He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. One week to the day later, I reached out to ensure that my images/info were received as I had not heard from them. Was told I would have something from them within 2 days. 3 days later, I received a message that they were putting together numbers and would have something to me that day or the following day. I did not respond to that message as no response was asked for, and I waited. It's now 5 weeks later and - nothing. The job has been started by another vendor. If there was no response because they couldn't be bothered with my project - that's bad. If there was no response because they assumed I was not interested in their services because I didn't respond to their late message that they were putting a bid together - worse. I'm really big on service/responsiveness which are the biggest clues as to how well my project is going to be tended to. This company does not understand service or stick to their own deadlines. I came to Yelp to submit this review and see that one other person had a similar experience. There are way too many other vendors out there, don't settle for one that can't be bothered when you offer them a chance to do a job.
