The Owner accommodated me and he did a fantastic job on my clothes! I have good clothes and am very particular! Also he is very very nice to deal with. He used to own 5 dry cleaners in So. Cal.. I highly highly suggest going to Valet Cleaners in Grass Valley! Everything comes out perfect, same color, nothing shrinks, any beading or sequin if you have that type of garment stays in its place. They have these huge washers that you can wash 8 loads of laundry for like $11!!! That's super cheap! There is an app you can use too. The speed queen app and you upload your laundry money there and every $20 up add you get a free $5 added to your funds. So that's pretty cool. If you don't do the app you can still use quarters (there's no extra $5 with that though. But I highly recommend the app. The woman who works here is super sweet and very helpful. It only took a couple hours so I'm thinking maybe this place is really fast so I waited a day picked up my order the next day. Didn't think of anything of it until I finally opened up the laundry to see that two shirts had stains on them on the front one had ring around the collar. And both were wrinkled . I have planned to make this place my go to for dry cleaning because of the service and speed and now I noticed that it won't be. She did an EXCELLENT job, in a very short amount of time. Not only is she incredibly talented, she is wonderful to work with! I enjoyed the experience and I LOVE my dress! The high quality work and attention to detail is truly remarkable. During our initial phone call, she took the time to answer all of my questions and didn't rush me. She worked with my budget and listened to what I wanted and made something I didn't even know what was possible happen. Her studio is very clean and gorgeous. She guided me on how to travel to Mexico with my dress and gave me the confidence to do so. I am so over the moon that I was able to wear my mom's dress for my mom and the rest of my family in Mexico.
