    I left my car, Saturday, May 10th, for the replacement of a CAM shaft, covered by an extended warranty. I was going to be given a loaner ASAP. On May 28th, I was given a car that STUNK like smoke. Rey, said that the car was inspected, that it should be fine, and when they had another car available for me, I would be notified. UNACCEPTABLE! I went there two days later, May 30, and was given a jeep Rubicon. At 57, that car does not really fit my lifestyle. I have friends who have issues with such a high car. But mostly, because of the way the back opens, I can't reach to close the top window. I have a congenital difference of my arms that does not allow me to have a good overhead reach. I have to get packages out of the back with only the bottom half of the space accessible. (I only found out all this later.) I never said anything, not wanting to be that "annoying customer who isn't satisfied no matter what." On Monday, June 2nd, I was told I needed to exchange cars. Still waiting for an update for my car, I called again. I was told that I, myself, should contact customer care to have my request expedited. I did. Called on Friday, and on Monday received an email that the part was on its way. Me calling customer care was able to solve a problem in two days the dealer couldn't resolve for almost a month. Again, I find this UNACCEPTABLE. On Friday, June 27th, I'm asked if I can pick up my car in a few hours, AND I need new rear brakes and rotors for about $1,300. Rey said he would do it for about $1,200 as a courtesy. I chose not to have my car repaired there. A few days later, the same indicator light that was on when I brought my car in, lit up when I started up the car for a test drive. They said they needed to replace a small battery that died because the car had sat for an EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME without being started? Shortly after, the car was ready, the test drive passed my approval and I was able to drive away in my own, comfortable car.

    Everything terrible service Department new Manager needed never returns a phone call loaner cars, absolutely disgusting, dirty stained seats crumbs all over the car you give our cars that look like that to your customers then you really don't care not only did they give you dirty loaner cars, but their inspections are expired

    This dealership is by far the worst. My 2024 Jeep Wrangler has been there since March for repairs ulimately needing a new transmission. It is now May 8th. I have picked it up 6 times and returned it every time within 5min to 12 hrs . The check engine light, tire light, battery light all keep coming on. The thumping and unsafe sounds randomly continue. Even though they say the vehicle has been fixed. When I picked it up yesterday I noted an addition 1000 miles on my car? They said that they have been driving it to see what the problem is , 1000 miles???? We all know whats happening here right? The mileage they are putting on it has nothing to do with trying to figure out whats wrong with it. You would think with that kind of a story at the very least it might actually BE fixed. Yet when I picked the car up yesterday, once again (shockingly) within 12 hrs the "check engine" light, on again. Also I should mention when I picked the car up and requested my work order. They said their system was down and couldn't provide me with it. I called corporate and filed a complaint. They have no record of my vehicle and or its multiple repair orders since 4/2? Ironic as there should be 6 of them on file. FYI: The Lemon Law requires 4 consecutive repair orders for the same issue in order to qualify. Coincidence? I think not! So, I have filed a complaint with the BBB. Now off to file complaints with Consumer Affairs and the Attorney General. Maybe it's time to just call an actual attorney? WHO HAS TIME FOR THIS?!!!! The thing is, I understand &%&$ happens. Yet no one at the dealership and or at the corporate office cares enough. No one cares that I am paying $495 a month on a car that I do not have. No one calls you back when they say they will. No one does what they say they have done. They are in fact done with you when you sign on the dotted line. My advice, the next time you consider buying a Chrysler, Dodge , Jeep or Ram. Keep driving as you pass this place! Waive to my car as you go by! I'm pretty confident it will still be there! Update! It is now May 18th and my Jeep is still in the shop! Work orders still no where to be found. Update! May 27th .... Seriously, no one cares. I'm forgetting what my Jeep looks like. As all I have is the monthly payment! June 24th!!! I swear you can't make this stuff up!!! Now still speaking to corporate! First Aisha... now Ronny... new names , same result's 'None' 5 car pmts in! Pretty soon they will have had this car longer than I have! HELP!! I miss her! Cars back! No check engine light on. Still jumps periodically without cause. Happy to have her back.l for the time being. Also, was told they were submitting me for payment reimbursement. Just needed to wait until I got the vehicle back. Got it back! Now being told no reimbursement because it was escalated to corporate . They were the ones who told me to escalated it. Corporate also told me I would be submitted for reimbursement. What a clown show.

A certified mechanic? NO I purchased a 2021 Maserati a month back and the vehicle had a huge bubble in the front right tire. They promised to reimburse me the cost to replace the tire and forwarded the receipts but they say weekly that it takes time....... They also charged an additional $500 to license the vehicle and promised to refund the overage, this has not been done. It only cost $28.00 for the license. They also charged me an additional $500 for a second key fob. What luxury vehicle only comes with a single key fob? These folks are as slimy as they come! They are the lowest of low. They have zero morals, ethics and lie, lie, lie. The fat finance guy promised to buy dinner when I was there only to come up with a cold cheese pizza and bottle of water, this idiot didn't even spring for a topping on the pizza. What a joke. Lastly, when I take the vehicle in for an emissions test the plug does not work. I have to take it to the Maserati dealership and they charge me for 2 hours of labor to find out that the wantagh dealership put a tracker on the vehicle. They were paid in full for the vehicle so they should have removed such a device but it simply shows what type of dealership they are. You know, buy here, pay here so that I can overcharge for a vehicle and then track it if you miss a payment. They take advantage of people. Please do not patronize this establishment. They are the lowest of the low and should be shut down
