The raffles seem pretty fair lately. I've entered a couple drops the last 2 years, and I've won a couple great ones. I just haven't won on super exclusive such as Futura or Verdy... I love stopping by and talking sneakers drop with the employees. They are willing to share what drops they may get, and which ones they are uncertain about. I love the thrill of potential FCFS drops for the last minute inventory. Although they are occasionally too busy to answer the phone, they definitely give great customer service in person. The sneakers and clothes are great value. The price is retail, so every sneaker drop is worth the shop. Lately, they have had a lot of dunk and SB inventory. Whenever I was walking the strip I'd step in to take a look around, but nothing ever wowed me, as far as their collection of kicks. It just seemed to be general release retail shoes, not many grails or exclusives. But I follow their socials and saw this location was getting a special limited release so I decided to pop in, and luckily they had a few left! It was definitely a score, but I still feel the same about the boutique: it's regular shoes with some t-shirts and whatever. On top of that, when I walked in, three regular dudes looked at me like I was out of place. "Where are the employees?", I thought. Turns out, all three work there lol. Anyways, I don't know how this place still has affords a prime spot inside this swanky casino. But if there's another exclusive release, I know what to expect and will definitely buy!

Rolex at The Wynn Hotel was where I felt the need to splurge and treat myself to one of the finest time pieces on the planet. I was looking for watch that reflected my personality, arrogance and desire for the finest things in life. Located in the causeway at the Wynn Hotel shops is where I walked into for that experience on the way to lunch. Upon entering I was greeted by a gentleman named Qusey ( BTW he didn't give me the stink eye since I wasn't in Wall Street 3 piece suit ) and asked if he could assist me. I said give me a moment to gather my thoughts and he obliged. After 5 or 10 minutes of eyeing my choices I then asked for further assistance. I pointed to 6 watches of my desire and he laid them out for me. One by one I tried each watch one on and till I decided on two that I would want. I snapped a few photographs of each watch on my wrist to help decide which timepiece was for me. After much deliberating I made my decision and settled on the GMT Black Dial. Great for everyday wear and yard work. My next indulgence a few months later was Da Bling watch an 18K Gold with diamond crusted bezel DAY DATE, and damn it looks spectacular. My 3rd piece was a steel Daytona 3 weeks later from Qusey. I'm so happy with my choices and the service I received. Just a note Qusey causally mentioned to me that if he shipped the watches to my residence so I could avoid paying the sales tax and he would provide free shipping. Well, that was it "Cha Ching" he made a sale and now I have 3 new Rolex watches for my collection. Now that I'm a player they move you into another room for some personal pampering while they fit your watch, offer you a beverage, kiss your a$$ and yes take your money. Qusey gave me all my paperwork and thanked me for my patronage. I then shook his hand and shared my thoughts on his professionalism and kindness. Now it was off to lunch with a huge smile on my face. Now the next day the amazing guy texted me a "Thank You" which was appreciated. In this day and age Qusey proved customer service still alive and well. You're the best my friend. We remained friends and purchased several other pieces from him over the next several years. It's unfortunate but Qusey has moved on but yet another mensch took over my account and that's MANNY.... He's taken over and became my new AD and has acquired me several new time pieces for my collection. Recently for my birthday recently he was able to get me the coveted ROLEX GMT ( Red / Blue ) bezel aka "THE PEPSI" and this year " I GOT THE CALL " for a piece I waited 5 years for and that's the ROLEX OYSTERFLEX DAYTONA named " THE GHOST " ... It touched my heart he got these for me and I'm forever grateful for Manny and his professionalism, he's a good man. I look forward to many more years of working with him & Watches of Switzerland. For those of you wanting the most exquisite watches on the planet stop by and ask for MANNY to hook you up. I have purchased two of the six sandals right here. I wear these sandals all year long and one pair has sheepskin so I use them as slippers. They are the most comfortable and supportive sandal I have found. I know they don't always look super fashionable, but who cares when your feet are happy. They are a little spendy but you can often find great deals here and remember these sandals can last you a lifetime so in my opinion well worth the investment. There used to be two locations, but now only this one exists. It is not too far from where I live and I come here at least two to three times a year shopping for yet another pair. Staff has always been helpful and friendly. Every season I receive a mini catalog with a postcard enclosed for a deal they will be hosting. I love taking advantage of their spring cleaning special. This includes you bringing in your Birkenstocks and dropping them off. They will treat them with cork sealer, clean the leather and give your sandals a thorough review for any issues that may need to be addressed. Price varies from year to year but I like to have one of my pairs worked on every year. They can also repair your Birkenstocks. In addition to Birkenstock sandals, they carry other brands of sandals and shoes like Vionic, Taos, Olukai (another great sandal), Keen, Dansko, and Alegria. For people that need arch support and insoles, pick up what you need here. This store is really a one stop/do it all shop and that will make me return over and over again.
