We likely were their last massage of the day. We arrived early and mentioned it was our first time. The lady from the front showed us to the sunroom and locker room and personally showed me to my locker. She did not mention there is a sauna available without a special reservation. I unfortunately didn't see anyone around after our service to ask. I asked afterwards when we paid . This was quite disappointing, considering there's no hot tub for relaxing before a massage other than sitting in the sunroom on the lovely warm salt lamp for your feet. The massage was great. Be sure to ask for the scalp massage. The menu said online that with the 80 minute massage it was included, but I didn't receive one. I did ask for targeted service (neck etc) so perhaps that replaced the time. Enjoy post service bubbly in your robe in the sunroom! TLDR: ask for sauna location if you're unfamiliar. Consider booking before 5pm for best service.

She made sure I had barrier cream, sticky bottoms for feet, and a hair net to protect my blonde hair from the spray. She was great!
