Had ceramic coating applied to a new car. They actually do not yet do it inhouse; they have a subcontractor come in while they learn How - To. They offer 2 levels; 1 year warranty and "3-5 year warranty". We opted for the 3-5 year. Although more costly, if it actually last 3 years, it will be a better value. Ceramic Price was inline with other places. Although new, they went ahead and washed & clay barred the vehicle before ceramic coating was applied. After the transpo via rail and dealer washes, I was surprised it actually needed it but seemed to be a good decision as it was a black vehicle. SubContractor did an EXCELLENT job! A couple minor touchups when I arrived but otherwise very nice. Two sets of eyes are better than one. I had asked that the dealer plaque be removed by them before the coating was applied. Twice. Was not done. Final bill included interior detail, that I assumed my wife had asked for. When I got home and asked, she did not recall asking for that $149 service on her 1200 mile new vehicle. Giving the 4 vice 5 star, as I'll hope the interior cleaning was just a misunderstanding (they did do a good job at it) and for failing to remove the plaque, as asked. read more

This place does not offer car washes anymore. Strictly auto work. Try swash a mile down the road to drop off your car for a hand wash. Still 5 stars because Menzel was helpful. read more

What an amazing business! They detailed my vehicle and it honestly looks better than when I purchased it. It was very easy to schedule, everyone kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle and was done in about four hours from when I dropped it off! Excellent customer service and excellent job. I took both of our cars in, based on a majority of the reviews being positive. No issues with the first car, but our van. There was an issue. Let me set the context. My wife called and then I called to confirm that they hand wash and detail the cars. When I had asked, the gentleman said there is nothing mechanical in here - come take a look. We do everything by hand. You can imagine my surprise when I find a 1" x 2" section of my paint missing. Not only was it missing, but the crew had found some touch-up paint in my glove box and tried to cover it up. When I asked about it, the detailer didn't know what it was so he got his friend who was helping and who washed the car. He said that he got his power wash too close to the car, apologized, and he found the touch-up paint. I talked to the lady at the front desk, informed her of the situation. She said the manager, Mike, had already left for the day and would leave a message to call me. It is now three weeks later and I have not heard from Mike. I also have called and left three messages with the lady upfront and every time "Mike is in a meeting, can I have him call you back?" I was initially impressed that the guys took ownership of their mistake. With the front desk lady assuring us that Mike would call me, I thought I had found a place where honesty and integrity are valued. I guess not. It got me thinking more critically about the situation too. Why didn't they call me, or better, have Mike call me once they took the paint off? Why did they cover it up with my own touchup paint and not tell me upfront? Why did we have to point out the defect? Maybe Mike will call me and make it right, but I'm not holding my breath. So I accidentally rubbed my garage door jam with my car the other night - no dent, but lots of house paint on my car. Looked terrible. I don't have time to scrub and compound and wax and buff. So I stopped into Auto Buff and they got right on it. Final product is an expertly detailed vehicle - and no sign of my screw up. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

Could not get fogged covers of headlights clean on 04 Camry at home. Took to AutoBuff and within minutes Jason taped, buffed, and polished the headlight covers like new! They have also fixed door dings and done touch up paint in the past. Great shop! read more

OMG! Took my Tahoe to Auto Buff on N Lincoln for a "detail" job! Awesome Job!!!! I am so pleased! My Tahoe looks brand new... They got the black spots out on the leather seats, steamed the upholstery, shined my chrome wheels and even did the engine compartment! Excellent Job! Pricey but worth it. My daughter had it done on their Jeep and I was so impressed, I took mine in... I highly recommend these people.... Excellent! I am more than satisfied! Kudos to them..... Yea!!!!!! read more

* I asked about pricing for my 2016 chevy silverado and three weeks later made an appointment even though was told they had a price increase and special was no longer available- when in office heard front desk discussing and on line review that was negative - this should have been my clue to walk away! I decided to still try and after leaving my truck with them for five hours they call back to tell me it has a sulphur smell and cant work on it. Even though i have had it for 2 years and never smelled that. when i picked it up they tried to charge me for vacuum and wash $95 eveb clearly hadnt been touched outside - the inside had been vacuum some and started being wet vaccdd - there was a layer of dirt/mud over the entire dash - end of story it was dirtier then when i left. i left them a review on Facebook and they made comments will call to make right and two days latwr no calls. i should have heeded the warnings before hand and wouldnt recommend taking your auto here for detailing. After posting this on their FB page was told management would contact me immediately but 4 days still no call. read more

Stay away from Auto Buff unless you don't care about the quality of work delivered and are ready to wash your car immediately after paying to get it detailed! Got car detailed for 89-year-old selling his vehicle. Picked it up before 8 a.m. the next day. Auto Buff delivered it covered with dust, explaining that they can't control "Mother Nature". Ample shop available for overnight parking as well as onsite covered parking. It was left out- total lack of focus on quality of results and outrageous example of "customer service" commitment. Be very cautious of this place. My experience is has been very negative. If the owner can do this, then it's not worth taking the chance it could happen to you. I brought my car in for a detail. A gift I received. When I went to pick it up that afternoon, all the leather seats were destroyed. All of them. The guy was clueless. He said He would have his leather expert come on Saturday. I had to leave it. Saturday rolls by. Nothing. They tell it will be Monday. Monday. Nothing. I call and they said it's ready. I find out they allowed my car to leave the facility and had the seats spray painted without my consent. When I get into the car, the radio and air-conditioning unit displays do not work. They think its jus a dimmer they knocked. I take it to his "friend" at Allstar. They tell him he didn't do anything. The owner basically tells me to f-off (not his words). He was very angry on the phone. He was scary. He tells me to go get a 2nd opinion since that was his friend. He said he would pay for it. I took it to Mercedes. I paid $135. They said they couldn't confirm he damaged the parts but they couldn't say he didn't. But the likelihood of 2 different parts going out while it was in their care, is unlikely. The seats he screwed up (owners exact words) were destroyed by steam and chemicals. If they sprayed steam/chemicals into the crevices then that is what could've destroyed the displays. Now, I've asked him to pay for the parts but he refused. I know have a car in pretty bad condition. Approximately $5k in damage, maybe a bit more. Instead of handling this, he decided to get an attorney. So that is a big warning. If you decide to do this, he can destroy your car and then get an attorney to protect himself. Hope this helps many people. I also suspect something unusual that he didn't have this handled by an insurance carrier. That's a big red flag. read more

Horrible service. Paid $165 to have a new car shampooed detailed that a kid spilled a drink on the floor. When I went to pick up, there were still spots on the seat that they failed to clean. It looked as if they didn't even shampoo at all as everything was completely dry. I took to regular car wash and got spots out myself, so they were clearly not stains. The plastic parts on the outside of the vehicle had been cleaned up with armor all or some other type of oily polish, which would have been fine, except that they missed spots so that were shiny and dull spots and it looked like crap. When I pointed it out to the guy running the place, he insulted me by saying "its plastic and cheap, and that's the way it's going to look." I'm sorry, who does he think he is calling my $50,000 vehicle cheap? He refused to give me a refund, so I'm filling a dispute with my bank to have the charge removed from my account. There was also dirt on the outside that I could rub off with my finger. They clearly didn't do anything, save your money and do it yourself or hire a teenager before you go to this place full of money thieving clowns! read more
