I was going to wait for my photos back from my wedding to write this review, but I can't take it…read moreanymore! I got married at Modern Farm in March, and it was an incredible experience. If you're considering getting married here, do it! You will not regret it. First, the venue is just beautiful. There's a big white barn with concrete floors (and air conditioning!), which is where we had our ceremony. Plenty of bathrooms, gorgeous bride and grooms quarters. The lawn is huge and green and lovely, and lined with mature trees. It was 90 degrees on my wedding day but it was perfectly comfortable on the property thanks to all the shade from the trees. Parking is limited on site, but there are side streets to park down. The DoubleTree nearby provides a free shuttle. We had 100 or so guests and didn't have any problems. We encouraged carpooling, provided parking maps with Sean's help, and told guests not to block driveways or park too close to stop signs. It's in a residential area, so be mindful of the neighbors. Ok, second, Sean was an incredible host. Having our wedding there felt like having it at a friend's house. Sean was so easy-going and opened the property to us so many times to let us scheme and meet with vendors (many of whom were recommendations from Sean and were outstanding!) On the morning of our wedding, we had a couple acrylic signs that we had made that weren't working with the easels that we brought. Sean said no problem, grabbed some wood, cut it, routed out the middle, and MADE US STANDS for the signs that were absolutely perfect. Can you believe? He's such a good guy, and it's things like that that really make you feel like you're in the right place. Thanks again, Sean and family!

So I emailed them from the "contact us" section on their website asking to view the property then received a response the next day and after a few emails back and forth we scheduled an appointment even though brief. I was told to text them a reminder. So after texting them a reminder on the day of, no response, then later I sent another text while on the way. They called me and told me they have no memory of scheduling my appointment but that they were up the street and would come meet me there. Then told me to just look around myself and call if I have questions. So my fiancé and I were just walking around the venue alone not knowing what's what. We felt like our wedding or business wasn't even important. We get they're probably busy and deal with a ton of people but just a big lack of respect. A wedding is a special time to a couple they want to feel like it's special and not a burden.

The hoa is so controlling they decide if and when you have guests stay over. If they don't like something, the board members will harass you and fine you for harassment. We know this property inside and out. In this review we will give honest feedback and pro tips on how to get the most out of your Villa # 7 experience. Property Overview Villa #7 hands down has been one of the best places we have every stayed in Puerto Penasco. The house is super luxurious with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths this place is fit for a king or queen and their family! There is a grill to cook your meat of choice, a kayak to fish or explore in the ocean, or cable tv if for whatever reason you would want to stay indoors and cool off. Villa #7 (Casa de Hamman) has great appliances and amenities to fit any family. There is a HUGE 10 person hot tub, 2 grills, 2 patio sets. Best part: It take 1.5 minutes until you feet hit the sand. The house is literally just yards away from the beach. Pro Tip: If you want to catch hundreds of fish take kayak out in morning and fish over the reef with squid purchased from fish market. Pro Tip #2: If you want to experience wildlife take kayak out early morning 5-6 AM paddle out a ways. Our family swam with dolphins and sea lions. Owner Overview Shaun Hamman is the owner of the property and ALWAYS wants to make sure that you enjoy your stay. He even offered to have ice set up to be delivered to the villa prior to us arriving. On our first stay for some reason the coffee pot was missing. Shaun ordered one to be purchased immediately so that my father and I could continue to feed our caffeine addictions. Great guy and he really cares about your overall experience. Property Manager Overview Oscar Lopes is the property manager. This guy is absolutely incredible. It doesn't matter where you stay, there will be hiccups along the way. What matters is how it is handled. Oscar handles any issue with absolute class and completely empathetic to any of your concerns. This guy takes concierge to a whole new level. If you want to make sure you are taken care of rent from villa #7 and Oscar will ensure all your needs are met. Conclusion: If you are looking for the perfect place to rent a beach house, go down to rocky point and rent from Shaun Hamman. This owner has his act together and the property leaves you wanting more. Minor hiccups from the stay were patched well from Oscars great problem solving abilities. Great location, Great amenities, 1st class service, & Great Vacation.

I shopped around frantically and although I heard back from other companies, I chose Vacant House Cleaners because she understood exactly what I needed and quoted me a reasonable price. They were prompt, very friendly and easy to communicate with. She kept me updated by text and got the job done sooner than expected. We were finally able to start moving in to our new home thanks to their great work!

Liz and Roxie have consistently done a wonderful job each time they've cleaned a property for me. They show up on time and pay attention to details. They are trustworthy (I do not have to be there while they are cleaning because I know they are honest). They have been great to work with and I'm planning on continuing to use their house cleaning service on a continual basis. I have even referred a few friends to them and I'm happy to do so, since I know that they will do a great job! :)

The location to Old Town was perfect. I hosted a small Christmas Eve gathering and everything I needed was in the kitchen, ample dishes, glasses, pot and pans. They even leave salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, etc. which is a nice perk. Although I'm familiar with the area, there also is a "guide" book in each home as well as welcome snacks. Pool and hot tub were heated even though the weather didn't cooperate this trip. The owners and their office staff are a pleasure to work with and answer any questions you have (even on a holiday week). I love this rental company and will continue renting from them on my trips to Scottsdale. Zero hesitation recommending unless you are going when I'm there!
