Tina does an amazing job every time! I've been going to her for over a year and don't plan on stopping anytime soon. I get dip nails with a French tip, and they always turn out flawless. At $60, it's super affordable for the quality, and my nails consistently last up to five weeks. Highly recommend if you're looking for long-lasting, beautiful nails!

Merry nails and spa is wonderful! They provide such a relaxing experience, the salon is very clean. My mom and I have been going here since they opened and they always exceed our expectations. They are willing to try fun new trendy designs and so great! We really recommend them to anyone in the Tracy area!

I wanted to like this place and was utterly disappointed with the nail service from Eugene. He did a shoddy job, showed no hospitality and he knew it. Overcharging for sub par crap work. I won't be returning, today was the last straw and I won't be recommending either. I regret having done so recently. Some of the other Techs seem good but I keep getting a bad one.

I had a gel pedicure and manicure last week with decorations added for thanksgiving! My nails are amazing. The color is perfect. The nail techs Christy and Alex are so gentle, this is definitely worth driving from Stockton to Tracy for!

Ugh, this is why I dread shopping around for new nail techs. I recently moved to the area and chose this salon to get my nails done on Mother's Day. I made an appointment and was sat shortly after arrival. Started off with a pedicure and chose the top tier package since, why not, it's my day after all. The tech scrubbed and massaged my calves with barely any pressure. I'm used to my tech kneading me like a ball of dough but he was too gentle with it. It was nice that it included hot stone but again, he barely applied any pressure so there's basically no use in the massage at all. Now for the manicure. The language barrier was the root of our problem. I showed my tech a photo of Korean glass nails that's been popular for some time now. Basically a magnetic gel polish on top of a jelly polish - and instead of the "cat-eye" effect I wanted a halo effect. I even pointed at the little board they have as an example of what I wanted. I said, "I want this color of magnetic gel but make the metallic part a halo like this color," and pointed at a different color to show that that's how I wanted the halo effect on my nail. The tech didn't understand and thought I wanted a pink magnetic polish on top of black. He did one finger and that's when I told him that I didn't want black. He looked confused and had to call another nail tech over to help me translate. So then I pulled up my reference photo again and somehow they both thought I wanted a jelly base with french metallic tips (See attached photos for what I wanted vs what I got)? Did I mention he butchered my cuticles and didn't bother trimming them? He also used his nail to painfully push my cuticles back to apply the gel-x tips. Anyway, at that point I was over trying to explain what I wanted since he clearly wouldn't understand anyway and left very disappointed. I ended up going home, sanded everything off and fixed my nails the way I wanted them. Basically wasted a whole bunch of money on my nails. Anyways, I hate to be that person, but a language barrier shouldn't be *that* detrimental to your ability to give clients what they ask for.

I stopped into Merry Nails to have some gel polish removed. I asked the nail tech to please be careful not to get my natural nail with her drill. She proceeded to drill my natural nails. I asked her again and she kept drilling through the gel to my natural nail. Not only did she not listen to me, but she was extremely rough twisting my fingers very hard. I told her she was hurting me, but she didn't seem to care. (I'm not easily hurt and pretty tough). It truly felt like I stepped into a facility that hates their job. Will never go back.

The service, price, and quality here are pretty decent. I do enjoy coming here to get a pedi and manicure. The staff are friendly here. The vibe is chill and relaxed. I like that it's not loud and noisy. Their pedi starts at $30+ Their mani starts at $35+ I recommend bringing cash because they charge a little more using card.

They started it and asked for me to wait back in the lobby.

We called at 11am to book for 3 people. We asked for 3pm they said they had 2pm appointments. We showed up right on time and the salon was full which I love that for them. There was a lady waited in the lobby. She walked out. I got called at 2:15pm and this guy started on my nails. The same lady walked back in. He stopped me and said he had to do hers bc she also made an appointment. LMAO. We waited five more mins and I just could not do it. So we all left. I was so confused of what just happened. I am sure this place had potential to be great. It was so much cuter inside than outside. At this point though please don't ever overbook your clients. Be respectful of everyone's time. They could have called me to come in later. I was so disappointed. I walked out with unfinished process. I gave them 2 starts bc the guy was kind of nice.

