Nice people very good service, would go here again compared to other mercedes locations

I've been getting cars serviced here for over 10 years. Went in to shop for a car. I think they saw an older woman alone and decided to drink my blood. The sales person was nice enough but the manager I never saw gave me a trade in offer of comparable, the price in their showroom was over 1k higher than the one on the website for the car I was thinking about. The whole experience was demoralizing and depressing. I might buy another Mercedes, but it sure won't be here. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Boundary Road Mercedes-Benz. My wife and I spent hours negotiating a trade-in of our GLC 300 2023 for an EQE SUV 2023 with Salesperson Alex Leung and General Manager Binny Onqa. After reaching an agreement, I informed them I would visit another dealership to compare offers. Upon returning, the other dealership's offer was rejected. Alex assured us our original deal was valid and promised to call us the next day by noon, but didn't call until 12:27 PM. We agreed to proceed, and Alex confirmed the deal, telling us to come to the dealership. While we were on our way, he called to say the car was sold. After that, Alex stopped answering our calls and texted that he was with a customer. When we arrived, there was no customer. We asked for the exact similar car when Alex refused, I asked for manager, but he refused and said the manager is busy! While we saw him walking. I insisted that we have to talk to him. He finally called the manager Binny he confirmed what Alex said and simply increased our offer by $10,000 for the same car! Twice afterward, we checked their inventory and found that the supposedly sold car was still available. This unprofessional conduct has eroded our trust in the brand. I urge potential customers to be cautious and consider other dealerships. read more

Mercedes-Benz are pretty. Only issue is high maintenance cost. Came here with friends to look at cars. Great, we get ignored. This is the best part, I hate being followed by sales people. If you take your car here for repair, there is free pastry. Also they have very fancy tea machine on top of a fancy coffee machine. Too fancy to describe (see my video). read more

Seems to me that service has slipped at Mercedes in recent years. Could be just difficult to find enough staff know about all the different products they have in the market. They do try but I think are overwhelmed with demand. read more

This is the 2nd Mercedes-Benz dealership in the Vancouver area to upgrade to a much larger building. Guess they're doing well in sales. Parking is plentiful along the front of the building. Compare that to the 5 or so spots at the old location. This is long overdue. The building is very similar in style to the Terminal location. In other words, the showroom is huge. I'm really liking the large spacious interior - it's almost too big. The only confusing part is the main entrance - it's at the middle of the building, not the end. Also, the Parts desk is not too well labeled. I had to wander around for a bit before someone pointed me in the right direction. The location of the parts desk is different from Terminal. Staff are very professional, as one would expect from Mercedes-Benz. And of course, the parts are way overpriced. $35 for two tiny little bottles of touch-up paint? You got it. With that said, these are probably the nicest touch-up paints I have ever used in my entire life. Yes. That good. I'm serious. No blobbing at all. The service lounge has large windows, and a coffee machine as well. One nifty feature that I haven't seen at the other locations is the TV screen showing real-time service information. The cars are listed by service bay, license plate, and status. Saves customers from having to keep asking the service advisors. I will definitely be throwing more money away here in the future. I've been servicing my car at this location since 2015. I've always had the best customer service and the staff are all very friendly and nice. They always deliver on time or earlier and offer a drop off pick up service or a courtesy car. The service manager also gives us some extras like logo'd water bottles, an umbrella, kids toys or extra key chains. I will be taking my car here for a very long time! They are amazing! read more

Just bought a 10 year old GLK350 at Mercedes Benz Boundary. Super happy with the vehicle and the service. Vehicle was spotless and had been thoroughly vetted. Patrick Kearny is an excellent salesperson. Super friendly and helpful, and low pressure. He went to bat for us on the price, spent a good 20 minutes with me, when we came to pick up the car, talking through all the features and making sure I was comfortable with it before we drove it off the lot, and he has also followed up with a couple of emails. My partner made an appointment to test drive an E-class. When we arrived the car was still in the showroom. The salesman had my partner sign something taking full responsibility for the vehicle and took his credit card. Never saw that happen before for a test drive. So then the salesman insists on coming with us in the car and sitting in the front seat "for safety purposes". My partner has been shopping for a car for a few months. First time for this as well. We get on the road and the salesman is giving my partner directions on where to drive, which is basically into a traffic jam. My partner says he wants to take the car on the highway. The salesman says he has to make another appointment for that. I call BS. The salesman tries making up excuses. "It's rush hour". It was 1:30pm on a Saturday. Since when is that rush hour? Again, I call BS and he continues to try making excuses. My partner is pissed and he drives back to the dealership. We get out of the car and I decide this is not acceptable AT ALL, and we go back in and ask for the manager. The manager asks us what's up, and we tell him what happened. His response is,"Well, I wasn't there, but you can take the car on the highway if you want." No apology, just an apathetic response. This really pisses me off, and I respond saying, "this is a total waste of our time. We came here to test drive the car. We're really angry at this level of treatment." His response: "We can go out on the highway if you wish, but if you're just going to stay angry then forget it." Who am I, your 3 year-old? So we go out on the highway and finally get to test drive the car. My partner had been looking at the BMW 435i and said he needed to test drive it again to make up his mind. We went to the BMW dealership in Kitsilano and, lo and behold, we were treated like customers! Guess where my partner's $60,000 went that very same Saturday? We are two guys in our late 30s/early 40s. We were dressed nicely. We make a LOT of money. The moron salesman who profiled us as something that we're not, and his bedside manner extraordinaire manager know where they can go. BTW the BMW 435i destroyed the E350 for power, handling, looks and price. read more

