I went in for my consultation convinced that I would only be willing to use Invisalign. After meeting with Dr. deMarche and Dr. Roberts, it was clear that I would get the best result from traditional braces. Honestly, I wasn't excited about the idea of getting braces again but Dr. Roberts assured me that it would be worth it! A little less than two years later and I am getting fitted for my permanent retainers! I am so happy with the result thus far and I can honestly say that the time flew by. The staff is so friendly and professional and they really made every visit enjoyable. Thank you to the team at this office for making this whole experience pleasant!

Credit where credit is due- Dr. Roberts repeatedly exceeded my expectations. He would always explain what the next step in the process would be, and even explained why and how it would be the best approach. When I finally did have the braces taken off, and when I had a permanent lingual retainer applied, he even included (as a personal favor- free of charge) a little bit of bonding material to smooth out some natural irregularities in my teeth. I was very impressed by this, as it showed that he was willing to go the extra mile. Overall, though I suspect I won't need orthodontic braces again, if I ever did... I would trust Dr. Roberts and Dr. Demarsche to get the job done.

Disaster of an office…read more I had an appointment scheduled. First, the office sent a sloppy email with grammar errors asking me to fill out new patient forms without attaching them. I got the forms two hours before my appt. I show up to my appointment, give them my insurance information, and then wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, someone comes out to tell me they're not accepting new patients under my insurance. When I called to make the appointment I was pretty clear I was a new patient and definitely said what insurance I have. This woman's response-"maybe the day you made the appointment we were taking new patients but we're not now." What? She then proceeded to tell me they would have known earlier if they had my new patient forms which they only sent two hours before the appointment. Complete waste of time and just unprofessional