The vibe is cool and I really like the fact that they offer services for kids (for the future with my daughter). This is the first place I've been to where the pedicure chairs are in a circle vs. in rows along the wall, but I liked it. Originally I wanted a gel French tip manicure, but apparently my nails were too short so I pivoted and requested this instead. They came out pretty good for what I was expecting. Next time I'll come back with longer nails, but I'm very happy with the service

I've been coming here for a couple years now and I can honestly say they truly are the best. I don't ever have to request anyone since each time I've come the manicurist/pedicurist have been great. Very reasonably priced and always a good experience. I had the pleasure of taking advantage of their anniversary sale and they sent me home with the cutest gift. Can't wait to be back.

Worst nail shop in Tracy ! They will turn you away and have you make an appointment only to return on your appointment day (early) and be told you have to wait 45 min. They weren't busy too busy for a brow wax. What was my appointment time even for??? New owners suck. No stars. Do not recommend. read more

walked in for a pedicure was the WORST one I've ever gotten my toes hurt from the amount of cuts I have from this woman filling my skin every time I pulled my foot back because she would hurt me she would pull my Foot and tell me to stop moving. This was my first time at this spot and Vinh did my dipped mani and jinny did my pedicure. I hope I am spelling their names right bec they are soo sweet and great! I love how they take their time to make sure you're comfy and hydrated during your appt. This spot is clean and relaxing, staff are all accommodating and friendly-prices are reasonable as well, please go check them out! I just did white toes and natural white dipped nails but I love how it came out. Will be back! read more

I'm so happy that we found our go-to nail place! My mom, sister, and I stopped by to get our nails done and they surpassed my expectations. So friendly and accommodating. There was no smack talking like at most nail places and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. (Most nail places are so annoying due to all the smack talking and because I understand the language, it's even worse -- but that's not the case at all here.) I hope the true vibes of this spot is what I experienced today, where there's no smack talk and everything feels natural & relaxed - what a gem!! Dylan was extremely thorough and even fixed my broken nail! I will definitely come back for all my nail care needs. He didn't make me feel rushed even though there was someone waiting and he took his time to perfect each step. He takes great pride in his workmanship, and I appreciate that so much! read more

FINALLY a good nail shop here in Tracy! This place is amazing. Clean, great customer service, quality work... I got the $35 dollar pedicure package plus gel which is $10 extra which is SUPERB pricing. My package included a full leg exfoliation scrub, hot stone massage, leg message, and a callus scrub. My pedicure lasted about 30 to 40mins and he took his time and was very gentle. It was not rushed at all like I've experienced at other shops. Leo was my tech and he also did my full set gel! He did my shape exactly how I asked and was awesome. The chairs in for the pedicure were extremely comfortable and the shop was very clean and nice looking. I will absolutely be returning. In total I spent $105 plus I added on a tip. I think I have found my home. I've struggled with shops in the past in Tracy with not so good service, high prices, and rushed service. Merry nails gets a 10/10 from me. read more

Such a wonderful nail salon. I'm visiting Tracy for the weekend and needed a gel manicure. I quickly found Merry Nails on yelp and saw that they had good reviews. I quickly scheduled an appointment via their website and my appointment was confirmed a few minutes after. When I arrived, I was greeted and guided to a desk immediately. Sue began to work on my nails. She handled my nails with so much care and really took her time taking off my old gel and cleaning my cuticles. She even offered me some water to drink. I really enjoyed our conversations! I am so happy how my nails turned out. I will definitely come back to Merry nails the next time I'm in town. Thank you Sue! read more

Most frustrating experience ever. Went for the first and last time on Wednesday. Safe to say I will never be going again. Getting a pedicure and manicure for me is supposed to be a time of pampering and relaxation. This was not the case at this salon considering the fact I had to constantly point out how crooked and messy my nails look. They charge you extra for a French tip which is normally the case for every nail salon because a French tip requires atleast some amount of skill (the ability to draw a straight line). Evidently this salon lacked that skill. The lady then told me that I should not get a pedicure and manicure at the same time so my nails will not be as crooked and messy looking. Had I known they were not capable of doing both at the same time I would have never asked! They should have never agreed to do something they are not capable of. I now feel disgusted every time I look down at my nails. I will be going to another salon to get this mess fixed. read more

