The pain didn't subside when we arrived earlier this afternoon. I searched my health insurance for a provider and found Dr G. I was really excited to see he had weekend hours and requested a Saturday evening appointment. He returned my request promptly around 3 pm and we set an appointment for this evening at 5:45 Pm. Dr G is located right off West Trenton Avenue behind William Penn Bank. He assessed the problem area on my foot and I was treated within 10 minutes. He was very kind as I don't do well with pain. I would definitely return to Dr G again (hopefully I don't have to haha). If you have a foot issue, he's your guy.

I got a call back from dr. Giagnacova on a ny cellphone hours later asking me if I had called next step podiatry earlier. Against my better judgement set up an appointment for Saturday at 10am. Arrived early to find who I thought might be dr giagnacova wearing dirty inside out scrubs sitting in the lobby of the office building on a bench bobble headed, and looking like he was hungover, or coming down off some kind of drugs. We made our way to the suite which by the way there is no direction in the building as to where any thing is. After going inside to a half lit waiting area. There were half drank bottles of water and juice on the counter. After sitting for about 5 mins, the guy who was out in the lobby staggered in and looked at us and muttered something inaudible. He then proceeded to a closet and fight to get the door open because their were half open file boxes hanging out the opposite side. This took another five mins for him to figure out, prior to bringing and handing the paperwork to my wife he wiped his nose and face in his hands. At this point should of just left. He then moved very slowly, and oddly to sit down in the receptionist chair where he continued to run his nose, and face scruffiness his hair and trying to keep his eyes open. Now I went on the internet and found the website and confirmed this was the doctor and showed this to my wife who was filling out the paperwork. She immediately said she was not going back to see this doctor, we were getting ready to get up and walk out and a older gentleman walked in and asked if this was the podiatrist office to which I was silent and my wife said "not sure" he then went up to the receptionist window where the doctor was picking his nose now, looked up and half laughed and muttered again something inaudible to the older genntleman took his paperwork from him took a post it note off his paperwork and tossed it behind his head. The older gentleman looked backed at us as we were walking out like is this for real and raised my eyebrows and shrugged and walked out.

I'm baacckkkkk with an updated review. So I was seeing this practice for what became 2 things:…read morecarpal tunnel in both hands, and herniation of two disks in my neck - I was eventually recommended surgery for both. I decided to wait and wait and ultimately deal with them one at a time. For my hands I would come in every 3-4 months for injections and that would help for a while. But last year I woke every night with stabbing pain in my hands, numbness that I'd have to sit on the edge of the bed and shake out, couldn't hold my toothbrush or hairbrush, typing was painful. I couldn't grip my zipper to close my pants. I was wary of surgery for a lot of reasons: -the possibility it wouldn't work -what I'd give up during the recovery period -anticipatory fat bias in the medical encounter -scarring and keloids But one day I just said to myself, "I deserve better." I had surgery on my right hand in September 2024. It was a brutal first 5 days. But pain meds and rest helped. The worst part so far has been the itching lol but I guess that's proof that healing is happening. The total time to full restoration of hand ability is 6-12 months. I'm right at the 6 month mark and I'm impressed with the scar coloration, its flatness, and how I can put some of my body weight on my palm and not die from pain. My left hand responded well to my latest injection in September but if it starts acting up I'll do that one too. I know a common complaint about docs of this type is the push to surgical intervention. My doctor, Dr. Aida, was patient with me for almost 2 years, explained my options, and gave me the space to make an informed choice. Really good experience at this practice and I'm thrilled to be able to use my hand and sleep through the night again. Such an upgrade to my quality of life. P.S. I'm still terrified to get surgery on my neck. Until I'm less scared I'll continue to take pain meds and take frequent breaks away from my computer :( Healing gore below:

Yikes... the place was full of people sitting and waiting. This was our first time coming in with our toddler. Appointment was at 9:30, our name wasn't called till 10:30. The nurse who helped our daughter with her cast was extremely kind, careful and patient her name was Mel, thank you Mel for your kindness gentleness and compassion for our child. The Dr. who came in was Dr Bills, he answered all of our questions quickly and was out the door, the nurses took over and were very helpful. From first impressions it seemed like the place is busy and they could use more staff. I hope they pay those nurses well because it truly shows how the nurses are the ones who take the patients on more so than the doctors themselves. The front desk lady who we had spoken with Ms Logan, was extremely helpful, answered a lot of our questions that we had as we were "self pay" customers. Thank you for the nurses Mel & for Ms Logan's help and support in navigating through what seemed like a stressful situation/time for us. Cons: waiting time Tip: bring your patience with you and understand the nurses are doing their best to get to everyone, it is not their fault! Giving a 3 star rating because as a place of "business" and a place where a lot of people come they should employ more nurses/doctors that would help run the place more smoothly and more efficiently. It has potential but seeing many elderly people there made me sad for them. People should not have to wait so long for their appointments. It's unprofessional.

March 30, 2020 Testimonial: POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy Staff…read more I want to thank all of the staff in the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy office. Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring during my 6 months of Physical Therapy after arthroscopic right shoulder surgery by Dr. Song. Four years ago I had physical therapy at another business but the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy team is the BEST and I highly recommend the office for their excellent quality of care and support. Thank you to Gina and Dana and office staff for their sense of humor when scheduling my requested mid-day appointment times. And many thanks to Reem and Brent, the therapy assistants, for their professionalism and cheerfulness; pre-therapy session heat, post-session ice, bands/pulleys/bike set-ups and keeping the PT office "ship-shape"! A special thank you to my Physical Therapist Matthew Farag, PT, DPT for always greeting me with a "hello, smile and how are you". With the "how are you" that was a time to update Matt - with concerns or questions. Matt thoroughly explained each therapy exercise and treatment as I progressed over the 50 sessions and taught me the exercises I could also do at home and continue after I was discharged. Sometimes I was worried about my full recovery but Matt was encouraging and positive. While the surgery was on my right shoulder, Dr. Song had diagnosed an impingement on my left that may have required future surgery since it was quite painful. With Matt's knowledge of physical therapies and understanding he helped me to full function on my left shoulder as well as my right. I appreciate Matt's expertise, guidance and professionalism as he worked with me to restore mobility to full range of motion on my shoulders. Happily, I can now resume hiking and canoeing activities!
