He agreed to look at my printer, so I took it to his home. Bob took it inside and worked on it while I waited in the car. Within a few minutes, he told me that I had inserted a 951 type of ink cartridge, and I needed to go buy a 952. So, I left my printer with Bob and drove to Office Depot to buy the correct type of ink. Soon, I returned and gave the yellow ink cartridge to Bob. After a few minutes, Bob returned with my printer. He had printed a test sheet that looked just fine! Also, he had copied a fantastic color picture of a seagull with a description of the Audubon Society! Kind of out of the way for me but well worth the trip when my laptop battery decided to start…read moreexpanding. The kind gentlemen there removed the battery so that I could still use it while waiting for the new battery. The battery had expanded so much that it actually cracked the bottom of the laptop so he replaced that as well. The repairs were very affordable. I will definitely go back if I have other problems with any of our computers.
