I had to pay almost $50 the discount didn't honored. And receipt is right there on the back, and amount due still said also $31. How could they incompetent, they don't fully see the amount due, $31 receipt in the back is said paid. The place made sad, angry, let my hopes down. How could they say we do honored and when day comes we don't do it, we request full amount. I never come again this place ever again. I hate yia yias bakery. Shut down place if you can.

Ok so I was referred to this place by a good friend of mines and I must say I am VERY DISSATISFIED with my experience here. I ordered a unicorn cake for my daughters sixth birthday yesterday and it was not at all what I wanted nor did I get the extras that I paid for on my cake. I paid $50 for fondant and everything that was supposed to been in fondant was not in fondant for instance the eyes on the cake not only that but they were not even painted on the way they should have been based on the picture that I emailed them. They did ask if I could bring it back so they could fix the eyes but I was already so pressed for time so I couldn't. Theresa offered me a $10 refund off of the fondant since the eyes were wrong and I said that was ok. But I had also paid $10 extra dollars for my cake to be rainbow on the inside and it was not at all rainbow, I called today to see if they got my email about all the issues I had with my cake but Theresa and her husband were not there today just Amber the lady who took my order and made my cake. After speaking with her she tells me that there's nothing else that could be done as far as the issues I had with my cake and that Theresa was in agreement with that decision and that because they already issued a refund for my eyes they would not be issuing me any more refunds because when I left with the cake that was me saying I was ok with my cake. You have got to be kidding me as if I would actually know the inside of my cake was not how it should be before I left their shop. Also when I took one of the ears out of the cake there was a dead cold bug stuck on it, YUCK!!!!!! needless to say I will NEVER buy another cake from here and I will NEVER refer anyone to this place they have very poor customer service and have put a very very very bad taste in my mouth.....