We will never need go to another car dealer again. All of our future purchases will be at Mercedes Boundary. The customer service at Mercedes boundary is second to none. Every detail is taken care of. My wife and I have purchased 2 cars here and both experiences were fantastic. Starting with our sales people Adrian for me and Josh for my wife. These guys are fantastic. They were both attentive to our needs and went way out of the way to ensure our happiness. Our financial services rep Hattie made sure that we got the best rate and carefully explained all of the details of the transaction. She is truly a patient, trustworthy and precise advisor. And the cherry on the top is the pre-owned sales manager Eric Duchesne. Eric insisted on making my S class perfect and took several extra steps to ensure perfection. I had very bad experience at this dealership. Bought a new GLC, service department has not been helpful. Technician can't even figure out how to set up my iPhone so I can read my message. Always blaming the design and I should replace my IPhone to Android. Another tech worked on my seatbelt as it's always getting jammed and he said it's a design flaw!! It's a Benz for God's sake not a cheap car!. Also had an issue with rent a car everything so disorganized!. read more

brought my car 2014 E class there . tecnician found lots of noise coming out from the suspension but guess what he told me? Don't worry. it's nothing. even we check it, we would tell you nothing wrong with it? really? that's really helpful. so we drove back to the dealership after road test, the service department told me this" so if we check and found out there is no problem , you will be charged? I found this guy funny but I did not want to argue, if there is no problem? you mean I drive a car with lots of noise from the suspension, that's ok with you? if you couldn't find a problem? well. where is the noise coming from? from my head? or from your brain? funny guy, I am going to bring my car there to check for free becasue it's under warrenty. but if I mean if this guy tell me I will be charged again, I will see him in court. I did not argue because I was nice enough. you know what mercedes e class is a good car. I wouldn't come to this Mercedes dealership unless you have the luxury of flexible work schedule and abundance of time(on top of the cost of the vehicles). My ML was having problems, drove to that Mercedes to get it fixed. The estimated billing statement was somewhere along $1000 (and a $250.00 to replace the light bulb because one of my low beam was off. That's quite an expensive light bulb cost and labor). They couldn't provide me with a replacement car so I had to rent one near Brentwood mall. The service guy later called me and told me that they found the problem and it will cost me $2000.00 to get it fixed. You would think that someone who's paying $2000 to fix the car on top of the $250 light bulb change has the benefit of having someone to pick him up from home to get to the dealership. Nope, had to take the public transit. The services works office hours so if you work an office job, you can only go on Saturdays to pick it up because even though they open on Sundays and week days after 6, the front desk and the sales people have absolutely no idea where your key is. I was going to just trade that vehicle in for a new one since it's an 8 year old car, but I figured that I should do myself a favor and get it from another dealership. read more

The best experience I have ever had at a Mercedes Benz. I have had my car serviced there twice now, and both times the help is amazing. I know there are many things out of my control like cost, whats wrong, etc. but I always feel that there are somethings in my control, like weather or not I fell appreciated and want to return to the dealership. My observations and help from the staff at Boundary have shown me how powerful a good customer service experience can go. They all work so well together as a team, I always felt looked after. When the repair was complete Jason and his team took time to help me know what was fixed and arranged a time for pick up. Mercedes Benz can be an intimidating place to enter, but truly they make the experience feel comfortable and like you belong. Thank you, and I hope others try their approach. read more

If I could leave them zero stars I would. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! I was with a friend who had dropped off a car here to get a key programmed. We went for lunch in order to kill time and on our way back we saw his car being driven on the road in the middle of rush hour like it was a race car! When we headed back and asked for an explanation his answer was "Your check engine light was on". Any person with half a brain would no that when this happens you never push your car. No apology nothing. Furthermore, Why were they test driving the car in the first place? When we spoke to the managers who didn't know what they were talking about in terms of the vehicle in question they even defended their employee and said someone else was driving in front of him and didn't notice him driving in that manner. HMM...So basically the other person must have been driving just as fast if not faster to have noticed this. On top of this they were speaking to eachother in their native language all the while feeding us this bs. NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT! You would think that they would care for a vehicle thats over $150,000 but no. These airheads didn't even know if the vehicle had Traction control or not. I went to mercedes boundary to have my tire replaced due to a puncture . The price was ridiculously high, $500 just for the tire alone. But Tim Wong was awesome, he asked me to check costco and see if I could get it cheaper. But costco didn't have it stock hence decided to go with Mercedes service. Tim ended up managing to get their supplier to match the Costco price pretty close. Awesome and friendly service from Tim Wong. read more

Great dealership super friendly staff and out going and professional. Reception staff are wonderful and I been to fee luxury deals but these guys are the best I have ever seen. Bought my car every thing was wonderful. Business manager was so professional offered options that I was interested and quick. Car was perfectly clean and Adrien my sales associate went over all options and setup the car for me. This place is horrible. Brought my s500 Mercedes's to fix took them a week to fix it with no loaner, then it broke down 2 hours later. Brought it back NO LOANER AGAIN NO APOLOGIES. Actually, I had service done with Tim Wong at Boundary Mercedes. He spent time and much energy looking after me. I believe that's his attitude towards all other customers. He is really good, and I hope others experience the same. As far as other members at the dealership, I can't say that I'm impressed. One sales manager that I dealt with previously was at someone's office, and I asked the reception to see if I can chat with him. Through the window, with laughters and coffee and laid back body posture, he was just hanging out. I waited for 30 minuters, and then when the reception went to get him again, he told her to grab someone else--who ended up equally unattentive. Apparently the Chinese are buying up all the cars and sending them to China, and they seemed to be making a good living. The sales guy was cocky, saying "Well, you should order it now, and you will get it in 9 months, if lucky." The vehicle was $300,000. There used to be courtesy at these dealerships. read more
