For 30 years this has been my go to headshop. From the days when saying the word bong got you kicked out till now where they sell hash making kits and cbd openly. Same old same old Old guy in his late 30s-50s and one or two 18-21 year old girls who either love their new job or hate the one they are about to quit. This combination is stereo typical of all head shops and to be honest gives me a sense of security and feeling of "my headshop" more than a place with all young bros like across town, or an Indian family who sell knock offs and truly think weed ks for losers. At least the Quinn is always true to the format and they sometimes even have nice headie stuff in there like Bob Marley shirts to at least try to remind the customers to be kind. It seems like they invested way too much money in dab rigs that cost thousands of dollars these days rather than nicer yet affordable pieces. I've gone in 20 times hoping to find that nice 18inch bong but leave with just a pack of papers sold to me by the latest new girl, while creepy manager did his thing in back. read more

This shop carries some things I buy regularly that I cannot find anywhere else, as soon as I find other vendors offering those things I'll go somewhere else. I go regularly and the staff always seem bothered to have to deal with a customer and look like cracking the slightest smile may break their sullen faces. Maybe they make really crappy wages Idk. Not a 215 patient so don't know what's what with the whole bud smoking crowd but as a cigarette smoker I roll my own and found the estoteric Dutch tobacco I was looking for, the UK brand of filters I was looking for, the French brand of papers I was looking for. I've been shopping here for a while now, multiple locations. I just rolled out of the Santa Rosa store (3/21/17 @ 12pm) without buying a thing, even though I needed a new vape battery. The woman behind the counter was awful and rude and so un-inclined to be helpful my only option was to leave, or to stay and be treated like shit. Nice customer service. Sure, my questions may have been boring and I may have only represented a $24 sale, but none the less I'm a customer and me and people just like me help to keep the lights on you idiots. I'm so sorry to have annoyed you with my questions and silly banter. This woman has clearly mastered the art of losing a sale in five minutes. Whomever manages the Santa Rosa location ought to think more closely about employees. Worse yet, if that woman is the manager...holy shit what an awful choice. You may as well hang a sign that says "you only matter a little here." Good thing smoke shops have started springing up everywhere, because I recommend another option. Santa Rosa is a nice shop. Just don't go to the Petaluma shop. If they are on lunch they lock the shop up regardless of the store hours. If you see them they won't open the shop up due to the labor board. Petaluma is the worst customer service spot I have ever run across. Stick to Santa Rosa, boycott Petaluma. read more

I bought pipe tobacco which was moldy. I didn't notice til I got back to my place. I called and the girl who served me told me to bring it back - she'd exchange/refund. By the time I got back there, she'd left for the day and the manager said "no exchanges, no refunds" on "loose tobacco" i.e tobacco they have to weigh. Never mind the mold/fungus he could see in the tobacco - that was his policy. Okay. This is my policy. Stop shopping at this store that CARES NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMERS HEALTH. If they'll screw you out of $3.50 - give you moldy product - then I'll stop spending my $42 (ave) there every month. I now shop across the street at the new smoke shop. So, Dumb Quinn lost over $500 a year from me plus the combined revenues of 4 of my friends who know about this rip-off. Plus, hopefully I'll save others from being suckered by Mighty Quinn. If you sell tobacco with fungus or mold, you are jeopardizing peoples health - and you, quite frankly, Mighty Quinn don't give a damn. Well, I warn others... don't buy the Danish Blend pipe tobacco they sell by the ounce. Better yet, don't buy anything from these scumbags. And spread the word.
