return a happy customer in a couple months for events i have coming up. I don't want to talk down or degrade anyone from this location, they did the best they knew how at the time... but i pray for the future that y'all can button up some small details and miscommunications that won't put you in this same position. Husband visited looking for new suits for his public service job and an employee made him very uncomfortable was rude and dismissive, saying Mens Warehouse did not carry his "very rare size". We were under the impression Mens Warehouse would tailor as he has bought suits there before! Employee acted as if he didn't even want to measure him! He then suggested K&G Fashions in Northglenn. Glad he did so because my husband found many options in his "very rare size" and a tailor there as well. I try to give good reviews when I have exceptional service but in this case I must complain. I rented a tuxedo for my daughters wedding. It is nice that Men's Warehouse has multiple locations. The measuring at our local store in Albuquerque went well. The pick up at this store went well. However I had one of the groomsmen return the tux for me and my new son-in-law. Later I received a phone call from someone at the store who said I hadn't paid for the rental. I explained that I had a receipt and asked if I could email a copy to him. He acted like he didn't believe me and said I had to come to the store to pay the bill. I came in today and went to the rental desk. Both girls at the counter recognized my name and immediately showed attitude and disrespect towards me. They had another coworker take care of me and while he was not rude no one acted like they believed that I had paid the bill. The ticket the girl gave him had a hand written note at the bottom stating "Make him pay!!!" In fact he even questioned if I was who I said I was. I showed him my ID and I think he was shocked. The bottom line is this store treated me like a criminal before finding out that they were wrong. Guilty until I proved myself innocent. He even asked if I had a black or graI totally understand mistakes but if you are going to accuse someone of something and you find out that you were wrong then you better do something to make it right. They didn't do anything. He ended up blaming the Albuquerque location for the problem. The customer service was terrible. Before moving to New Mexico I bought a few suits and sport coats from this location. Obviously I won't be back and frankly I encourage you to shop at other Men's Warehouse locations as well. read more

I was the best man for my friend's wedding and he and his wife had a lot of stress going through here. They ordered the shoes in the wrong color, the fits were off, and we had little to no time to pivot around this. The groom's slim fit was pirate-like in the arms and we had to improvise and go find a replacement shirt the day before the wedding from a department store that was not in the ivory originally ordered. And this shirt didn't allow for the cuff links to be used either. We were not reimbursed for mistakes and when working with other locations (one groom had to pick up in Colorado Springs) there were even more issues and he was late to the rehearsal lunch. Even though after all our scrambling everything managed to come together, it was still a lot of us pulling unnecessary weight and stress around to correct mistakes MW had made, and there was little to no sympathy in reimbursement or helping us with the groom's need for the perfect shirt on the big day. That was the biggest shock was that the groom's attire himself had to be of a stress - no back up shirts, no way of working around the groom's attire - just a "yeah we can't do anything about this" - weddings are stressful as is and I'd prefer to go through a company that doesn't make mistakes, and if they do, they should at least work their damndest to make it up to us financially - we didn't have that this weekend. The funny part was every department store, bartender, and friend or family member we spoke to about this all said that MW is notorious for error and not the best customer service. I had a really good recent experience in which my groom had purchased the suits for his wedding from out of state. I was fitted at the Boulder location and they lost the measurements so I had to be refitted at a different location. They were not only able to locate the order but also get me fitted and in and out of there really quick. Customer service was great and they knew what they were doing. read more

Alright heres the deal. I love this place. Ive purchased my first suits for work here. I couldn't have been anymore satisfied with the tailoring and the customer service.... or so i thought. Today i just waltzed into the place without true intentions of purchasing, i mostly needed the tailor for my pants. But then i bumped into Claire, and not to take away from all the amazing people who have helped be prior, but Claire excelled at her job she made me feel like a valued customer but above that i felt like a friend. My pants are on there way to the tailor, i got myself a snazzy jacket for work and I will definitely be back. I recommend anyone to check it out for themselves. Last year I bought a suit and a sport coat. Today I called and needed to have the suit pants altered by tomorrow. Not only did they do it while I waited (about 15 min) but they did it for no charge. I also picked out some shirts and had them super press the crease into them. When I got home I realized I bought the wrong sleeve size. I called and they told me to come back. When I did they swapped them out and repressed them for no charge. They are very friendly and help pick out the right accessories to make me look great. When you call they answer "How can I give you world class service?" They aren't kidding. I'm a very happy customer and they indeed succeed in world class service. read more

