Leanna made sure the job was done well, and Tristan changed the oil. Jay greeted us when we came and let us know that it will be a little longer wait, due to it was only 3 employees there are the time. It was ok, because the employees worked diligently and were very pleasant. We still were in and out. Also, my husband end up purchasing windshield wipers as well. Between oil changes, they check to see if you need to be topped off with oil, other fluids, as well as checking the tire pressure for free. Apparently, "appointment" means something entirely different to them. When I arrived, the shop was packed with multiple cars ahead of me. I was then informed that my appointment wasn't actually for service--it was just for them to acknowledge that I needed work done. Excuse me? That's not what an appointment is for! An appointment should mean that my vehicle is scheduled for a specific time slot, not that I get to sit around waiting like a walk-in customer. This was a complete waste of my time. If I had known an appointment meant nothing here, I could have gone elsewhere or planned accordingly. Express Oil Change needs to rethink their scheduling system or stop pretending to take appointments altogether. Absolutely ridiculous.
