Everyone was pleasant, efficient and caring during my 6 months of Physical Therapy after arthroscopic right shoulder surgery by Dr. Song. Four years ago I had physical therapy at another business but the POA Robbinsville Physical Therapy team is the BEST and I highly recommend the office for their excellent quality of care and support. Thank you to Gina and Dana and office staff for their sense of humor when scheduling my requested mid-day appointment times. And many thanks to Reem and Brent, the therapy assistants, for their professionalism and cheerfulness; pre-therapy session heat, post-session ice, bands/pulleys/bike set-ups and keeping the PT office "ship-shape"! A special thank you to my Physical Therapist Matthew Farag, PT, DPT for always greeting me with a "hello, smile and how are you". With the "how are you" that was a time to update Matt - with concerns or questions. Matt thoroughly explained each therapy exercise and treatment as I progressed over the 50 sessions and taught me the exercises I could also do at home and continue after I was discharged. Sometimes I was worried about my full recovery but Matt was encouraging and positive. While the surgery was on my right shoulder, Dr. Song had diagnosed an impingement on my left that may have required future surgery since it was quite painful. With Matt's knowledge of physical therapies and understanding he helped me to full function on my left shoulder as well as my right. I appreciate Matt's expertise, guidance and professionalism as he worked with me to restore mobility to full range of motion on my shoulders. Happily, I can now resume hiking and canoeing activities!

I also like that it's not overcrowded they give you terrific one-on-one attention. They tare most insurance. I struggle with severe chronic pain in my cervical spine thoracic spine and lumbar, shoulders and my pelvis. I was in a severe crush injury that left me mangled. I manage the best I can.

The Therapists were able to diagnose the problem and prescribed a set of exercises that were spot on for my condition. I went to the office for approx. 7 weeks and am delighted to say that I have 100% range of motion in that shoulder and am PAIN FREE. An enormous shout out to DAN, ANTHONY, KP, MARCO and BIJITA. Without you pushing me I wouldn't be where I am now. The work was hard, and sometimes painful. But you all were so kind and compassionate that it was a pleasure to come for treatments. The most positive thing is Dr Weiderholtz tries everything prior to suggesting one goes to an Orthopedic Surgeon. I have had trigger point injections, fluid aspiration, nervwe blocks, etc. The Bordentown office closed as did many of the others. During Covid the majority of the staff was let go as well as other doctors. I believe in NJ only Lawrenceville and Raritan remain open. There is a Nurse Practioner who is in Lawrenceville daily. Dr Weiderholz has another Performance practice in Texas. He does come to Lawrenceville once a month. If you want to treat your medical conditions before needing surgery, this is the place to go. This is not a pill mill and neither the doctor nor np treat it as such. I have had 3 surgeries post the care I got from Performance. Although the staff is limited (post covid), it is not difficult to get an appointment. The doctor and NP are very knowledgeable and communicate clearly what their plan of care is.

Dr Gribbin's staff is also recommended for their tasks in the office - making one feel at ease, assisting a patient and tending to all the authorizations they have to deal with! Dr Gribbin also has on staff a Physical Therapist for her patients. The therapist is also well informative and has years of experience. I have an appt with a Roth surgeon in two weeks but was in crisis mode and instead of taking a third admission to a regular hospital I tried Rothman urgent care. They were able to give me a cortisone injection into my scapula which immediately reduced my pain from a 10 to a six. I had no clue Rothman had urgent care but they actually have several locations including Marlton, Abington, Limerick and Hamilton. If you have an ortho issue I highly recommend over a traditional hospital. Very good to know this kind of urgent care exists.
