After he set us up, we started having some issues with connection. Spectrum came out to troubleshoot and attempted to blame it on our IT set up. They were ready to walk away while we were still without connection. I was able to get in touch with Kyle right away while the tech was still on site. Okay, let me just begin this by saying it was 11pm and my Macbook Air had just had about 2oz of vinegar water spilled on the keyboard and trackpad. I was mildly hysterical and posted an IG story for some tips and help. My computer had turned off immediately and would not turn back on. Luckily, my dear friend connected me to Kyle almost instantly. We exchanged a couple texts then he called me and gave me a straightforward, easy to understand rundown of what possibly happened/was happening with my Macbook Air. We decided that just to be safe, it would be best to take my computer to his home so he could take a look at it.
