Oh my gosh! I can not say enough good things about this company. After several attempts to keep water from getting in my basement (including a poorly installed French drain by an awful company-X-stream waterproofing, don't use them-EVER) it was suggested I get deeper window wells. That is how I got associated with Nick and his crew. They did a great job on the window wells. But water was still coming into the wells and leaking through the new windows that Lowes put in. Nick came with drainage pipes which ran the water from downspouts away from the house (yes French Drain had to be disconnected) Voila! no water in my basement. They came this week to bury pipes. Cannot say enough positive things about my experience. Professional, helpful, considerate and communicative. I had a snafu with my contractor and I made a call to Nick (who answered!) told him what I had going on, and not only did he get me taken care of (when I wasn't even sure what I needed), he went above and beyond to make sure my contractor had pointers for installation. I've been using Nick to replace certain windows in my house for 5 years and every time I receive professional service and reasonable prices. Nick is a pro and there is no one better here in Indy for residential glass block. I've had 4 basement windows with vents for fresh air and dryer hook up installed, one large bathroom window and a crawlspace window installed over the years. After asking for recommendations on NextDoor we decided to go with Lyon Glass Block.I contacted them through Yelp and they were quick to contact me and made an appointment quickly to come out to the house. We could not be more pleased with the service. They did an excellent job. We got the dates mixed up and they were very accommodating and rolled with the punches. I was impressed with how quickly the job was done and they look great! The owner himself was at the house when we arrived and he was so polite and kind. We did some looking around before choosing them and their price was very competitive maybe even on the lower end.
