We spent a ton of money here and we were happy to support a local store. I stop in every so often to look around. The sales staff seem a little more pushy than before. I often find some really great pieces, but sadly I will never pay a $200 delivery fee, which apparantly is what they charge now unless you cave and purchase the protection plan they sell. I'll be back when they offer resonable delivery prices.

Most of the beds I could find were made of pressed wood products and took great lengths to hide the fact in there descriptions. The few made of hard or soft woods were much higher priced and most took 8 to 10 hours to put together, often with two people. Well Medford Mattress had exactly what I wanted at a great price with many options AND they would deliver and set up for $25. Most of the on line beds estimated 3 to 8 week delivery, Medford Mattress delivered 8 days after I ordered the bed. Matt & Brandon made short business of pulling apart my older bed and installing my new one all done with a great attitude and smile. Next time I need a bed or mattress I'll check with Medford Mattress first.

We had arranged to pick up our mattress and box springs at the warehouse because it would be a week or more before it could be delivered. We were fine with that. I sent a message to the warehouse and called the sales room a few days before to make sure all was in order. I was assured that it was. We went to pick up our mattress. The man in charge was in a terrible mood. Said he didn't have the paperwork he needed, we brought it, apparently it wasn't what he wanted. He proceeded to have a GIANT MAN TANTRUM. Throwing things, cussing up a storm. It was shocking. Couldn't believe what we were seeing. It was awful and totally unprofessional. We did not catch this individual's name and his coworkers wouldn't tell us. Do not go to the warehouse! This guy has some major issues.

We were dreading high pressure sales people trying to sell us something we couldn't afford. That was not our experience at all! From the moment we walked in, Tim listened to our needs and price limits. Within minutes, we fell in love with a floor model that was 80% off! No delivery charges and no added pressure to buy extras. Delivery was an hour delayed due to snow. The delivery men were wonderful. Set up went quickly and they took my old mattress (for charge of dumping fee). Overall, this was a great experience. I would buy from them again.
