To some people, tow truck drivers are a lot like lawyers. Ya hate em until ya need em. Eric from Mesa Towing may just change this perception. He was very friendly and responsive to an issue with my car (it wouldn't start), and even called back to confirm our appointment (which I wasn't expecting). He showed up exactly on time, and determined that the car didn't need to be towed, it just needed a jump start (apparently using a much strong battery than the one from the Chevy Spark I attempted with).
