Very misleading. They just want to get you to move in and then they pass the buck off to whoever is…read morethe landlord. When we started having issues with the landlord coming over without notifying us first I reached out to them and they did not help us resolve this at all saying that it was between us and the landlord. The landlord also was not making repairs in a timely manner so we asked if they could help us out with this and they said that once again we would have to resolve this ourselves. Lastly the landlord tried keeping our entire deposit on some bogus claims even though we left everything clean and nothing was damaged. We asked Home Pros if they could send someone out to mediate because obviously the landlord was out of line. Once again THEY DID NOT HELP! I have rented many houses before through various companies (Century 21, Exit West) and have never had any issues of this sort. Other companies always did the best of their ability to help us with anything we needed. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY unless you are willing to resolve everything yourself without any help.

I was interested in some antique German bears, and Cindy offered to put them aside for me while I shopped. I said OK, but I had not agreed to purchase them. Later I went through all the bears on top of a table that was for sale to see which ones I wanted to purchase. Another employee rushed in and said "hurry up! we sold this table and you need to leave!" So I did what he said and Cindy's associate started yelling at me about how they lost a sale because I had the Bears and, how rude it was for me to leave the bears on the table! When I went to buy the other items I wanted another lady starts yelling at me too, and said she could get rid of me anytime and make me leave. I just ignored her and continued with my purchase although I regret I gave them one cent of my money!

It is funny to think that someone in sales was so rude and dismissive. She was very quick to say that if she did not sell the items they would go to a liquidator. It became clear to me that she was not there to make her clients money, rather she could not be bothered with selling their families goods. She must be paid by the sale and not how many of the items she sells. If you need someone to sell your families goods, look elsewhere!!!
