I bent down to pick it up & lady from behind me said excuse me and put her hands (x2) on my shoulders and attempted to push me aside to get past me(a blonde short haired employee) after picking up the money I turned to her and I said: "I'm going the same way you are and it's probably not a good idea to touch people with COVID-19 going on." Her reply was "oh yeah that's true" no apology?! Gross wtf It literally only took me 2 to 3 seconds to pick up The money I dropped and she seemed really impatient. I asked to speak to the manager & CJ he came out and just apologize I was really upset with this experience as they are not taking the social distancing seriously here at this place and there's no reason why an employee should've touched especially with COVID. The least they could've done is offer to pay for my laundry because I'm definitely washing the sweater thanks for invading my space mercy you're not taking care of me very well. No offer was made to help clean my sweater or sanitize, I was told repeatedly he would talk to the employee. Really sad and depressing how much neglect of social distancing is going on here. Plus, I have no idea what she had touched before me and the amount of traffic and germs in that place each day sickens me. I checked the website to see what they had in stock. I CALLED to make sure that the medication I use for my back fusion pain, and to titrate OFF of narcotics was available, its important that Im able to get medication when I need it. I drove over an hour to pick up this medication, and when I arrive, they do not have this medication in stock. Of course the woman was apologetic, and of course it wasn't her fault. Who's is it? Update your website, don't tell people that you have something when its low or almost gone, or OUT OF STOCK! I spend over a thousand dollars a month on this medication. The opportunity to gain a new customer was completely LOST. I will never travel to Cotati Wellness Center again. I will travel to Oakland or San Francisco, an hour in the opposite direction,or another dispensary that can have their act together between the website, what they have in stock, and the customer. There was an opportunity to get this one right, and while I appreciate the 15% discount, that hardly paid for my gas, let alone for my nearly 3 hours of time round trip, and the fact that while I did purchase a different vaporizer, it doesn't work for my pain,as I knew it wouldn't, so Im not able to maintain my titration today of of narcotics. If you're hoping to be part of the movement in medicine, and provide people with medication like a pharmacy, then maybe one aut to run it like one. I understand the profit margin of this business. These guys are the model for dispensaries. The first thing you notice is the vibe which is happy and helpful. The store is small and everyone there matters to each other and to their customers. They know who you are. The product is generous and well priced. compare The big box up the road which tries to have the coolest kids in town - sadly that misses the whole point. No one wants to buy weed from a cold impersonal warehouse whose employees are under the illusion that they are above their customers. Do we want to let economies of scale ruin the small family business growing up in the industry? Home Depot is great but they killed all the small family hardware and lumber business. Bought some recommended flower from one of your sales persons and on their recommendation I bought three eights, when I got home and opened one of them and tried it, it was horrible, it had a hangover effect that made me very depressed, I was told it was a sativa and that it would be uplifting and yet it was quite the opposite effect that also made me feel sick. I ask if I could exchange it and the person I talked with on the phone was sarcastic and said I was blind and told me their policy was written all over their store. I guess this policy of their also includes sarcasm, inconsideration and no human kindness. They got their money and to them that's all that counts. With that being said, I read a few unfriendly reviews about Mercy and I seriously don't believe these could have been actual customers. Complaints about the prices, the quality of flower, the staff and even the music. Really?! The prices are reasonable, the quality is just as good as the selection. And the staff is awesome. They are ALL friendly. From the time you walk through the door, shout out to Shawnalee, to anyone of the knowledgeable staff, shout out to Ayla for having patience with me and being on point with her recommendations. They provide such a great service to the community, they cater to seniors, veterans, and the recreational patient alike. The shop itself is everything that cannabis retail should be. Denied a Cancer Patient access to their medication because their electronic system has trouble reading and validating valid CDL. How merciful is it when machines take priority over patients? Update to respond to comment: notice that Mercy Wellness of Cotati are the arbiters of what is a valid identification. I've bought alcohol and been pulled over by the police and there has never been an issue with my identification being invalid. The state of California, the Department Of Motor Vehicles, the agency that issues the card, told me that the card is still valid. The DMV of the State of California has more mercy than Mercy Wellness of Cotati, proven in the response to this review. Thanks for adding that. read more

I went to school with the Owner he seemed like an okay guy never really knew him really quiet.... The things I've heard business-wise about him or not too nicet.... Don't want to believe those things but When your business doesn't have an ATM machine in it and only accepts cash and then takes away all discounts after legalization I'm going to go ahead and say you don't give a shit about people's "medication". And iPad POS only cost about $600 so you could definitely charge cards but like I said you just want money not a paper trail. Great service, and great staff! When You first enter your greeted with their extremely friendly security gaurd then once your bumped in, it's like your walking to a very mellow and calming jewelry store full of green goodness! The staff are extremely nice and treat you as if they have known you forever. The bud there is intensely potent and gets you ripped, I love their Dutch treat. Also in the edibles section the caramel popcorn is amazing and give you so much bang for your buck ($9 for 8-9 doses.) I've been to other cannabis clubs around the area, and by far mercy wellness is my favorite and I'll continue to go there and choose them over the other competitors. Cheers! read more

I've been going to mercy wellness since pretty much the day it opened back when you had it have a medical card. I been to other ones and Santa Rosa nothing against the product that they sell and no exceptional hype on the product that mercy sales but one thing the mercy wellness has that I haven't seen in any other shop is the energy the staff has, and that is a direct Effect of the management at mercy wellness. I have gone to many dispensaries all over northern and so cal. I have gone here multiple times and have just found this place is over hyped. The services here are something to be desired. Do you want any deals or promotions well guess what you need social media to take part in anything here, what a joke. This is just your garden variety dispensary, pre weighted and packaged bull shit. The staff is fantastic, the have a huge selection of product, and the shop is massive and looks amazing! They also carry my favorite vape brands too like Rad and Heavy Hitters. The Best Club North of San Francisco and sadly Marin County. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. The variety is excellent and reasonable. I highly recommend visiting to see for yourself. One of the surprises was a variety named "Pineapple" which had a delicious taste and smell. If you're in the Rohnert Park / Cotati area, this place is one of the BEST!
