Julius replied to my yelp message right away and we set up an appointment. Julius and an employee came to the property on the day of the appointment even though it was raining. Julius had tools like a saw and a tool for removing paver stones which enabled them to remove all the junk easily. They had to trudge through the mud to get this all done, and there were even some surprise hornet's nests to deal with. I can't recommend this company highly enough if you need junk hauling. I was told they would replace it within two weeks and instructed to leave the damaged can on the curb on Thursday, April 22, 2026. I followed those instructions, but the can was never picked up and is still sitting there. When I called customer service, I was told they "missed it" and wouldn't be able to come out until May 4. Then, to make things worse, I received a text saying the replacement had been pushed back again to May 7. At this point, I've been left with a broken can for weeks and no reliable follow-through on their end. The lack of communication and repeated delays are disappointing, especially for a basic service like this. I hope they improve their responsiveness and actually follow through on what they promise.
