As a first timer at a dispensary, I was a little nervous, but I didn't need to be. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. The location is very nice: clean, in a safe location. The medicine is very high quality, and I thought they had a pretty good selection of strains to choose from. I would definitely recommend this dispensary, and I will definitely use them again in the future. Plus, you get a free pre-roll for being a newbie, and a 10% discount if you buy 4 or more 1/8ths. I have been here many times over the past year and always been consistently unhappy. Poor quality, poor pricing, no freebies. Today I spoke with two budtenders and one of the floor managers on 11/1/17. The first interaction purchasing my product was fine but after returning home I realized one of the seals had been broken and I was sold an open container. I immediately went back and was told that it's actually very common to open packages because not everyone trusts the display. That's fine with me but it's common practice to have one on display and one open to show customers. If you open it you buy it. You don't sell open weed. If that seal is broken I have no way of knowing if is been tampered with. I go to a dispensary so I know I'm getting safe, unlaced product and they've taken all of that security away. They've lost a customer and I know many people who shopped there religiously who I'll be warning off. read more

Several problems here. Why is this place still cash only? Why don't they have a sign on the door that says cash only? Why don't they tell you when you check in? It wasn't until i whipped out my debit card to pay for my purchase that the bud tender said it's cash only. i explained to her that i only have my debit and credit cards with me and no cash, and she told me "this happens all day long." As far as i know Mercy Wellness is the only dispensary in Sonoma County who doesn't accept debit/credit cards. I've been to SPARC, Alternatives collective, Sonoma Patient Group, and Organicann. They all do. This place outgrew the very small space a long time ago and so it's extremely crowded. I counted 32 customers today and it was pandemonium. There is a total lack of adequate signage in the sales room to direct customers, so as a result everyone just stands around. If you are a medical patient they do give you preference, and you wait for a bud tender to call your name. Then you cut in front of the line so you can make your purchase. Why don't they gave a specific line for medical patients? Good luck hearing your name called with everyone talking at once. When i was there today i counted 32 customers in that tiny room, and it was very loud. Why don't they move to a larger space so everyone can be comfortable? I found it very stressful to be there. They definitely have enough costumers so there shouldn't be any reason they can't move to a larger space with more adequate parking. There is a problem with parking. The lot is always full and you have to slowly circle and wait for someone to leave. They only way to reduce stress for a visit here is to order online ahead of time. and pick up your goods at the express lane line, if you are able to find it, and if you are able to park. read more

This is a great shop. The staff is always cool and knowledgable. They had a great variety and a wie range in prcing so there is something for anybody. Their edibles are potent and delicious. If you want to visit a dispensary with the best customer service and some off the finest cannabis products in Sonoma county, then mercy wellness is the place to go! Personally, I think ( when their in stock because sometimes they run out very fast) they have some of the best concentrates for the best prices. This is my place to go for any type of shatter/glob/oil and even sometimes flowers ( I'm not a big flower guy in general). I enjoyed this dispensary when they first opened but I won't ever go back. I've been here 3 times in the last 3 months and left every time without a purchase due to either the staff being rude, being made to feel like I'm wasting their time if I have questions about their products and overall just a complete lack of attention to customer service. Yesterday, their pricing was wrong on the shelves, I find this out at check out, they wouldn't honor what they posted and I sat at the register for 10 minutes while the girl went in back to eat snacks and get the price adjusted. I asked her why she couldn't just honor the price ($4 difference) and she gave me a ton of attitude for asking. At any rate, she took so long I grabbed my cash and left. I tried to ask her some fairly simple questions and she acted super impatient with me about it as well. I'll never be back. This place is over priced and I don't need the bad attitude when there's so many dispensaries to choose from. read more

The set up keeps changing one minute a tag next they scan you then you stand their waiting for them to call your name and realize hey when they scanned you, you didn't show up inside. To THE STAFF AT MERCY WELLNESS: Well this is how it goes for me. As of April of this year I have been diagnosed see with Fibromyalgia and began a treatment with the prescription of narcotics for my severe body pain. These medications have worked in so many ways but also have caused havoc in many ways as well. As far as the tolerance and effectivness these medications only worked ideal for their first year - year and a half, now I am finding that my doses are failing and making me even more depressed.. As of April of this year I walked through the door of Mercy Wellness and right sway they were able to asses me and I found a few really great medications that worked not only for the pain but as well for the anxiety and moodiness. My business associate and I went to buy 20 plants to sell back to dispensaries and they told us it was Candy Purple. They said they'd be interested in bud and would buy some back from us. We went through the lengthily process of growing, tending, flushing then drying the clipping and weighing and brought it back. They said they wanted to sample it and look it over. We came back in and they said they weren't interested because it wasn't Candy Purple. So we asked, "What is it?" They said, "How should we know?" Well we all racked our brains to find out what strain it was and we never got our answer and we were down a lot of money and no dispensary would buy it because we don't know what it is. I know nothing is guaranteed in this business, or any business for that matter but I'm a little pissed that they just buy their plants from someone who doesn't know their stuff. (Chris) He was quick and efficient when gathering my products, listening to his mumbles I could sense a great taste in music which I really appreciate in a person. First dispensary I went to after getting my card. Walking in, you have security and a receptionist up front whom both were incredibly welcoming. Being a new patient, the sign up process was easy and they even printed out my recommendation since I don't have access to a printer. Once finished, they explained to me how everything works, followed by being directed to the back where I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness and organization of the place. Needing help, Franky (?) was very knowledgable and helpful in choosing a strain for my needs. Once checked out, he mentioned how new patients receive some goodies, which is always a plus. First visit - Nice staff, clean modern offices, good feeling all around. Good for geezers as well as young. Wonderful glass wall showing samples of everything. I'm still feeling almost guilty, despite legal and medical status. Like when in Amsterdam, but hopefully that will all go away this Fall. For Marin people, this is the closest option other than SF or East Bay, and due to those being urban, difficult parking, maybe urbandangerous, etc. Mercy is easy to find, easy to park, and you don't have to pay any bridge tolls. Our Lighter-Than-Air Ministry has 10 Friends of the Ministry as members at Mercy and when polled ,there was nothing but good reviews- with the only negative that when very busy they have been asked to wait to enter the Dispensary- it is a comfortable lounge. Our member friends are all "Baby Boomers" with disabilities- but the staff is willing to make our visits easy and their advice, when solicited is always "right on" New note: Allow me to say that it is the people who staff a dispensary who can make all the difference.