Honestly went because of the other good reviews, long story short I booked this apt on the same day was told 5:00 pm would be the best time. I came in exactly at that time and waited around for 40 minutes, which I should've just left after that but chose to stay. the nails took another HOUR and 20 minutes all and all was there till 7 & came home and immediately had a lot of pressure in my pinky and a lot of small cuts. My pinky got infected and was so swollen for two days! Finally told them and they had me come in just to be like "i'll fix it , or how do we know that didn't happen over the weekend". They couldn't just own that they did that after showing them. Negative stars tbh and would've been better off just leaving after I waited 40 minutes. read more

This review is long overdue, I started coming maybe a year ago and every-time I do, I leave super happy. Everyone always asks me where I get my nails done and I'm quick to tell them here. I've had a great experience with everyone so far but I especially love getting my nails done by Dylan and Tammy. I usually come in with complicated design requests and they always deliver. I would definitely recommend this place. Went there yesterday for a gel pedicure and it was my first time ever getting a pedicure. And let me tell you it was great. I've been coming here to Merry Nails for a year now and am very happy with the service and quality work. Dylan is my go to guy but Su is also very talented. The spa is very modern looking and very very clean. All staff there is friendly and helpful. Every time I go staff makes sure I'm comfortable and offer water or tea. Got a pedicure & dipped nail manicure and I am super happy with the work. I'm a nail biter and trying to grow out my nails , the young lady who did my manicure suggested dip and she made my tiny fingernails look great. I didn't catch her name, I believe she sat on the right side on the middle table. I think her name is Natalie. She was super sweet and took her time. The salon itself is very nice, recently remodeled and had a steady influx of customers. I am so glad I finally found my go to nail salon. read more

This probably the best nail salon in Tracy. They are really clean and very friendly. They do exactly what you want. They have better selection of colors. It's expensive it's worth it. Plus they take there time on your nails they don't rush which is plus. I've never had bad experience there . I would recommend it to anyone that's looks for good place that is clean and they do good job :) all the staff there are so nice. read more

I requested a standard pedicure $35 (pedicure + foot massage)second time with Kristy and she gives excellent service. She takes her time to satisfy her customers, she is detailed and friendly! The place is nice , clean and, they use liners in foot tubs. All the techs are super cheerful and sweet. Merry Nails & Spa ,,,Highly recommended!! read more

Until recently, our experiences were consistently positive. Unfortunately, since the management change, the level of customer service has become unacceptable and declined significantly. I recently spoke directly with the manager Dilai regarding a concern, I expected professionalism, active listening and a willingness to resolve the issue but instead the experience was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening and trying to understand the issue, she repeatedly interrupted and kept repeating the same statements without addressing what I was actually saying. It felt dismissive and unprofessional. The conversation was frustrating, dismissive, and completely unproductive. What made the situation even more concerning was that, despite our long history as customers, the staff seemed unfamiliar with us and were asking basic questions about my daughters that should have already been understood in the context of our relationship with the center. The manager Dilai also promised to call me back, but never followed through. A simple follow-up is a basic expectation of customer service, especially when a manager personally commits to it. Failing to do so only reinforced the feeling that customer concerns are no longer valued. The most disappointing part is that this was not a one-time interaction with a front-desk employee, it was my experience with the manager Dilai herself. Leadership sets the standard for customer service, and based on this experience, that standard has fallen dramatically. Loyal customers are the foundation of any successful business. We deserve to be listened to, treated with respect, and have our concerns acknowledged. Sadly, that was not my experience. I sincerely hope ownership takes a closer look at what is happening under the current management because the difference is noticeable, and not in a positive way.

I've been coming to this salon for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about it! Sue gives the most relaxing and perfect pedicures. She's professional, friendly, and always makes the experience feel special. Dylan is amazing with nails and always takes the time to make sure they look flawless and exactly how you want. Both of them are incredibly talented and make every visit a treat. On top of that, the salon's prices are very fair and in line with the market, which is a huge plus.
