This…read morepast Wednesday, I went to pick up my orfer and gave the man at the counter a coupon for 20% off of a a bill of $95.00r. He informed me in a less than a pleasant manner that the coupon was to be presented at the time I brought the clothes in. Since I had been a regular customer, I felt a little leeway was in order. He became nasty and said that signs were posted. I told him I could take my business elsewhere and he said "Go ahead." His tone of voice and attiitude were completely disrespectful. Then I went to pay by check as I had always done in the past, and he informed me that they no longer accepted checks. At that point I paid by credit card and promised never to do business with his establishment again. With the economy the way it is, I do not believe any business can afford to be that hostile to its customers. I will do my best to encourage my firiends and family NOT to do business with Classic Cleaners in the future.

Since many people suffer from allergies, asthma, or chemical sensitivities, transparency about fragrances and additives is an industry standard of good customer service. While professional dry cleaners do not always use scented household detergents--aiming instead to remove residues completely--they commonly utilize bulk commercial detergents, fabric softeners, or sizing agents that may contain perfume." I couldn't resist, so I created an account with my phone number and email--this ended up being super helpful when I visited just 24 hours later, as my info was already in their system. They also offer a QR code to sign up in-store, though it takes about 24 hours for any discounts or coupons to update. I was greeted promptly, and the process was smooth and efficient. I requested my tablecloth be ready in four days, and they happily accommodated. The young man assisting me even showed me that my $5 discount would be applied at pickup. Four days later, I returned and was in and out with a perfectly cleaned and pressed tablecloth--and my discount had been applied! I will definitely be coming back for all my dry cleaning needs. The rewards program is a fantastic bonus--the more you visit, the more you save. Highly recommend!
