Dubai the owner is a really nice, wise, young and funny man. He's very flexible with pricing and will give you the best prices in Sonoma guaranteed!! There is a lot of parking around the corner and most importantly it's wheelchair accessible. read more

It's a great smoke shop. Everyone's really nice and has great customer service skills, all the products that I've come here to shop for have great prices and they are almost never out of anything that i need.. Great employees,great customer satisfaction,and great prices with fully stocked merch makes for an overall successful business if you ask me... The only problem that I have had here is with their info posted through Yelp. It says that they're store hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. whereas it's really closed at 9:00 p.m. I believe because every time that I go there after 9:00 p.m. it's never open. So other than that one discrepancy I would say it's an overall five stars experience read more

This place is instantly my favorite smoke shop in Rohnert Park. I came here not too long after they opened and found that the owner was a lot friendlier and much more reasonable than other shops in the area. Some of the shops around here (rhymes with durple wyland and duff duff grass) have been rude and even seemed to rip me or my friends off. The owners of Escape seem to go out of their way to give me a good deal on ecig equipment, and pretty much anything else I could ask about. Super professional, incredibly friendly, and if you're looking for a place to buy a low price, high quality smoke piece for your collection, this is the place to go. read more

I'm not from the area, but i had to make a trip to this smoke shop TWICE because i loved it that much! Owner is such a great guy, great deals, great attitude, and what i LOVE MOST is he doesn't get upset if you leave there empty handed or aren't interested in anything. Me and my fiancé loved him so much and his energy, we were comfortable enough to say "no we're not interested in that today" and all he would say is "do not worry! i am here to show you anything you'd like, whatever you want" and didn't change his attitude if we said we don't want anything. every time i visit this area, i just have to visit this shop!! :) read more

Sales to minors all the time. He sells fake product bought a smoke tank an looked up the code for a warranty said it didn't match any of there codes same with the smoke badge I bought it cramped out three weeks after I bought it try's to say he gives good prices but just marks them up hella then sells them at the more than what other shops do I wouldn't recommend it to anyone got to a real shop like citrus's in Santa Rosa cool guy an way better deals read more

Scam artist, ridiculous markups on all items. Do your homework before ever stepping foot in the door here. Owner does not stand behind his products. If you happen to buy from this poor excuse of a businessman and your product is not what they make it out to be, then you are straight out of luck and money. BUYERS BEWARE!!! read more

I called back again later to get an update and was told they(Including the owner) do not have access to the security camera footage. The next day I called again and spoke directly with the owner who revealed that he did in fact, have access to the footage. However, He stated that the cameras do not face the register. When I returned to the store, I saw very clearly (On the giant TV screen behind the register) that one of the cameras does directly face the register. They also Both claimed there was no surplus cash in the drawer, providing me with two different totals. More Incriminating lies. It was a simple mistake that could have been solved very easily. Unfortunately, it has now escalated. I have a witness and documentation of the transaction, and I am currently filing a formal claim. Extremely disappointed in this business. Customers should be very careful -- they do not stand behind honest transactions and will make excuses rather than fix a simple mistake. Not cool man..

Having an employee telling you that you're lying about something they said when you AND A WITNESS know that you're not, is super disrespectful, shady and unprofessional.

Locally owned. Best prices. Great environment. Go down to the Escape Smoke and Accessories Shop for all your smoking needs! Came here for the first time a couple months ago after noticing the sign multiple times but not thinking twice about stopping. The owner(Dubai) is one hell of a guy I'll say that for sure, within an instant he was treating me like I was family, joking with me, basically giving me free things for the prices I was getting them at compared to other shops in the county, and just treating me like a friend as opposed to as a customer. Since then I have been a DAILY return customer. I bought a waterpipe a week into me going there and have not had any problems with it since, hits perfect, even tipped it over plenty of times and have not chipped, cracked, or shattered it. So once again my man mr. Dubai didn't disappoint. I called him last night 5 min before closing in need of a few things and instead of saying "sorry buddy we r closed" he says "I'll wait for you see I soon". His customer service is above and beyond my expectations and I will not go to any other shop regardless of the situation. This business owner has now secured a loyal customer for life because he will always put his customers first. If you haven't been in to escape smoke shop yet you need to go and check out the awesome selection. I recommend Escape Smoke Shop to all my friends and family for a couple good reasons: 1. The staff there always looked me in my eye when speaking to me and made me feel comfortable as though I was the first and last customer. 2. The product selections are totally innovative and new which I truly like because everything that I touched was American made so the quality was top notch and made durable. 3. Mr. Dubai! Is the jolly counterman who answered every question and gave solid recommendations. Owner sells to minors! I see kids in there all the time and smoking around the store. 21 is the age to sell tobacco to minors, not kids in high school. He also follows a bunch of kids on social media trying to promote his smoke shop. Go to somewhere more professional such as mighty Quinn. Not to this guy, who tries to bombards you to buy something. read more

If I had to choose one thing to change is they should have set hours. Being a taxi driver it's hard to get the time to buy smokes, it would be good to know when they are open. read more
