I started working with Jenny in my Sophomore year of high school when my skin was at its worst. I had tried every single product on the market and nothing had ever helped. I don't normally get facials or have much of a routine that I follow for my skin, but after seeing Suzanne a few times I might be a convert. She explained all the steps she was taking, how it would feel, how the process was helping with cell turnover and not only was it relaxing, but my face was glowing like I've never seen it before! Jennifer and I began an 8 week trial together and just had our last appointment of the 8 weeks (we will be continuing our treatments). My results are absolutely amazing in just 8 weeks. As I have gotten older my skin has been changing. One of the things I noticed was that my face seemed to be getting redder and covering up with make up wasn't working anymore. One day I was having Jennifer shape my eyebrows and put makeup on me when she stated she thought I had roceca. She told me she would look into treatment and get back to me. That very night she emailed me and told me about a soap specifically used for roceca. I started using it and on about day 5 started noticing a difference. Jennifer then started me on additional products from the M.A.D product line that she also thought would help. The redness has substantially receded to the point where I am just very slightly pink and can cover it with makeup. I will continue to work with Jennifer as I believe she went out of her way to research and find a solution for me. In addition, I was telling a friend just the other day that I have had many facials in the past, but i sincerely believe Jennifer has given me the best facial I have ever had.
