Meraki (Diogo, Alex) painted the exterior of my home in 5 days. We have a 1950's ranch style and the paint had deteriorated badly with peeling all under the wood eaves. Once we agreed on the price, I had to wait a good 6-7 weeks because they were so busy. But Diogo started the work as promised on July 1 and finished on July 5th. He and Alex (and another man later on) worked very hard every day in the hot sun. They came from 9am-5pm each day and listened attentively to what we wanted as needed. They are very friendly, professional, and the price was very competitive (on the lower end of all the quotes I got). I told Diogo the brand of paint and the quality of the paint we wanted and he took care of it. We didn't have any major hiccups and the project went very smoothly overall. I've worked with several different contractors on my recent home renovation project, but Diogo and his crew were by far the friendliest, easiest, and most reliable individuals I've met during this process. I found myself coming up with many different ideas, and Diogo listened, quoted prices reasonably, and agreed to do whatever it took to get the job done. There were several setbacks due to my electricians being less reliable, but Diogo adjusted for me on the fly and kept everything moving forward with much grace. It's been a month since Meraki Painting completed the project at our home and not only are our neighbors still impressed with the paint job but also complimenting Diogo and his team. I did my part and reached out to multiple painters but Diogo stood out from them all. From the initial contact Diogo was prepared; he is knowledgable, has the experience, was responsive, prompt, and transparent with pricing. When signing the contract, we were provided the document one week prior and given the opportunity to provide comments and questions. Meraki Painting painted the exterior of our home which is aluminum siding and the exterior of our garage which is wood paneling. Not only was the finished product great but they were able to complete it ahead of schedule. Prior to painting the team power washed, sanded, and prepped the areas to assure a proper paint finish. The team was punctual in starting each day at the same time, worked with our neighbors in insuring their vehicles would not be damaged, and cleaned up at the end of the day. Through out the project I was able to ask questions and express concerns which would be addressed immediately. The walls of my garage were really dingy and dirty so I reached out to multiple paint companies through yelp and through friends' referrals. Every company that quoted me gave me a price AT LEAST DOUBLE what Diogo quoted me. He used Sherwin Williams paint and didn't cut any corners on protecting surfaces from unwanted paint. An honest value for honest work. The process of working with Diogo was smooth from beginning to end. I contacted him on a Friday, he came and gave me an estimate on Saturday, and by Sunday I approved his estimate and we planned for him to come that Friday. All our conversations were via the text and he was communicative and responsive. When he and his team arrived ON TIME they meticulously taped off areas and worked quietly. They had a light footprint and were respectful professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the outcome, so happy that we paid an extra $50 as our show of thanks for their over 8 hours of work on our garage. Very happy and highly recommend.
