I booked 90 minutes of massage thinking I could call and let them know that it's actually a couples massage only to find out there are "no providers available" and that I'd be charged for the full time if I didn't show. It's ridiculous how old and outdated the website is, and how rigid and unfair the staff is when working around it. Is cancellation a major part of your business' income?