This was my first suit purchasing experience from a Men's Wearhouse and I was simply blown away by the customer service I received. As soon as I walked in to the store a gentleman by the name of Gene Atkins Jr. asked if I needed help. I told him what I was in there for and he stuck with me the entire time. He showed me the suits on sale right off the bat even though I didn't ask, which I appreciate very much; a shark would have tried to sell me the most expensive suit regardless of having some on sale in the store. Gene was superbly knowledgeable in suit etiquette, knew exactly how they were supposed to fit, and taught me more than I expected to learn that day; he even supplied me with some valuable tips for my interview! And the great customer service doesn't end there. He helped me purchase ties, socks, and some shirts that match well with the suit. I also had mentioned to him earlier that I am a California resident and was just visiting family in Colorado, he told me that they could have it shipped and delivered to my nearest Men's Wearhouse just in time for my interviews which were two weeks later. As I purchased the suit and all the items he made notes in the system and said everything will be good to go. Two days later I had made my journey back to California and received an email that the suit was finished being tailored and ready for pickup. I was concerned that they had forgotten to ship the suit out. I called later that day and a different employee answered, read the notes that was entered into the system and was 100% sure that everything was going according to the notes, but I could call back later when Gene works and just make sure with him. Just to be safe, I did call again, spoke with Gene, and like the other employee said, he was getting the suit ready to be shipped out. He then told me that he would be shipping the suit with FEDEX. Overnight! Extremely faster than I expected. And he even gave me the shipping number. The next day I went into the MW in California that we had it shipped to and picked up my suit. They told me they pressed it in accordance with Gene's notes left with the suit. It looked fantastic. I could not be more pleased with my first suit purchasing experience. I had low expectations going into it due to previous reviews, but I am so glad I took them with a grain of salt. If I ever find myself needing a suit while visiting my family in Colorado again, I will surely be coming back to this Men's Wearhouse. If you're reading this Gene, thank you so very much. The horrible experience started with the first visit in when one of the groomsman needed to be fitted and was greeted by a girl with "I was just about to leave for lunch" she took far too few measurements and when the suits came in, of course did not fit. Every single groomsman has experienced poor customer service from start to finish. You are providing a service for somebodies very special day. This place needs a revamp and your employees need to be told where to measure and how to treat customers. I have 6 years in the bridal industry as a general manager in a salon and I highly recommend you do your research, you can find deals online to purchase for the same quality and price you get here, oh and you won't be treated like garbage. I was very impressed by my experience when buying a suit at Men's Wearhouse. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a sales associate and was given exceptional service. Both Darby and her assistant were very attentive to my needs. I have never bought a suit before and was not familiar with the process, they explained the process and helped me pick out the best suit for my daughter's wedding. They said it would take about a week to make the alterations however I received a call the very next day that my suit was ready for pickup. Been to this men's Wearhouse twice for separate wedding in which I was a groomsman and we therefore got tuxedo rentals. Both times they have F'd up the measurements, and I have to rush order something when coming back in for the fitting. These stores are complete pieces of s***. Wouldn't recommend. read more

I rented a tuxedo for a wedding from Men's Wearhouse and was extraordinarily disappointed. I stopped in to this store for my fitting, and while the person taking my measurements was professional, he was very cold and uninterested in any sort of attempt at connecting with me as a customer. My measurements were sent to a store in Florida, where the wedding was, and my experience only went downhill from there. Due to a cancelled flight, I had to have someone else pick up my tux; when I got it (the day of the wedding), the pants were a good 4-5" too big even after I used the side clasps to take in the waist. I can understand being an inch or two off, but I had to use safety pins in order to make my pants even close to being able to fit. The button on the waist in front was missing, reflecting a lack of attention to detail, and the clasp on my bow tie was broken, necessitating the use of a key ring in order to make the tie wearable. It was not at all worth the money I spent on the tuxedo. I will not recommend Men's Wearhouse to friends, nor will I use them when it comes time for my wedding. read more

If I could leave a neg 10 I would. All locations even sugar house has been a joke. We are getting married and wanted to buy suits for our groomsmen. First men's warehouse in Sandy told us just to go online to look and also showed us the cheapest bargain suits, just assuming that's what we wanted. The second Men's warehouse in Sugar house was pretty good to us. We worked with a girl that we were extremely happy with, however our groomsmen e were treated terrible. sugar house men's warehouse tried to get one of them to take scuffed shoes. They argued with him about the scuffs weren't that noticeable and also tried to get them to take another belt instead of the one we picked out and paid for. The absolute worst one was in Murray. I showed them the paper regarding the suits we pIckes and they were dumb founded. They asked what i expected them to do with the paper. Couldn't help us, didbt understand that we bought our suits for the groomsmen. I mean they treated us like we were the absolute scum of the earth. We would have easily spent over $1000 In there on more suits for my husband and Son, but the manager abe the other male salesman treated us so awful we left. I never bother to write reviews but we were so appalled at the service and how ignorant the sales staff was I felt it was imperative to worn others. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I'm starting a new job in a few weeks and decided to step my game up and buy a couple of suits. I walked into the store, there was 1 other customer and 3 sales floor employees. Two employees at the front of the store were setting a display when I walked in. Neither employee acknowledged me at first, then one finally said Hi, but it was after both looked at each other as if to say, "it's not my turn". I perused the store for about 10 minutes and was not spoken to in that time. One employee was helping another customer, but the other two kept working the display. I was ready to buy two suits at Men's Warehouse but left and went to a competitor where I had great service. I'm sure the display turned out nice but they lost a $1000.00 sale. I've have managed retail for 25 years, this type of service I cannot recommend to anyone. read more

I had to help myself to my own fitting room after sorting through a disheveled pile of messed up jeans on a table in the middle of the store. And when I found a few items I wanted to buy I could not get anyone to take my money at the cash register. I had no choice but to walk out empty handed. I called their toll free customer service number and they didn't care. I even sent an email to their district manager who never responded. He doesn't care either. They didn't need my money. They didn't want my money. They won't get my money. when the toll-free customer service people tried to call the store no one would even answer the phone. When they finally did answer, the store manager lied and said that I was on my cell phone when I came in and that was the reason why no one would wait on me. read more

I went to the location in Cherry Creek today and had an awful experience. I have been to this location before so I decided to come here after leaving Cherry Creek. When I walked in I was immediately greeted by Roger Arias. He was fantastic. He helped me find a suit that looked great and was a great deal. The even had a sale going on and I was able to get two Kenneth Cole suits for less than the cost of one. He answered all of my questions and we had a great time, lots of laughs. Normally i buy all my suits from Dillards, for some reason i decided to buy 2 and spent over $2k on both suits, well it has been the biggest pain in the ass to get them altered, tried 2 different stores and both time managers were douchebags one said he didnt want to call corporate to look up receipt because it would taje a lot of time on the phone, the other said well you shouldnt have lost so much weight. WTF!!!!
