Instead, 2 nice people, Frank and Sonya, showed up at 11AM. They seemed to work hard but it was an impossible assignment. Then the texts and calls started: the house had too many windows ($15 for cleaning each one, inside only, see picture below), 2 ovens, and the garage is too big. This goes with big houses. When they showed up, I mentioned that I needed to quickly dry the master bedroom sheets, since they hadn't given me the advance notice I had requested. They assured me it was no problem as the sheets would be dry well before they finished. Two cleaners arrived, and we immediately recognized one from a previous company we had stopped using due to poor service. They spent about two hours cleaning while I worked in my office. When I noticed they were getting ready to leave, I went to grab the sheets from the dryer for them, but when I came out of the laundry room, they were already gone--without saying goodbye or asking if I was satisfied with the work. This was the second time they had left without attempting making the master bedroom bed. I called the scheduling manager to report the issue. She was polite and asked me to email pictures of the problem areas. She also offered to send the cleaners back, which I appreciated. However, a follow-up phone call to ensure the problem was fully resolved would have been a nice touch, especially to prevent this from happening again. As I inspected their work, I was really disappointed. Our house is pretty clean but they missed several areas: the backsplash behind the stove wasn't wiped down, the front of the dishwasher still had visible smudges and water spots, and they didn't move a few small items on our coffee bar to clean underneath, which when I moved them, you can see rings on the countertop (see pictures), pet hair and dust under the kitchen counters, and didn't use any wood cleaner or wipe down the bedroom furniture. They even made the guest bed with the comforter upside down. Not a huge deal, but shows a complete lack of care. On top of that, they didn't dust the bookshelves or wipe down my desk in the office. By the time the cleaners were sent back, I had already cleaned most of the missed areas myself, so they only came back to make the bed. Overall, I'm really disappointed with the quality of the service.

When they left there were several things left undone, like mopping the laundry room floor, the bath chair was not placed back in the tub for handicapped person. Trash not taken out. The oven was not completly cleaned. I told Jill I did not want anyone to return to do the job right, They were only in my house for a rushed hour. Why so rushed? This is a company that is high on expectations of the customer and higher in their fees.

The moment they saw master bathroom, the in-charge maid started saying something in Spanish. She didn't see the shower area or the tub by that time, but made a call saying my place needs a deep cleaning, saying the bathrooms are in need of deep cleaning and not regular, asking to charge me some $80 bucks more or so. Happy to pay that if you are either upfront about it, and do the job you say you would. After this, the service was subpar. The maids would lie about cleaning something they didn't even touch, you'd have to call them over and make them clean things (referring to the tops of bed side stands, dressers, dusting furniture etc.). Overall, the service I received was more of a headache than it was a service. After paying $230 whatever, my shower floor still looks the same. The cherry on top - I asked for kid friendly, safe cleaning supplies. Whatever they used, left a strong chemical smell throughout my house that lasted 2 days. Sharing an after picture of the shower floor ( it's a rented house, and these are stains that don't come off, which they decided not to check first but just charge more and leave as is). I had to ask her to do them in every bathroom and while I was surveying everything else i noticed floor boards were not clean, areas hadnt been vacuumed, stove/sinks were not cleaned, etc. I expressed my disappointment to the service agent about not getting the deep clean (that i had paid for) and how everything was done with half the effort. They assured me they would send someone out on Monday to take care of it. I relayed to them that everything needed to be redone since i didnt have the original deep clean. They rescheduled for Monday with arrival between 11:25am-1:25pm. At 1:17pm they texted that someone would arrive between 2-4pm.. they quoted a 6-8 hour clean for deep clean.. the person arrives with no idea of needing to do a deep clean. I was so over this company that I just had them do a standard clean adn to refund me the difference and they confirmed. A week and a half later i had to follow up as a refund still hadnt been issued.. Terrible service in every way from cleaning, scheduling and customer service.
