Things that should've been replaced were not. They replaced the brush guard on our truck and it was extremely wiggly. They broke clips that hold on the grill. They re-ran the fog lights on the brush guard leaving bare wires exposed (HUGE FIRE HAZARD). The tire that was damaged during the accident was not replaced and has large gashes in it and the wheel is breaking apart. They broke the housing for the passenger side headlight. They didn't even properly hook up the batteries! The list just keeps going on and we expect to just keep finding things at this point. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

After we dropped it off he didn't get to the insurance company for almost 6 weeks. About a month after he contacted the insurance company they decided to total the truck. RCC wanted to charge the insurance company storage fees for the time that it sat there before he contacted the insurance company. The insurance company didn't agree. He refused to give the truck to my son-in-law stating they still owed him for the storage fee. My daughter and I had to go to his shop and demand the vehicle so she could proceed with the process of totaling their truck. About 30 minutes later he called my son-in-law and stated he was going to sue them for the difference of what the insurance company was refusing to pay. Either he is completely ignorant to how this process works or he is a bully and was trying to scare a young couple into paying the storage fees. It was explained to him that the balance of the storage fees is between he and the insurance company. He did repair the fifth wheel and it is back on the road. Although that took over three months and the graphics is still not done. I'm sure he will rebut this with all kinds of excuses because that's what he does.

When I received it back it had (and still has) major fitment issues with the lower bumper assembly. You can see how much gapping and movement there is in the video. It's like the bumper is barely attached. The passenger side headlight is also loose as the video shows. I took the car back 5 times to have them address those issues and they just couldn't get it right. There was a problem with the adaptive headlights malfunctioning (they turn the headlights with the steering wheel), but they were able to fix that. However, I finally gave up with the fitment issues because it seemed like they never really did anything. I'd give them one star except that the gal up front and the the service advisor were great as they kept me updated on the extremely slow progress. (I only took my car here because it was in my insurance network and I was new to town.)

This vehicle has been sitting for several years in Oregon (rainy) & had moss growing on it. The interior of the vehicle wasn't too bad, considering it was a 2015 & has never experienced a detail. If money is an issue, you might consider getting an exact quote. I knew it would cost more than $50 because of years of experience with getting vehicles detailed.
