To start, I was greeted very politely and warmly by both the front desk receptionist and office manager -- I think first impression is always important; and from the beginning, the staff members easily made a very strong / positive impression on me. Upon checking in for my appointment, I only had to wait about 5 minutes for the staff to quickly prep / set up everything needed for my visit. Overall, I would say the whole entire process for checking in + getting ready to start went smoothly and swiftly; I definitely appreciated that aspect of the experience! When it came to the actual treatment part of my visit, I would have to say that it was a very soothing / relaxing experience during the numbing process. The microneedling part was definitely the most intense part, but fortunately the numbing prior to that helped me feel minimal pain -- zero pain was felt during the first microneedling session, and it only "tickled" during the second / last session! I had an appointment at 11:30am and started off with a skin analysis where they recommended some treatments. Everything seemed fine, until I was told they only had one nurse available that day, and she only does Botox, not filler. They asked me to wait for her, and I ended up being there until 3pm... five hours later, I finally got my Botox done. It honestly seems like they double-book clients. If you know you're short-staffed, a quick call to give clients the option to reschedule would go a long way. Instead, I wasted half my day sitting around. My advice? Don't overbook. Have nurses trained in both Botox and filler. And maybe offer a discount for the massive inconvenience. For a new business, this is definitely not the way to encourage people to come back. read more

I started going here in April. I LOVE this place. Jenny is the best nurse. The girls who do facials are awesome too! The staff is great. They dont up sell you, hound you or push you. I have had 4 IPL's of 5 and 2 Hydra facials. Tox too. At my age I need it more often. My spots on my face are getting lighter. I just had a Korean style hydra so my face is a little red bit I think my skin is glowing. Fighting long term sun damage is a hard road but with the help from MeSO I think I'm stopping (slowing down) the aging process a little! It's so easy to book now through their app. I'm 59.
