We spent a ton of money here and we were happy to support a local store. I stop in every so often to look around. The sales staff seem a little more pushy than before. I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. I'll be back when they offer resonable delivery prices.

Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. Once the parts came back, James and Joe from the service deapartment came to my house, disassembled the chair took it back to their shop and returned it in a few hours. The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

Once he opened the business he came out to talk to me and welcomed me in. I told him my daughter is into doing stained glass panels and he started to tell me about where these pieces had come from. When I got to the old door locks and skeleton keys , that was really cool, then on to the tin you would put on a ceiling in the old days, crown molding, lighting fixtures, solid wood columns, windows, there were some antique furniture pieces but not a lot.
