I called a couple other surveyors but was told I would get the project done in six weeks, which didn't fit my plan for landscaping this year. Aegis was new but promised to deliver within 2 weeks and despite a lot of "detective work" I had the plat in hand and within the court records and land markings completed within the promised time frame. They had given me a sensible bid, not the highest or the lowest but in keeping with the work they did.

Said if we needed a guarantor we could add one later. Lady states they look at each application, and won't immediately deny us due to credit. Per my recent email conversation, they completed all applications, not in order of received, and goes off the 'most' qualified, not just first application received meeting qualifications for the rental. Some of units we toured were a mess, with cats living in the back laundry room of an empty house. These guys are happily taking advantage of the housing/rental shortage locally. Stay clear of Spectrum.

Bad News: When we moved out, we spent 2 days deep cleaning the house - going so far as to clean behind the stove and fridge - which looked like they had never been cleaned before. Traci still charged us $200 cleaning fee. I asked for what and the receptionist just said "deep cleaning" was written on the work order. It was for 2 people to clean 4 hours, but we had neighbors tell us they were only there an hour. I am not sure what they cleaned because we left it clean with freshly shampooed carpets. I called multiple times to get more information and dispute the claims, but I NEVER received a call back and was always told Traci was out and the receptionist couldn't help me. They did not do a walk through with us when we moved in or out... they did send someone who took pictures after we moved out, but they didn't write anything down, nothing was documented except through pictures. I will not rent from them again.

He immediately had a photographer in, listed the condo on multiple rental sites and rented it out in about two weeks. I was very impressed with how quickly he got somebody in.
