    I am close to the end of my car lease, and I have a mileage overage. I received an email from Angela about my lease. I had a conversation with Angela, asked her what the payoff would be. she gave me a one number answer. I had to ask about details. After a brief discussion with my advisor, I said that I wasn't interested in paying off my lease right now because they would make more money off of me than if I waited. I felt that the way she told me my balance, which was one sentence and one number, was not transparent. I told her this in a text. Afterwards, I received the rudest email from Paul Garritano, a sales manager at Platinum Volkswagen. Paul tried to gaslight me into thinking that somehow I had done something wrong by deciding to make the best decision for me. See pics of his email below. Paul also informed that I decided not to have a discussion with Angela and that if I ever called the dealership that he would put me on his do not contact list. PUT ME ON THE DO NOT CONTACT LIST, lol. Wow Paul, so much toxic rage and anger in your email, which I am featuring in the photos below. While you may be able to scare and gaslight some people with this sort of behavior, it wont work with me. Is this how people do business in the car industry, really? If you are looking to purchase or lease, stay away from this place. If they react like this over one text message, think of how toxic it might be if you have a problem, or if you say anything that Paul doesnt want to hear. This is a nasty place to do business. I agree with the other reviewers, the people at this dealership are unable to have a civil conversation unless everything is their way. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, IT WILL BE FULL OF BAD ENERGY and you might overpay.

Let me offer more details for all the yelpers and hope this could help all you guys! My friend Heather bought a infiniti G37 coupe in Carloha before I knew this website, can you believe it? I drove her car for several times. I DO like the POWER of this V6 super-duper engine, which offers a excellent drive experience. When I want to buy a used car to commute, Heather recommend this website to me, she told me that they were reliable cause in the warranty period they offered her a brand new set of tires when her tires expired. So I decided to go through the website to check out. Fortunately I saw two infiniti G37x Sedans! I compared the price with Kelly Blue Book and some other online used car sellers, their price is good. They offered me carfax and autocheck reports, but for double check, I payed for another round of carfax and autocheck search by myself, there existed no accident or damage with both infiniti. Finally I payed 500 deposit for the 2012 G37 cause I prefer lower mileage. I lived in brooklyn, not very far from their office, so I got my vehicle in just 2 days with everything all set, include the title transfer. They took the car to detail service before delivery so it looked pretty clean and tidy! I had a test drive near my apartment and I did like it. The whole process of buying my car was easy and convenient, and the Carlohaers are very nice. I like this company and hope this young business could go further!

Here's the kicker, we live in Brooklyn! That's right, we drive over an hour each way to get there and back. We obviously have closer Hyundai dealerships to us but we see no reason to switch. Advantage is well run, very clean, and always genuinely friendly. Not in the sales kind of way. There's an asian market next door that we usually run over to forLLP a snack at while we wait for maintenance/checkups on our car. The last two cars we went with we were helped through the process by Henry. We appreciated his approach so much that we actually requested him this last time. Not to say that the other members of the sales team aren't great. We just hit it off with Henry. He's a no nonsense, straight shooting kind of guy. Never felt like he was trying to up sell us on a different car or higher trim. We will no doubt be returning here when it's time for us to get new cars!

During a phone conversation, Christina apparently believed I was on hold and made inappropriate comments that I was able to hear in full. Listening to those comments firsthand was shocking and incredibly unprofessional, and it left her with major egg on her face once she realized I had heard everything. I then attempted to seek assistance from George, but my concerns were not addressed, and I felt that no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issues. To make matters worse, Anthony, the General Manager, attempted to smooth things over by providing information that I later found to be false rather than addressing my concerns honestly and transparently. Instead of taking accountability, I felt as though I was being told whatever was necessary to end the conversation. Purchasing a vehicle should be a respectful and straightforward experience. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made in communication, professionalism, and customer service

I had an appointment at 9 AM for an oil change, but also needed them to look into a brake squeak that's been happening for a few years now - it was a squeak that previous mechanics I've used were not able to figure out, so I had wanted to try my luck at an actual Chevy dealership. When I first walked in, I was greeted by Gloria, who was extremely friendly, and made my experience wonderful, so I need to shout her out! My car was ready around 5 PM, and upon picking it up, I did not find that I was overcharged like some of the comments I've read. Gloria had let me know that they were able to fix my squeaky brakes which was amazing, and for around $400 between an oil change, tire rotation, and a brake pad fix, that definitely did not seem like it was breaking the bank.. Since visiting I have not as of yet heard any squeaks coming from my brakes , and overall had a great experience at this business. (thx Gloria, as well as the woman with the glasses and dark hair that I spoke with as I was paying!) - I would recommend and will be returning.

I brought my new car to the service department 3 months later for its first oil change today. Arrived shortly after 8 am. I was advised it would take about 1.5 hrs during write-up. 2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was done. For an oil change. The mechanic who drove it out told me the reason for the delay was because when he got the car, it was break time so it couldn't be worked on. I wonder how long was the break? Needless to say, I will not be coming back unless absolutely necessary. Horrible experience.

It's said that ignorance is bliss, and if anyone left here a happy customer, I rest my case. Sadly, truly sadly, this was old school "moving numbers around". The first presentation was predictable. Three different lease numbers with three different down payments. Then the "where do you want to be", and " I want to earn your business, what can I do?" "I want to make you happy; I want you to come back in three years", on and on. Ugh! It's as if I walked in and didn't say, this is how much I have out of pocket, blah blah blah, fast talking nonsense. The may have seen the movie "Suckers" more than once. I'm going to stop now because I can write so much more about their antics, so I'll leave you with this. When they grow up and realize that there are some of us that understand numbers, they may earn another star, until then, buyer beware, they're going to make maximum profit on you, shake your hand and be your friend, and as you drive off the lot with a big smile and that "great deal" you think you got, they will sleep well that night, business as usual, another group of suckers will be back tomorrow.
